"Hmmm" I said out loud as I sat down under a tree.

I came dashing into the forest after finding out my mom and dad lied to me! Apparently my dad wasn't my dad but my stepfather. Quietly I sigh en walk past a couple of trees and see another boy sitting there. I smile a rather odd and watery smile. Awkwardly I gave him a small wave and stuff my hand in the pockets of my black jeans and walk further moving over the trees and twigs like I did it every day, which was more or less true because we lived in the middle of this forest for some strange reason.

I turned around swiftly. Carefully I studied the other man. He was at least a few years older than him. Whe he asked a question I shrugged, "Nah, I've lived in the forest since I was born and I come here when I run away."

"Hey, Why don't you come back to the camp with me" I asked politely.

"Camp? What camp?" I ask disbelievingly. Who would camp in the middle of the wood in the middle of nowhere? His spiky hair was rock solid because of this gel he used. It was called Liquid Steel

"Okay, If you don't believe me maybe I should go to camp and and get a friend and if he gets on your nerves just punch him in the face" I said grinning as I walked away torwards the camp.

My eyebrow shot up and I just followed him. What was that man talking about? It didn't make any sense, not that he was smart, he was being tutored in almost every subject because he was failing everything.

"Sorry, I was thinking about me not you but was using he because I was also thinking about you and I mix thing like that at times..." I answered through gritted teeth. I walked a little quicker to keep up. I was only twelve and my legs weren't as long as his.

I sat down at the edge of the forest, humming as I worked away at my nails, filing away. Yes, I do love having a great style, and I knew I looked good. I sighed, and finally looked away from my hand, seeing two people. I squinted a bit, and saw Mckell Sowders, a Zeus kid, and some short person. I waved a bit, and began to file away at my other hand. "I wonder who the shorty is..." I mumbled to myself.

I nodded curtly. I was jogging now to keep up but stopped when the other man said "Hi" back to them. He looked quite short compared to them.

I was sitting behind a tree, listening to my ipod, like always. Peacefully. Then i saw Mckell and some other kid. I estimated he was what 11?, 12?, maybe 13? anyways, they hadn't spotted me. I looked at the kid again and thought what could his god parent be? I really didn't wanna ask. I'd have to leave listening to my ipod. So i sat and looked.

I stood up, and shoved the file into my pocket. "Hm, really?" I asked, walking over to him, and looking him down. "First of all, who is this shorty?"

I looked over and thought I saw someone but wasn't sure so I waited until the person approached me.

My eyes turned to slits. "I'm Dean." Quietly plotting how to hit the older man. The first man was right, he was annoying. Then he heard something. Leaves and he turned around in a blink of an eye and saw someone else listening to music on his iPod.

That's when my control broke and I jumped up high and planted three swift kicks in the man' jaw who fell on the floor. "Don't you talk to me like that. And who's the kid now?" I growled through gritted teeth.

I might aswell introduce myself to the kid, new or not. I was pretty sure Mckell saw me. I turned off the music. and trotted over. "Hi there" I said to the new kid "Brendon, son of Dionysus." I looked at Mckell "hey Mckell, hows the campaign for Zeus cabin going?" i asked. I didn't ever meet Mckell before, but i knew he was running for it.

I wretched over and grabbed Dean "HaHa" I said "I only grabbed him because I was afraid he would hurt you Alex" I said laughing.

I looked at everyone like they were mad. "What are you talking about? Zeus is some kind of god from mythologie! What kind of camp is this?"

"Ow!" I said/yelled, grabbing my jaw. I slowly stood. "You better watch it, ninja-kid" I started, mumbling something about getting dirt on my jacket, and turned around rubbing my jawline.

"Whatever, I didn't know I could do that..." I said confused. Slowly I looked around the group, A third man joined, he looked like he was 18.
