Love in the air![Turtle]

I took a deep breath in the cold air. For some reason, I liked the feeling of the cold air in my lungs. I felt more. . able, I guess. I looked for Dylan, we had agreed to meet outside this coffee place, and from there, who knew where we would go!
Seeing him walking to me, I started waving, trying to keep a small smile on may face. I didn't want to ook stupid or anything. "Hey, Dylan! Over here!" I called to him, still wavign and smiling.

Dylan grinned, and picked up his pace moving towards Kadeyn. "Hey! You ready?" He looked the cute boy over, then smiled. "Let's get some coffee first. After that, we can talk about to do."

"Sounds good to me," I said, pushing open the door. Immediatly my nose was filed with the different scents of coffee, hot chocolate, and everything else. I walked up to the counter and looked up at the menu, weighing my choices. Turning to Dylan, I told him, "I think I;ll just have a hot chocolate. What about you?"

Dylan considered the menu for a moment. "That sounds good. I think I'll have the same." He got the attention of the cashier, then ordered their drinks. Reaching for his wallet, he smiled at Kadeyn. "I got this."

I leaaned my back up against the counter, watching Dylan as he paid. I would have to find a way to repay him later. I smiled at him and replied, "Thanks. I owe you one!" Laughing, I reached for my cup, and his too. I graabbed them and then help one out for him, waiting until his hads were free.
"Where to now?"

Dylan took the cup from Kadeyn, and smiled. "I dunno. Do you wanna go see a movie?" He took a sip from his hot chocolate. His eyes widened, and he swallowed fast. "Owowow! Burned my tongue!"

"Yea! A movie sounds great!" I felt bad when he burned his tounge, but he was cute. "Now, we have to figure out what movie to see! OH, and, be careful, that's hot."

Dylan carefully took another sip of his cocoa and approached the stack of newspapers in the corner of the coffee shop. He pulled one off the top and turned the Calendar section. "You like action movies? There are plenty of those out right now."

Dylan scratched his head. "A friend of mine said the Ghost Protocol is good." he glanced at Kadeyn. "Your wanna check that out?"

I nodded, having wanted to see that movie for awhile. "Sounds good to me! I've been wanting to see that for awhile!" I smiled at him, already anxious for the movie.

Dylan grinned. "Sounds great! We can head to the theater now." He moved towards the door, and held it for Kadeyn. "After you," he gestured through the exit.

I walked out of the door and headed to the theater, making sure I kept pace with Dylan. Every once and awhile I would swing my arm just so that my hand would brush his. It felt nice out, but i couldn't wait for the movie. This was going to be fun!

Dylan was excited for the movie, definitely. He was more excited to go with Kadeyn, though. Not that he would mention that to the other boy. He had no idea if the other boy even... yah know. But he did enjoy the quick brushes of the other boy's hand on his, be they intentional or not. He did notice the bright red flush on his face, but did his best to ignore it. When they got to the theater, he bought the tickets and went inside. "Popcorn's on me."

Dylan grinned. "Sure! Let's grab seats right in the middle. That's always the best." As they settled in, Dylan took a sip of his coke gave a small breath. "I haven't been to the movies in years." The lights began to dim, and Dylan offered Kadeyn some popcorn. As the trailers started to play, one for Journey 2 came on. "That looks pretty funny. Josh Hutcherson is hot anyway." He paled slightly as he realized he'd said the last bit out loud. "Wait-"

Dylan calmed at the other boy's comment. He turned slowly, a bemused expression on his face. "Are you gay, too?" The light bouncing off the screen onto the other boy's face set him almost in monochrome, his hair dark, and skin very pale. "Are you?" He took a handful of popcorn.

Dylan turned back towards the screen, nodding slowly. "Awesome. That's cool." He ate a another handful of popcorn, then offered the bag to Kadeyn. "I didn't know there was... well... anyone else, yah know? At camp, I mean. If figured that there had to be, I just didn't know I'd meet them." He looked back to Kadeyn. The other boy was undeniably cute. Just because he was also gay didn't mean Kadeyn was interested, though. At least not in the way Dylan was beginning realize he was.

"Do you know any others?" Dylan asked quietly, not looking away from the screen. "A-actually, nevermind." Should I ask if he's interested? I mean, he's gay too, but that doesn't necessarily mean that... I should go for it. Totally go for it. OK, 3, 2, 1 and.... wait, wait, start over, 3, 2, wait how's my breaths smell rrggg no more stops, 3, 2, 1, waitwaitwait Dylan tried to work up the nerve to say something, and suddenly realized he was hyperventilating. Hopefully Kadeyn hadn't noticed.

Despite Dylan's quick backtracking Kadeyn still whispered, "Not that I know of." He watched the movie for a few more minutes before he started to hear somethinng weird. He turned his head to Dylan, but then turned his whole body. "Are you ok?!" Oh gods, what had he done?

Dylan forced himself to regain some composure. "I-I-I'm fine. I just...." He paused one last time. He turned and looked Kadeyn straight in the eye. "I-I know we've only hung out a few times, but I think you're really cute and sweet and-" Dammit Dylan, calm down! He blushed, and scratched the back of his head. "I've had a little crush on you almost since I met you, swimming in the lake... well, more than little.. A-Anyways, I would ask you out, but since we're already out, would... would you like this to be a date?" He chuckled quietly. "I'm so pathetic..."

Kadeyn stared at Dylan for a few seconds before the truth set in. "You.." Dylan liked him? And thought he was cute and sweet? Kadeyn was speechless, so he returned Dylan's remark with a smile. "You know, you aren't patheltic, you're sweet. And, you know, I was kind of thinking of this as our date." He knew his face was bright red, and was grateful for the cover of darkness.
