I walk up the hill to the pine tree. I see a boy sitting there. "Hey." I say and give him a smile.

"Hey," I said, sitting up and seeing a girl.

I sit by him. "My name is Scarlet, and yours?" I ask with a big grin.

I looked over at her. "Taylor," I said, smiling back at her.

"Nice name." I say, staring at him and smiling.

"Thanks," I said, sticking out my hand for her to shake.

I finally let go to speak. "Who's your immortal parent?" I ask.
