I looked at them.Then my cloak.I didn't care what they thought.I grabbed it and left for a moment.When I came back my cloak was covering my body,except for my head.I decided against the hood.That was for when I didn't want to be seen.

"Oh... Uh... Hi..." That was all I could say. It's not like it's easy telling your half-siblings that your boyfriend is a son of Hades and all that jazz. But when your mom is Athena, you can be very pursuasive. "Uh, Kai." However, this wasn't one of those times.

I gestured my head to Sadie and Harper. They made a few snickers and were probably gossiping, just getting ready to tell Aaron and Nathaniel about me and Kai. I wasn't liking them already, and we've only been here for a few hours. I mouthed the word help to Kai.

I mouthed:Should I talk to them,or take action? An energy ball was already forming in my hand.I would've have taken a shot if it were someone else,but these were her siblings after all.

I moved closer to him. "They're my siblings, just talk to them. I'm sure even your dad wouldn't want you throwing energy balls at people," I nodded. "Good luck. Really, I don't even know what they're like."

I watched from a far distance. Not to far though, as this is my bedroom. Even though it's as big as, say, a family room. "I'm Sadie, and this is Harper," Saide replied.

"So, my half-sister, is she your girlfriend?" asked Harper. She smirked as she asked, followed by a few snickers from Sadie. I muttered a few curses under my breath. They were really starting to tick me off.

"Well, because it's obvious," Harper retorted. "I mean, face it, our dad has already seen you hug at least twice, and the fact that Melina carried you inside is also a little hint. If our dad finds out you're in so much trouble, but somethings tells me already knows." Crap, I thought. This isn't going to turn out well...

"She carried me in,because I was falling asleep.You ever heard of shadow traveling?" I didn't give her a chance to answer."Didn't think so.It's a way of traveling that only Underworld creatures can do,unless they take someone with them.It tires me out.Severely."

BIC: She giggled softly. "Ha! Whatever, we'll be downstairs. Come on Sadie." They exited, and I quickly locked the door. "Thanks," I said, walking over to Kai, flinging my arms around him. "Really, thanks."

I nodded. "I can see that," I replied, smiling. I curled a small strand of his blonde hair with my index finger. Without knowing, I was pulling him closer to me.

I embraced him one last time, then took his hand, and lead him down the curved stairway. The entire family occupied the family room. My dad was there, my step-mom, Sadie, Harper, Aaron, and Nathaniel. They seemed to be talking about something important, so I haulted. I peered into the room, hoping they wouldn't see us.

Everyone shrieked as Kai's hawk flew through the room. "What was that?" Sadie interigated, half screeming. After that, I quickly bent the mist with just one snap. It was like traveling back in time. Everyone was sitting down again, drinking their tea, like nothing ever happend. I turned to Kai. "Hold Reshan still," I wispered.
