I walked along the lake. Again. Why do I always end up at the lake? I really wanna know. Maybe the pull of the serenity. Maybe its just gut. For all I know, I could have an uncanny love for water.

I held a small ball of light in my hands. Light, it represented my twin sister, not me. Everything about me was dark. I wanted that power; I needed it. I was going to teach myself the ways of the dark. But then, all I knew was darkness. I threw the ball at a tree and a saw a boy by the lake.

I heard a noise from behind me. I turned around. There was a girl around 17. And she didnt look happy. I walked up to her. "What's wrong?" I asked her. Was that too straight forward? I didn't know. But I had a feeling something was wrong.
