Dead Space RP (Open)

"I don't know." he replied and looked back at the map. Then he remembered the camera data system that he installed into his RIG. He opened up the console on his arm and opened the camera for the other armory. "It's another guy, or at least he was there a few minutes ago."

Jamie smacked his forehead. He guessed their thinking of rescuing him huh? "We won't go." he said, some how managing to sound brave and all. "We won't go and rescue him. We save our own." he said, with authority. He hoped they'll look into his perspectives, and choose to find a way out. Not to help someone who could turn out to be another mutant.

"Even if you won't go save him, I will." he said and opened up the door and walked out. He didn't know what he was doing but it felt like a good thing to do. He had just rounded the corner when he heard the ship creak, the sound of metal splintering in half. He ran to a door and gasped. The ship was broken in half and the other half started to break away but then it stopped. He felt the ship jerk to the side and he jumped. He flew out the open door and landed on the panel. He was going to open it when he had a bad feeling and turned around. There were some slashers crawling out the windows.

Jamie felt like cussing the man to shreds. What were they to do now, split up? Even worst, he'll have to lead them. "Paul, dammit, get back here." he said, trying to reach out before it was too late. But it was, and he was gone. "We'll have to do the right thing here aren't we?" he asked the girls.

Jamie face plamed. "Alright Ladie, let's knock some sense into that guy." he said, grabbing his plasma cutter in one hand and his pulse gun in the other, finishing one mutant at a time. He lead the girls pout of the safe zone and into the feild of mutants, towards a possibility of death.

"Yeah, sure. If the mutants don't get to us first." he said snidely. The man he was chasing really owed him a burger if they lived this nightmare through. Finishing yet another Mutant, he pulled back, hearing the familiar scream of terror. It was Cheska. His Cheska. But Jamie knew it was either too late, or he'll die saving her, so he stick to his plan, biting his inner lip to stop screaming out too.

RP : I felt like something was really wrong, it probably sounded crazy since everything felt wrong these days but today was different, I ran looking for everyone and I almost ran into a group of people, I sighed with relief, at least If I died I wouldn't die alone

"Nothing. It's nothing..." he said, more to himself than the others. Well, it surely was something, but there was nothing the others or he could do about. "Well, we better get going to the room then. Probably Paul got there first. he said, changing the subject. He gave a quick nod to the new girl, after giving her a questioning glance and proceeded on hacking down mutants.

"Just peachy." he said, grunting on the effort he gave into killing a mutant. All his pain, the pain of hearing a beloved scream in the grasp of death. It was painful. But he has to be strong, for the others.

Paul breathed a sigh of relief. They had distracted the Necromorphs and he got to the inside of the other half of the ship. He snuck down a side corridor on the way to the armory and found the door open. He looked inside and saw a crudely made barricade inside. "Who's there?" he yelled. "It's me, John!" The voice yelled. Paul jumped over and saw John in a corner, loading up on ammo.

Thank you, John thought as he heard footsteps down the hall although he hefted his weapon. He was relieved when Paul jumped over his wall and sat down with him. "You OK?" he asked. He was worried about Paul for a while.

"Hey Paul, are you done playing hero? Could you get us out of here already!" he said/whinned. This was too much. He wasn't himself anymore. All because of these sickening mutants, his life would probably be over even if he survived. All they have to do now is get some escape routes and run like hell, away from here.
