I looked on at the exchange between Leo and Rose calmly not speaking until now. "I'll fight you if you like," I offer standing straight and holing my staff in front of me parallel to the ground. "But first I'd like to know the names of your grandparents. My name is Jimi and my mother is Aphrodite," I tell him as I gave him an inquiring look.

"Well your entitled to your opinion I suppose. Now did you want to fight or complain about your grandfathers more?" I ask in the most challenging voice I could. It still came out pretty calm.

In answer I grab his staff by it's head and pull it and, by extension, him towards me. I then give him a good punch to the torso. My sword hand is on standby for both attack and defense if necessary.

I was a little surprised by the action, but I recovered quickly enough. "Well your certainly fast. Unfortunately you have no rhythm, or style," I tell him as I calmly stand across from him. "Plus now I know your strength," I say a little more tauntingly.

ooc:I'll let that slide once dude, but remember, you can only attack me. You don't decide if the attack hits.

Seeing the fight being started, I sat next to Rosetta on the benches. "Hey," I began, "What's up?" I watched as the two boys faught one another. Jimi was defienetly one of my half-siblings. I think I remember seeing him around the cabin, but I'm not entirely sure.

OOC: Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I was busy with homework.

OOC: I didn't say the attack hit only that I punched and where the punch was aimed.
"You know nothing of my strength," I reply calmly, "Style is unnecessary for combat and rythym cannot be seen in one strike."

"Good for her," I say, "he isn't good to me so that colours my opinion. I am not saying that nobody can like him or even that they are wrong. I am simply stating my opinion." I say, my eyes never leaving my opponent.

"That's what you think," I tell him as I lunged forward bending my back and laying mu staff so it's pointed straight at him. I was starting to feel the adrenaline so I started breathing deeper.

I smirked as he moved. I then spun the staff and stood up swinging my weapon at his head. "Fine then Leo. How's this?" I asked smiling at him.

My sword is already up. I don't even need to move it to block. "Weak," I reply, "nice swing but try for places where the opponents defense is weak."

I started practicing. I looked at the girl on the bench. "I'm sorry but what was your name again? I didn't catch it."

"That was a test," I say. "You didn't flinch," I tell him. "You are however very arrogant," I continue calmly as I swing the staff back around and aim for his legs.

I swing my sword to his neck, allowing the hit. People always abandoned defence when they attacked. Most people anyway. This allowed a clear shot at the person. If they carried on with the attack they would be hit, if they blocked they'd have to give up the attack. I relied on my greaves to protect me from his stick.

I smile as the blade came at me. I brought my staff back far enough so that it could protect me and still continue to sweep his feet. "Like I said before no rhythm and no style," I comment.

I spread my legs to intercept the staff and conjure a Katar in my off-hand. I swing the weapon at his chest. "I got a style," I say, "it's just all my own."

I turned to Jenna. At least, that's what I think her name was. "Oh me? Jennifer Smith, daughter of Aphrodite," I replied.

I jumped back to avoid the blade. He was better than I thought, but he still seemed very arrogant. "Someone else fight him," I say as I walk over to the practice dummies. "He has no respect for me and doesn't deserve mine," I say as I begin attacking the dummies.

I walk into the arena and roll my eyes at the boys, boys were so annoying when it came to fighting. I sit on a bench and start to clean my dagger, frowning at the dirt that wouldn't come off.

Malcolm walked into the arena with his hands in his pockets, whistling a tune. He was wearing a dress shirt and slacks like he often did, a stark contrast with the attire of his fellow campers.
"Well, well, what have we here? Either a sparring match, a poorly concealed mugging or a public assassination," he remarked dryly.
