Alex looked up to the girl "Oh then you already know my name, but its nice to meet you Amy." He immedatley noticed her eye color and it shocked him in the moment. Ignoring it further he said "Sorry im just getting used to all this godly stuff..." He then looked at the guy and Amy. "And im sorry did i interupt?"

"Oh, it's fine. You're Layla's half-brother, right?" Amy asked. She knew that her eye color was strange to anyone else. To Athena kids, it was pretty normal. The red hair was the only thing that was really strange. Amy had the feeling as if she was intruding on something, so she shut up.

Brad walked up to Amy and said I have to talk to you. He then walked over to Alex and said you need to come with me. Brad walked out of the ball to the commons area. He thought that would be a good place for a private talk with his girlfriend and her friend Alex.

Alex wondered to himself what Brad was going to say to him and Amy. Getting up from his seat, he exscused himself from the table he was sitting at and moved out the door. He followed behind Amy slowly. He then spoke up "Is something wrong Brad?"

Amy didn't know what Brad was going to talk to them about. But, she followed anyway. It couldn't be horrible. Well, it could, but not worse than she faced. Alex spoke for both him and Amy when he asked if something was wrong. She nodded her head, to show her curiostiy combined with her worry.

Brad stopped in the middle of the commons and said if you all swear not to say another word I'm fine with telling you. Okay he said here it goes and he quietly pulled down his sleeve where his roman tattoo was with three lines and the sign of Apollo. Brad let his sleeve drop and said now you know my heritage. Brad walk off to his cabin doubting his girlfriend or Alex would like him now.

Alex stood in spot shocked out of his mind for a moment. There is a Roman camp? there are Roman gods? He then stopped Brad before he could make it to his cabin. "Brad stop, were your friends were not going to judge you on where your from."

Yeah he said but they sent me here for a reason they wanted me to kill chiron but I can't do that and if i don't they'll kill me and Amy. He stopped before he could get to the cabin he and said I'm leaving tomorrow you might be able to stop me before I leave if not you might want to follow me. He walked back to the commons and said if they kill me they kill Octavian he's my brother and ally. He blacked out after he said that for some reason he didn't really care but he did know Octavian did it on purpose.

Alex stood there a little frightened and worried about his friend. He then started to say "We will---" Before he could finish his sentance he saw Brad start to stumble and close his eyes. Alex immedatley grabbed him. He then looked up to Amy saying "We should speak to Chiron."

Amy nodded. She would let them kill her before she even thought about letting them touch Brad, Chiron, or Brad's brother. She ran with them to the Big House, still wondering about that Roman camp. She always knew that Roman's and Greeks didn't like each other, but she didn't know that it was to that extent. She knocked on the door of the Big House, and waited for their approval to be let in.

Brad woke up with Amy standing over him. They were outside the Big House he didn't know what was happening but he knew what he did next was a bit weird he stood up and gave Amy a real kiss then blacked out again. He dreamed of Camp Jupiter and the first cohort. He saw his brother ripping open a stuffed cat with his knife. Brad thought that his knife looked bent but he didn't care he just wanted to keep going on with the dream.

Amy was looming over Brad, waiting for him to come to. His eyes fluttered open, leaving Amy to breathe a little easier. He stood up, and kissed her fully. To Amy, it felt as if fireworks were going off all around her. Brad blacked out after that. She gasped, not letting him hit the ground. He rolled around in his sleep, obviously deep in it. She beat on the Big House door with her arm so hard she thought her fingers would break. "What's taking him so long?!" She cried in her frustrated mess.

Alex notcied that Brad started to breath and his eyes shot open. Seeing Brad run over to Amy and kiss her. True love.. Alex thought to himself smiling. Alex then ran to Amy's side and looked down at Brad. "Amy i think i can help.." He then focused all his attention on Brad. He said " Wake up Brad, i know your in there you just gotta follow my voice." In Brads flashback he could hear Alex's voice calling him.

