"I bet he wouldn't be very proud if he found a real ingredient list for a big mac" I said, smiling as she leaned closer, it was probably the closest she had ever gotten to someone while not fighting them or something. "So, we have the room and night to ourselves, what to do with it?"

I decided to be bold and made the first move. I had actually left my hoodie on top of the clock tower so now I was just wearing a regular tattered T-shirt and some jeans. I slowly pulled off my shirt "Get ready for bed?" I said implying what I was sure he was thinking.

I smiled slightly, "Okay" I said. I did a back roll to the other side of the bed, "So, whats the plan for this?" I asked, referring obviously to what she meant.

I winked at him. "There was until I started bringing boys home" I said jokingly and kicking off my jeans

I laughed and pulled off my shirt, "Im just happy if Im one of them, of course" I say.

I lay down on the bed again with him and pulled him into a kiss.

My eyes opened a bit the fresh light of the sun spilling in through my window. It was just turning light out and I realized Parker was next to me and memory's of last night came back to my head. I yawned and looked to Parker seeing if he was awake.

I stretched my feet out in my sleep. I was a pretty heavy sleeper, in the sense that unless something or someone I wanted to see was around, I kept myself in bed. I slowly started to remember things from the night before, it felt like a hangover, except a lot better, and with no headache. It was more of a warm feeling.

I rolled out of my warm bed and walked over to my closet pulling out a tattered t-shirt and a skirt which I usually never wore and of course one of my hoodies. I returned to the main part of my room seeing Parker still asleep so I curled up next to him totally relaxed

I rolled over some and realized Abby was beside me. I rolled over the rest of the way and put an arm around her. "Good morning" I said, smiling.

"Sure" I say, smiling. "Though its hard not to sleep well after you get tired from all that work" I say, rolling myself over and out of bed to get my clothes on.

I blushed. "I can't tell if that was a compliment or your just being sweet." I said with a smile. I take his hand and we make our way downstairs. My step dad isn't lying on the floor anymore so I'm assuming he's still asleep with my Mum upstairs. Anyways we made our way down to the kitchen where the staff was preparing breakfast for my 'Parents' I ignored them all and we made our way over to the pantry. "Choose what you want and I'll get some for you."

I snap my fingers and instantly some of the Kitchen staff are working on it. "Uh too noisy." I said "Lets go back to my room. Race ya!" I made it to the stairs and almost literally ran into my step dad coming down. "OH." I managed before he gave me a violent shove back down the steps.

I caught Abby at the bottom of the stairs and set her on her feet at the bottom, "No need to be so grumpy in the morning" I muttered to her step-dad.

"He doesn't talk that much" I whispered to Parker "And thanks." but of course my golden Mom appeared behind him. "ABBY!" she screamed "What the hell are you doing here?!" "It's not like I live here Mom." I said I noticed my step dad was about to leave for work and he had his entire get up on. "This is gonna get bad.." I said to Parker. "And no We aren't leaving."

I leaned closer and mumbled, "Dun dun dunnnn" to Abby and smiled, then looked up with the feeling of being watched and saw Abby's mom staring at me, I realized she had some of the same features as Abby, and that not all of them had come from Hades.

"Mum piss off!" I yelled at her. My stepdad started advancing pulling out his cuffs. "Go ahead and arrest me I'll just frickin break out! My life too y'know?"

I grinned at her step dad, "I bet you dont have any handcuffs for me" I say, taunting, wondering how long it would take to crack him into attacking me, thinking Im just a regular guy, or maybe mistaking my age a bit, thinking Im 14 or 15 and not 17, underestimating me.

"I TOLD YOU YOU'RE NOT ALOWED TO COME HERE ANYMORE!" she screamed at me. "Oh my gods." I mutter under my breath "I CAN live here and Daddy said so!" I yelled back "Besides if I want to have my boyfriend over I CAN." That was the first time I really ever declared Parker my boyfriend but I'm sure he wasn't complaining.

I smiled, she was strong, and for sure louder than her mom was, in this contest, I'd say time on this earth and seniority in the family had no match to the angry teenager. The stepdad was still eying me though, and it was annoying, "Take a picture dude, It'll last longer".

My stepdad moved faster than I'd ever seen him do before. He had my hands cuffed and his gun to my head in about two seconds. "Make a move." He growled "See what happens." "Jésus Crísto" I cursed. "Parker please don't do anything stupid."

I concentrated hard, thinking of balance and all that other stuff my mom was with, and I heard the most relieving thing I have ever heard in my life flooding through my head, my mom was telling me that his gun was empty, and the safety lock about to go on anyways. I wondered if she could do that, then heard a click from the gun, the stepdad looked down in surprise, then I swung my arm and whacked him in the face, grabbed his arm, twisted him around, and slammed him into the wall, then let go and stepped back, "Please, no weaponry, what happened to peace, police officers defend citizens, not hurt them.
