Boredom and Love (Turtle)

I walk to the beach, bored. "I wonder where Markus is," I say to myself. "Probably out at the arena, trying to show off," I joke. I pick up a seashell and begin to examine it, hoping to find a snail in it.

Mark walked calmly down the beach. He was enjoying the warm sun and the sounds of the surf, but he was most looking forward to getting some swimming in. The beach had, for a while, brought back painful memories of Stiles, but Mark had moved on. Cresting a ridge, he noticed Romeo sifting through the sand and smiled. He ran full tilt down the sand toward his friend and tackled him to the ground. "YAH-HAHA! GOTCHA!" He laughed, clutching the other boy close.

I get tackled into the sand, but push my arms out to break my fall. "Markus, you TURD!" I exclaim, joking. "You just ruined my chance of becoming the sexiest man alive!" I get up and brush myself off. I then push Markus down and sit on him. "THIS is a real man's tackle!" I exclaim.

Markus squirmed under Romeo. "Argrguruaurguarguurgurugrrrr! Gr'off me!" Mark swung his arms all over the place, eventually jabbing Romoe in the armpit. "Ah-HA! Gotcha!"

"Oh, YOU'RE GONNA DIE!" I exclaim. I repeatedly tazer him throughout his body. Eventually, I get his "sensitive" area, so I tazer it as hard as possible. "HA!" I shout.

Mark laughed hysterically, then flushed. Mostly he was flushing because a fairly hot guy had just jabbed him in the crotch. But partly he was flushing because Romeo in particular had jabbed him in the crotch. He'd had a crush on the other boy for the majority of their friendship, one that had gone on for years and years. Living in California, going to school together, playing on the school's team, had made them very close friends- but for Mark it was closer even than that. In that moment, he was terrified.

"You just got served, foo!" I exclaim. I smirk as I help him up. Man, I just cannot stop thinking about how hot he is! Was it because I've known him for so long? Or maybe it was because we're best friends? Whatever the reason, I just can't stop thinking about how HOT he is!

"Hey man?" Mark asked out of the blue. "Are you... Yah know..." Damn this was awkward. However, Mark had to do it. He had suspected his best friend might be gay, too, for a while, but now was his chance to find out. "Are you gay?"

"Y...yeah," I say, awkwardly. Oh man, why'd I just say that? Now he's probably gonna spread it! Unless, of course, he is. But I'm not taking any chances. I'll ask too. "Are...are you?" I asked, hesitant.

Mark flushed. "Yeah... I am..." Now that was over with, there came the really difficult part. He hadn't been planning on seeing Romeo that day, but he had meant to do this for a while. "I... Really... Really like you..." He looked up at Romeo, hopeful that the other boy understood... and maybe even felt the same.

I smiled. "Me too," I muttered. That was all it took. I leaned in for the kiss, hoping Markus would do the same.

Mark roughly pulled Romoe towards him and kissed him hard. He pulled back, grinning wickedly. "I've wanted to do that for years." Pulling Romeo so close their chests were pressed against each other, Mark kissed him again, and again, and again. He had never been happier.

I continue making out with Mark. Eventually, I wrap my arms around him, and carry him bridal-style to a secluded grassy area. When I get there, I lay down with him, and make out more and more. When I eventually get done, I wrap my arm around his shoulder and lay on my back in the shade. "So," I say, "I guess we're a couple now?" I ask.

"Yeah..." Mark laughed warmly. "I guess so." He rolled on top of Romeo and kissed him again. "I love you..."

"I love you too," I say, laying my head on his chest. I smile. Slowly, I begin to fall asleep. "He has a warm chest" was the last thing I remembered before I fell asleep.

Mark laughed softly. He pressed another kiss to Romeo forehead. Sighing happily, he laced his fingers with Romoe's. Quietly, he joined the other boy in sleep.

Mark awoke a little while later. He sat up and rubbed his eyes. Glancing down at Romeo's sleeping form, he smiled. Grabbing the other boy's collar he dragged him over to tree, where Mark sat down with Romeo's head on his lap. He sat there a while, arm on his boyfriends chest, until the other woke up. "You should grow your hair out again sometime. It's really cute."

I slowly wake up to Mark's face. "Oh, hi beautiful," I say, kissing him. "I'll try." I adjust myself so I'm sitting on his lap with my head on his shoulder.

Mark laughed and mussed Romeo's hair a little. "I remember it was brown, and you had it in a feauxhawk." he traced his finger along the top of Romeo's head. "You look hot bald, but I like your hair. It was... kinna mousey. Cute light brown. Real soft too." Mark smiled at the memory.

"Alright," I mutter. "I'll grow it back out. But just for you," I mutter, smiling. I give Mark a peck on the cheek. "What do you want to do?" I ask.

Mark glanced back towards the water. He grinned. "Let's swim!" Jumping up, he charged towards the water. "Catch me if you can!"

"Oh, it's ON!" I shout. I run up to the water, dive in, then tap Mark. "Ha!" I say. "I'm SOOOO much more athletic than you," I taunt jokingly. "Let's see you catch THIS!" I shout, swimming to a popular Poseidon makeout rock. As I get on the rock, I exclaim, "I'm KING OF THE WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORLD!"

Mark swam through water to the rock. He clambered up on top, then tackled Romeo into the sea on the other side. "YAR! ANARCHYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!" He laughed as they fell.

"TREEEEEEEEEASOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON!" I shout, as he tackles me. "I shall have you beheaded! And then I'll attach your head to mine so I can make out with you 24/7!" I kiss him again, for the heck of it.

Mark took a deep breath right before they hit the water. As soon as they were under, he jammed his face onto Romeo's stomach and let it all out in an underwater raspberry. He then rocketed upwards and burst out of the water laughing. "Come out, come out, Romeo!"
