I was sitting in a tree, up almost to the top. I was singing soft song to the birds, knowing no one could hear me. The birds were listening to my soft, sweet voice. I loved singing to the birds. It was a place where being beautiful didn't matter. Not that it didn't.

I was very busy, singing "Set Fire to the Rain" By ADELE to the birds, that I didn't hear the footsteps below me. I was still singing, soft, but loud enough.

"Well Hi!" I yell at her, in full amazement her getting up there. That was a good climbing tree; even better if you have ten fingers. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, I began laughing. I guess the fact that I lost a finger for a girl, that then I found out already had a girl friend, was kinda humorous. At-least I didn't eat it. I had heard of people eating their fingers. By did that sound like fun? After a few short seconds I was able to pick out the tune"Great song! Why don't you come down so we can discuss it?"
