Love in the air![Turtle]

Dylan turned back around in his seat. He was beaming and blushing. His ears felt like they could pop corn. Slowly forcing some composure into his expression, Dylan tried to figure out what to say to Kadeyn. Did anything really need to be said? He supposed not. Tentatively at first, Dylan touched the tips of his fingers to Kadeyn's. He didn't want to push too far, and slowly began to knit his fingers with the Athena boy's, but then hesitated; the ball was in Kadeyn's court now.

Kadeyn was a little suprised, but he quickly knit his fingers with Dylan's, enjoying the feeling. He missed a few minutes of the movie, his mind spazzing over what had just happened. Did this mean they were going to have something? The possibilities were endless.

Letting out a sigh of relief, Dylan gave Kadeyn's hand a gentle squeeze. "Thank you..." He murmured. His whole body relaxed quite a bit. Though Dylan would never have admitted it to himself, he had been incredibly nervous about going to the movies with Kadeyn. Hell, he'd been worried every time he saw the other boy, worried that he'd slip up and reveal his secret. To learn that these fears were unfounded almost brought tears of relief to his eyes.

Kadeyn relaxed in his chair and focused on the feeling of Dylan's hand in his. He liked it, but he knew he would have to be careful so he wouldn't be hurt again. Sometimes things played out for a reason, and he knew it wouls be alright. Relationships were a funny thing, they were.

They spent the rest of the movie hand in hand, just enjoying the story and each other's company. As they left Dylan babbled happily about the movie. "... definitely wasn't like, iunno, Oscar stuff or something, but it was still a lot of fun." After a quick stop in the bathroom, the boys left the theatre. As they made their way down the street, Dylan quietly slipped a hand into Kadeyn's. "I gotta tell you, I've never... Yah know, dated, before... Please forgive me if I get things wrong."

Dylan gave Kadeyn a small smile, and squeezed his hand. "I think I can manage that. Just, slow me down if I go to fast." He looked around at the variety of shops on the street. He rubbed his stomach with his free hand. "we had snacks at the theater, but popcorn isn't that filling. Do you want grab bite of something? Pizza, maybe?"

"Pizza sounds amazing. What kinds do you like?" I liked cheese. Alot of cheese, but I was also ok with other toppings. I started to swing my arms as I walked, and I hopped Sylan didn't mind. It could sometimes get annoying.

Dylan laughed. "I'm good with whatever you're having." He began swing his arms in time with Kadeyn's, navigating them towards a small pizza place he had been to with other friends a few weeks earlier. Sitting down in one of the booths, he turned to Kadeyn as he waited for a server to come to their table. "So what do you want?"

Kadeyn opened the door for himself and Dylan, closing his eyes as he let the wonderful aromas of the shop fill his nose. "I don't know, I like to challenge myself to try new things." Of course, if he had to choose, he would choose cheese with peperonni. How could you go wrong with somethign as delicious as that?

Dylan laughed. "You're a better man than me, then. C'mon. Let's grab a booth." After they had seated, a waitress came around to take their order. Dylan asked for sausage, green pepper, mushrooms, and pepperoni. He ordered cokes for both of them. After the waitress had left, he noticed a girl sitting a table a little ways away. She was staring intently at Dylan, chin rested on her hands. He cocked his head, and pointed the girl out to Kadeyn. "Wonder what she's thinkin'."* Even as he spoke, the girl started to make her way over.

"I bet she's thinking about how hot we are." Kadeyn laughed at his own joke, then smiled at Dylan. He was having a great time. Looking over at the girl, he honestly wondered what she was thinking, ans what Dylan was thinking of her. He actually was a tad bit jealous. But then their drinks came, and he busied himself with drinking.

Chuckling, Dylan took a sip of his coke. He glanced back of the girl. A tiny smile crept onto his face. "I guess she's cute..." He slid his hand into Kadeyn's under the table. "If you're into that. Which I'm not." Almost immediately afterwards, the girl stepped up awkwardly to the table, hands clasped behind her back. Dylann blinked at her. "Uh, hi. Can we help you?"

Kadeyn kept quiet, for he was a little bit shy. Without knowing what he was doing, he started running his thumb over Dylan's hand. He would let Dylan do all the talking, because she was clearly interested in him. He was a good looking guy, and nice too. Glancing over, Kadeyn checked for any sign of their server witht the pizza.
Meanwhile, the girl came p to the table an asked Dylan, "Hi. I'm May. How's it going?"

Dylan's grew wider as Kadeyn started to massage his hand with his thumb. He gave Kadeyn's hand one las squeeze, let go and brought both hands to the top of the table. "It's goin real good, thanks. I'm Dylan, and that's Kadeyn. Nice to meet you." He extended a hand for May to shake, tossing a conspiratorial wink towards Kadeyn.

I watched as May took Dylan's hand, but didn't offer mine. I was even more suprised as she slid into an empty seat at our table. "Uh..." I started to say, but again, was too shy to finish. Wasn't she going to leave? Obviously we were busy. Thankfully, our pizza came, but she made move to leave. "Oh yum. That looks good," May said. Hopefully she wasn't going to eat our pizza though, she had dirty plates on her table.
