Anna Tyler Belaire Daughter of Athena
Anna smiled as she drove the car to Camp Half Blood. Eleven years had passed and Anna had changed so much. Well at least to her. Her hair had gotten longer and she had surely gotten taller. She was even smarter then she was when she was 14, but now she almost knew everything. Eventually she did leave Camp Half Blood, she had left because to her there weren't enough books for her to read. So she had moved to an apartment near a bigger library. Anna had also gotten her driver's license and had married Ben about a few months ago.
Anna took a quick look at Ben right beside her before turning her eyes back to the road. She was wearing her New York Girl shirt with a pair of black jeans. She had on her glasses, she had decided that she would wear her contacts every once and a while. She also had on her cowgirl boots. They were the same ones from when she was younger, but eventually she had gotten a new pair.
Anna smiled again as she parked the car finally arriving at Camp Half Blood. She just couldn't believe she had managed to live this long. Most demigods would've died by now. When she had fully parked the car, Anna quickly got out feeling jumpy. She wondered what the camp would be like. "Come on Ben! Come one, come on!" She said with a smile on her face.

Ben,
Ben felt a strange feeling of de-ja-vu as he watched Anna drive down the road towards their old camp. In some ways, Ben did not want to return. Along with the good memories he had in the 13 years since he'd arrived at the exact same place atop Half Blood Hill, Camp was a constant reminder of the past he was trying so hard to forget. But he was 25 now and not a little boy. Ben was not going to let his fear of the past stand in the way of living in the present.
Ben had let Anna drive the 3 hours from New York City to Montauk. His lackluster driving skills had only barely earned him a drivers license, and Ben had a feeling that he would crash the car or fall asleep at some point during the trip. Although he did make Anna stop in Bridge Hampton for lunch at his favorite restaurant from when he was old enough to leave camp on his own and travel around the island.
As Anna parked the car, Ben clenched the handle above his head as he did while they were on the highway. He did not like parking and he did not like highways. Ben didn't really like cars either, but they were the easier form of transport from one place to another when they were not in NYC.
Ben stepped out of the car, feeling a little queasy. He ignored it and walked over to Anna, who was motioning for him very rapidly. He grinned, remembering how excitable she had been as a 14 year old, when they first met. 'Do you like books?' He had asked her. Ben grinned a little. He was so socially awkward back then. Ben had mostly gotten over his social anxiety, but it was still difficult for him to speak in public. Ben placed his arm around Anna's shoulder lightly. "Welcome home." Ben leaned his head against Anna's shoulder, which was hard for him since he was a good couple of inches taller than she was.
Ben's pleasant thoughts looking over the valley were ruined by the thought of having to go back to New York. Ben was in grad school to become an engineer and the sheer workload that it brought was almost too much to go out for the weekend. He had brought his work with him, and Ben was hoping to get some of it done before he had to stay up till 2 in the morning sunday night doing it.

Anna smiled and looked back at camp. She still had her 14 year old spirit. She did remember when she met Ben. It was just before the zombie apocalypse. The zombie apocalypse made her think of her friend who had died from the zombies. She was only 12 when she died. It always made her feel guilty when she thought about it now. She had lived almost half of her life and Aaliyah barely got to live 15. Anna decided to push the thought to the side. it was supposed to be a happy day not sad. Then the thought came to her that she would have to practice her violin when they got back to the house. Her job that she made a living out of was she was in a orchestra. She had liked instruments a lot and she had studied it a lot of it in high school and college. When she had gotten out of college they hd asked her if she would be in the orchestra. Of course she had said yes.
Anna looked at the camp's entrance. She smiled again, it was stretching from ear to ear. She was just so excited. Did they change the cabins? were they able to use electronics? What would Chiron say? Is Mr. D still there? A bunch of questions had popped into her head. Anna grabbed Ben's hand, ruining the moment. She didn't mean to she was just so excited. "What do you think it looks like? Do you think Mr. D is still there? I wonder if there's any Athena kids. What will Chiron say?" She said talking rapidly and dragging Ben along. When she noticed she was rambling she had stopped abruptly. Her face had turned a bright red, just when she had started rambling about books when they first met.
