--The Start of a Family--(Greek){Years Later}

Seth nodded. Seth kneeled down and gently put Izzy on the ground. "I'll have to treat her here. She-she may not make it," Seth said, his voice cracking at the end. No, he couldn't lose her. Tears fell from Seth's eyes. Gritting his teeth, Seth put his hands on Isabella's chest. Seth muttered some ancient Greek words and Seth's hands growled brightly. Connor started to cry. Seth felt his energy go into Izzy. A small wisp of golden light went into Isabella's mouth as her breathing turned to normal. She muttered something and groaned lightly. Seth opened his eyes and smiled lightly. Then, Seth slumped against the wall, passed out and barely breathing.

Kat gasped as she watched Seth perform the most intense healing procedure she ever saw him do. Izzy's breath came back to her unconcsious body as Kat kneeled down next to her crossing her legs and leaning against the wall. She looked at Seth and smiled, but he was already unconscious himself, power drained from his body. Kat's eyes narrowed and Connor whimpered. She pulled a protective arm around Izzy hugging her and bringing herself to tears over the close to the loss of a friend.

Isabella groaned and her gray eyes fluttered open. What the heck had happened? Izzy felt a protective arm around herself and felt a small pat pat on her arms. Isabella wriggles out of that person's arm and saw that it was Kat. Connor whimpered and let put a small cry. Isabella blinked when she saw Kat's eye filled with tears. A look of confusion crossed Isabella's face. She rubbed her head. "Ehat happened?" Isabella asked. Connor started to cry and buried his head in Kat's chest. Isabella glanced over at Setth and saw his shoulder practically bit off and bleeding. Isabella widened her eyes. "Oh gods, Seth!" Isabella cried, grabbing his arm. Seth groaned and slapped Izzy's hand away.

Kat smiled lightly and choked back a sob and let out a small laugh. "Momma..." Connor whimpered. Kat patted his back. "Are you okay?" she asked Izzy. She moved a bit closer to Seth looking at where the hellhound bit him. She touched the fabric of his shirt around the wound pushing it from the wound lightly.

Isabella nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a big headache," Isabella told Kat, wincing a bit. Connor whimpered again and patted Kat. "Da, dada," Connor babbled over and again. Connor buried his head in Kt's chest. "Da," Connor babbled, starting to cry. Isabella bit her lip and looked a Seth. His shoulder looked like it was barley there and was bleeding. Izzy moved over to Seth and put a little pressure on Seth's wound. Seth moaned in his sleep and shifted his weight. Isabella looked at Kat. "his shoulder looks bad," Isabella whispered.

Kat's eyes were panicked. She didn't know what to do. Connor was in desperate need of attention and reasurance. Kat's thoughts wandered to her fight with Seth only a couple hours. She suddenly felt guilty but pushed the thoughts away. "Yeah it does look pretty bad," Kat said. "What do we do with him?" she slowly started to bounce Connor in her arms trying to calm his crying. He was being stubborn and wasn't very happy. Kat didn't blame him. He had no idea what was going on.

Isabella bit her lip nervous. "Well, we could bring him back to the apartment. We could drag him or wake him up so he could somehwat walk," Isabella said, putting a strand of brown hair behind her ear. Isabella tried to think but her brain felt like mush. Connor's crying started to calm down. Isabela sighed. "I-I don' know!" Isabella yelled despertly.

Kat bit her lip nervously. They did have more supplies back at the apartment. "We can't drag him," she murmured. That would just hurt him more. The wounds could open wider. They needed to move him though, as chances were the only things they could take. Connor started to shiver in the cold, and Kat had started to also. She never had a jacket on before she left the apartment. "Hold Connor," Kat said handing the baby to Izzy. Kat got on Seth's good side and put his arm around her shoulders, slowly dragging him up to stand. "Gods, what have you been eating?" she muttered under Seth's weight.

Isabella nodded and held Connor. Isabella held Xonnor close to her body so Connor could stay warm. Connor shivered lightly, but started to fall asleep. Isabella looked up at Kat as she struggled under Seth's weight. Seth seemed to wake up a bit and stood up a little straighter, trying to help Kat. Isabella slung the baby to get hip and moved to Seth's other arm. Holding the baby against her hip with one arm, Isabella lifted Seth up with her other arm, trying to help Kat.

Kat and Izzy now had Seth standing upright. "C'mon," Kat said to Izzy. "Let's make our way back to the apartment." she supported Seth with one of her arms wrapped around his back and his arm draped around her shoulders. Kat started making her way back down the street with Seth, Izzy and Connor. The three people she loved most, she almost lost two of them in one night, they just needed to get Seth back quickly.

Isabella nodded at Kat and helped with Seth. Seth seemed to be awake, but then he fell alseep again, his body slumbung forward. Isabella rolled get eyes lightly at Seth. Wouldn't he love to know he was being dragged by two girls. Isabella smiled and Xonnor curled his head up against Isabella should and soon fell asleep. Few New Yorkers were giving them odd looks, but didn't say anything. Isabella glanced up and saw that they were almost at the apartment. "Thank gods," Isabella mumbled.

They made it into the building without anyone calling the cops or even paying that much attention to them. Her eyes felt heavy and she knew she shouldn't be going this long without pushing herself hard and training. They made it to the elevator. "You doing okay, Izzy?" Kat asked in a shot breath. She look at her to Seth again. Gods. His wound seemed worse then before.

