The Grand Entrance (Closed Failed at life with this)

Running through the woods, I remember the words my Aunt Jackie told me. "Don't be scared. They will chase you but you will find your way. Follow your heart to safety." I still have no idea what she meant. I was running so fast, trying not to trip on rocks or tree roots. I hear something flying towards me and duck as a rock flys over my head. Stumbling on a fallen branch, I try to regain my footing as another rock flys dangerously close to my head. I have no idea where I'm going. It's like my legs are working on their own. I feel for the ring that was left to me by my mom when she died. A loud growl reverberates through the forest and snaps me back to the real world. "What are these things!?! Why are they chasing me!?!" is all I can think as I trip up a rock and fall down. I can't see what is following me but I know it is out there somewhere. That's when I see the claws emerging through the bush to the left of me. "I'm going to die." Is all I manage to say as the beast jumps from the bushes towards me.
