Sneaking Off by Charmspeaking [P R I V A T E to P I P L O P E]

I silently crept over to Half Blood Hill, covered by darkness powder. I waited for Brooke. I went into a giant bush. A motor roared to life and I came out in the drivers seat of a rusted orange truck. "Hop in!" I called to Brooke.

I got into the passenger seat next to Hazel. Still, there felt like something was nagging at me, but I felt compeled to do what she told me. It was...weird.

I smiled but I felt bad for controlling her like this. When she came to her senses, she would have to stay because there was no other way to get back. "So, where do you wanna go? The mall?"

"Y-yea sure. That's were your friend went right?"

"Yup," I answered. "She went there and got her quest after wards." As we drive, I notice a lady next to us in a car, glancing at us. I sped up, and she did too. I slowed, and she copied. "Um, I think she's following us."

"Following us...why?" I looked back and saw that Hazel was right. There still felt as if something was wrong-but there was a lady chasing us..."What should we do?"

"I know a shortcut," I smirked. I jerked the wheel to the right and we made a sharp turn. We sped down the road and I saw the same car in the rearview Mirror. "darn," I said.

"We should get out and run." I say, trying to be helpful.

I frowned. "I'm not a great runner," I said. "And I can't just leave my truck ere. Let's just keep going."

"Ok. So how should we get rid of her? Get into traffic, mabey?"