Isabella nodded. "Yeah I'm fine," Isabella said quickly. Izzy didn't want Kat to worry about two people. Isabella just sucked up the pain and got into the elevator with Seth. Isabella gently sent him down against the wall. Seth groaned somewhat and shifted his weight. Isabella smiled lightly. At least Seth was still alive. Seth's wound looked really bad.

Kat nodded biting back a sob that built up suddenly. What just happened could have been fatal. It had almost been two years since they were attacked. Kat was frightened more then ever. Setting Seth down on the floor of the elevator, Kat sat with him savoring a moment of rest. She buried her head in her hands and sighed heavily.

Idabella went over to Kat and hugged her. "Seth is going to fine," Isabella whispered. Connor was fast alseep against Izzy's shoulder but shifted once in a while. The elevator dinged and the doors opened. Isabella gave Connor to Kat so Izzy could drag Seth out. Isabella lifted Seth up and almost fell because of his weight. Isabella gritted the teeth through the pain and managed to make it into the apartment. Isabella gently set Seth down the couch, making sure his blood didn't stain the couch either. Then, Isabella collapsed to the floor.

Kat brought Connor into his bed and layed him down. He was sleeping soundly now. She grabbed a small bag from the bathroom that had been gathering dust for a few years now. She walked back out into the living room to find Seth on the couch and Izzy on the floor, collapsed from exhaustion none the less. Kat pulled out a small vile of Nectar. Three more sat in the bottom of the bag. Kat poured the Nectar in Izzy's mouth, helping her because it was all Kat could do. "Izzy, c'mon, i need your help with Seth."

Isabella felt somewhat better as Kat gave her nectar. Isabella just nodded and aat up slowly. Rubbing the sleep from her eyes, Isabella flicked Seth's face. "Dude, wake up I don't know what to do," Isabella said. Seth's eyes fluttered open. He mumbled something and passé out again. Isabella pouted lightly. So much for help. Isabella found the gauze and some other weird medical crap that you would you use to make sure the wound wouldn't get infected. "Should we Google this?" Isabella asked Kat.

Kat shrugged biting her lip. "I don't think Google even knows how to fix a ginormous bite wound." Mat rubbe her neck. "Whatever we do, it'll probably hurt him, a lot. Cleaning it with Nectar is probably the smartest thing." Kat rubbed her neck more, nervousness washed over her. She used to do this all the time. She couldn't even count how many times she needed to do this for people.

Isabella nodded and grabbed a bottle if nectar and some cleaning cloths. "This might hurt him a bit," Isabella mumbled. Carefully, Isaella poured nectar over Seth's wound. From the nectar, the bleeding stooped. Seth slapped Isabella hand away. Putting a hand on her hip, Isabella smacked his head. Seth mumbled something and his green eyes fluttered open. "Ehata re you doing? Seth asked. Isabella knew he was probably trying to say "What are you doing?' Isabella rolled her eyes. "Cleaning your wound. Now hold still!" Isabella whispered loudly.

"That's neer going to work," Kat muttered to herself shaking away a thought as Izzy slapped Seth on the head. Kat rolled her eyes. "Seth c'mon hold still," she mumbled lightly. Kat stood up and leaned over Seth grabbing his wrists. "Izzy, start cleaning it. I'll try to make sure he doesn't move. Right Seth?" she asked with a stupid smirk.

Idabella saw Seth nod slightly. Rolling her eyes, Isaella started to clean his wound. As she started to, Seth jumped. "Ow!" Seth yelled. Isabella flicked his nose and mumbled a shut up. She started to clean his wound again, Serh wincing once in a while. When Isabella was finished, Isabella started to wrap his wound. "There, done you big baby," Isabella teased. Seth rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah, Izzy," Seth said.

Kat threw her arms around Seth and almost started to cry again for the millionth time that day. "I was so scared I was going to lose you guys," she mumbled. Kat pulled away from Seth now scared she was hurting him. "Are you okay?" she asked biting her lip and trying not to make eye contact. It was her fault he got hurt, wasn't it? He told her to stay at the apartment and she dis what any other sensible demigod would do. Follow and help. Kat never had been good with orders...

Seth laughed lighty and hugged Kat back. "I'm okay," he told her kissing her forehead. Seth was somewhat upset web Kat pulled away. Seth reached over and hugged Kat again. "I'm glad your okay," Seth whispered in her ear. Seth pulled away and softy kissed her on the lips. Seth pulled away and wrapped Kat in a hug. "we're okay," Seth mumbled, rubbing circles in Kat's back.

Kat nodded and quickly whipped away the building tears in her eyes. She wasn't sure what to do next. Izzy was staying the night, Kat concluded that. There was no way she was walking home in the dark again. Kat leaned her head on Seth's shoulder. "Now what?" she muttered. "It's been forever since we've done this."

Isabella put her hands up. "I'll let you guys make out or whatever you guys do in your free time. I'm going to take a shower. I rather sleep dried blood free," Isabella said, already walking of towards the bathroom.

Seth gave Kat a sly grin and moved closer to her. "We could do what Isabella suggested," Seth said, raising his eyebrows up and down. Before Kat could say anything, Seth started to laugh, his green eyes twinkling. At least Seth was back to normal.