Amy watched as Alex started to try and wake Brad up. Oh, please let this work! She thought, watching as he stirred in his sleep. She started to wonder where Chiron was. She beated on the door, before giving up on the entire idea. "Alex, I don't think Chiron is coming out anytime soon." She said, stating the obvious.

Brad could hear Alex but couldn't find him. He finally came to a little seeing Alex and Amy and then he remembered something from the other camp that he said "new Rome" we could have a family Amy you could meet my parents if they are alive. His voice was weakening he was going to black out again but he stood his ground. Brad was crying but he wouldn't black out no matter what but he did drop to his knees for some reason still crying he blacked out again.

There was only one thing Alex could do which he hated using, to Charmspeak. He called for brad one last time "Come on!" Immedatley after he said that Brad found himself spinning in his dream and then apearing in reality. Alex fell back and sighed and sat on the ground. He looked at Brad with a concerned face "So what are you going to do?"

Amy was worrying out of her mind. She was happy to see Brad coming to, but he spoke to Amy about his parents, and if they were still alive. Her mouth shot to her hand, before she came to her senses as Brad was falling, and swiftly caught him, gently placing his head on the ground. Alex started telling Brad to come to. It was so compelling, that Amy had to fight her own will to inch closer. "Woah, are you using Charmspeak? That's really powerful." She asked, seeing Brad slowly surface again.

Brad was trying to surface from the dream but couldn't. He finally came to and got up. Amy was still there so was Alex so he went ahead and kissed Amy for about two minutes. When he was done an imperial gold arrow came out of the shadows. While shielding Amy Brad took out his bow and shot a hydra arrow in the persons direction.

Brad came to, and Amy could breathe again. This is quite a strange night she thought, before Brad shot up and kissed her. SHe couldn't think straight, but for some reason, everything still felt right at the same moment, until an arrow shot at them all. As Brad shielded them, Amy wanted to make sure that Alex wasn't hit. She turned around, and asked, "Alex, are you okay?"

Alex looked at Amy and said "Yes that was charmspeaking and im not a fan of it.." He then got up from the ground dusting the dirt off his pants. He felt like somone was watching them immedatley and the next thing he knew he heard a bow snap. Turning his head one arrow missed him by a inch hitting a tree behind him. He then turned to Brad and Amy seeing that they were alright. "Yea im fine what was that?" He said backing up.

"Wow, that's...interesting. Hey, if we live, remind me to research on that." Amy joked to the both as she dodged more arrows. One came remarkably close to her ear, the whistling made her cringe. She nodded to Alex's question. "Who are these people, and why are they shooting at us?" She added.

Amy brad said go alert everyone in the ball. Alex you need to be my backup said brad while pulling out his katanas. Using the moon as light he quickly crafted a bracelet out of moonlight then gave it to Amy as he said it's a good luck charm. While pushing against the ground he jumped quickly pulling off a series of slashes at the draconians.

"Okay." Amy said at Brad's orders. He took the bracelet that he had astonishingly made so quickly, and fastened it to her wrist. She ran back to the ball, dodging arrows as she went. When she made it in, couples were dancing happily. It almost made her feel bad that she was going to destroy the happiness. Almost. She ran up to the DJ, and snatched the microphone. She didn't know in detail what was going on, so she just said one word. "ROMANS!" She wailed, hoping that she didn't say the wrong thing. It sent everyone into a panic, unsheathing their swords. She ran out. "They're notified." She said, hearing an arrow shoot by her.

Amy get out of there! Brad said the ball is rigged to explode! Brad quickly started running towards the ball he couldn't let Amy die. He found her and started pulling her out finally they were out and the ball started burning.

"Huh?!" Amy said, feeling two arms grab her, and drag her out. "Oh, thank the gods. I thought I was being kidnapped. That's a relief." She said, sighing. "Who are those people anyway?" She asked, ducking for cover behind a flipped table, that she used as a shield. Amy looked back at the ball, and saw it on fire. "Oh no! Aren't all those people going to die?!" She said, shocked.
