Isabella nodded at Ron. "Alrightly then, you can stay. If anything, we will contact you. Just...be safe. We don't wanna have a search party for you," Isabella told Ron, gently putting a hand on Ron's shoulder. Isabella turned to Bella. Thank gods she was with her sister. Her gray eyes looked at Oliver, Leory, and Bella. "Okay, any questions before we leave?" Isabella asked them. She bit her lip. Maybe she should wait for a few more people. Who knew what Chiron had in these forests? Seriously, the old horse needs to unstock so more peopel don't get killed. Isabella's senses seemed be stronger out her. Or maybe it was her despertaion to find Chris and have him safe.

I tossed a tent at helen. "I want it back in the morning." i told her. I pitched the one man tent I had one me at all times. Peering over the top of my tent i watched Faye. i finshed my tent and walked over to her. " deffinatly didnt expect this did you?" i asked gently.

Helen

I grunted as i caught the tent. 'what in hades is in this thing.' I thought. after the tent was set up i crawled in as passed out on the floor.

Faye laughed softly. She didn't except things anymore, or even try to."No, I stopped expecting things a long time ago, but I didn't even think this would happen." she said turning on her heels to face Roran. Faye looked at her feet, then to her older half-brother.

"I thought leading things were good. I thought it would impress mom... but I don't know. I don't know if I can lead anyone to anything good and right..." she said quietly. Faye sighed and started a fire."I'll take first watch, and wake you guys up if I see anything." she said smiling. Who knows what happens in the forest in the day, much less at night.

I looked around. "Ill stay with you." I said. "and Mom is hard to impress. Only Helen knows this but i made a helicopter out of spoons to impress Mom. My dad laughed at me for." i could feel my face getting red but i hoped that the fire would sort of cover it. "Your doing a great job leading us." i muttered.

Faye smiled softly."Thanks." she said with another smile. Faye sat down on a log next to the warmth of the fire. She looked around the forest. It was creepier in the dark, almost like they weren't even at camp. It felt like they were somewhere else, not at camp. Faye knew that she could try to contact Ron if things went wrong, but that was in worse case senario. She sighed and laid on the grass. Her hair would be full of it in the morning, but she didn't care. Faye looked at the constellations in the sky, naming every one in her mind.

I pulled a stick out of the fire. I drew the map of the camp in ash. I marked out the trail we had taken. I scratched my head. "this doesnt make sense." I said. "Where could he be?" i guess that last bit is in everyones head right now.

Faye got up and looked at Roran's map. It didn't make sense."Someone must be watching us. I can feel it. Someone is taunting us." she told him. Her explanation seemed only logical in her mind. Chris was captured, or hurt by someone. Now they were watching the search, waiting to strike.

Faye sighed, it seemed Chris was so close, but he wasn't. He was far away. Whoever this person was couldn't be a demigod. Chris could've beaten them if they were normal.

Blythe had heard every bit of their conversation. She was an insomniac, and the multitude of decisions made around her didn't help. But there was one that gave her the worse headache. Quietly crawling out of her tent, she whispered," You're right. Our every step is being watched." She sat down by the fire, wide awake. She drew up her knees and hugged them. "The knowledge of it is giving me a headache," she added. She put her chin on her knees and stared at the fire.

An ear shattering howl echoed throughout the entire forest. A steely blond haired woman, no taller than Chris bolted towards the camp, eventually tripping on one of the campers and falling on her face. She quickly whipped around and lay there, utter DREAD plastered on her face as she looked upon the demigods. Shaking profusely, as if she had seen Hades himself.

"M-m-monsters... Boy... Dead... Bloody.... you...."

The woman covered her eyes and screamed yet again. Tears pouring from her eyes... She was scared... Confused......

Horrified.

She slowly rocked back and forth, the entire ordeal having seemingly shattered her mind. There were no traces of sanity left, only traces of the former tranquility and beauty that tinged her features. Why was this happening to her? Why....

"Why..."

Faye jumped up at the sound of a scream echoing through the forest. A woman, who looked so much like Chris , was on the ground. She was crying and shaking like crazy. Faye clicked her sword to three feet. The girl looked like she was going crazy. Insane more like.

She stepped closer to the girl. The girl was talking quickly and was looking so confused. Faye motioned for Roran and Blythe to come with her. She positioned her sword at the girl's face."Who are you? Why are you following us?" she asked.

I sprang to my feet. My sword was in my hands."State your name and perpous." i said in a staight flat tone.

Helen

I scrambled out of my tent after I heard the high pitched scream. I ran to the scene. Roran was holding is sword at chest height to an older woman. i placed my hand on the blade of his sword. "Leave it for now." i whispered softly.

Blythe quietly took out her sword, and held it at her side. She would only use it when necessary. Stepping towards the woman, she knelt down and examined her tear-streaked face. It was once beautiful, but was contorted by insanity. "What's wrong?" she simply asked. She would not threaten the stranger in her already delicate state.

Her gaze lifted to stare at the sword. Her already terrified gray hues widening even further as she swatted the blade away and scrambled backwards. This entire ordeal was truly maddening...

"Swords... Hell-dogs...... That boy... Oohhh... That poor boy..."

As if recalling something truly horrific, she once again burst into tears. What was happening... Monsters... Creatures... One big nightmare... She brought her hands to her hair and began pulling. She was thrashing about, something was driving her mad. There had been a sight so horrific that her mind had been completely shattered.

"T-they... W-w-want to eat my bones..."

"THEY WANT TO EAT MY BONES!"

She shrieked again, standing up and attempting to run... However, she was sapped of her strength, and she very quickly fell to the ground again... She was shaking profusely, muttering something about one-eyed men and her bones.

Blythe did not flinch. But the excited gleam was back in her eyes. "Hellhounds. Chris must have been attacked by hellhounds," she said excitedly. They had a lead. Chris didn't come back because of an attack. Then her eyebrows furrowed. "Hellhounds can't be inside of camp, unless they've been someone on the inside." She walked over to the woman and took hold of her shaking shoulders. "Do you remember anything else?" she inquired in a soft voice. They had no need to terrify the woman any further.

Faye put away her weapon, the woman wouldn't hurt them now. Not in her current state."Shh... We'll protect you here. No monsters will hurt you... okay?" she told the woman softly. Faye didn't like the way she kept screaming about, " That boy... that poor boy." Somehow she knew it had to be Chris. he must have been attacked, by hellhounds. Faye moved closer to the woman, just like Blythe had. She looked into the lady's eyes and saw one thing, insanity. Whatever she saw, whatever she had witnessed was drastic. It wasn't to be taken lightly.

Faye didn't want to ask the woman more questions, that would only confuse the poor soul. She didn't want to do that. Faye looked back at their camp, and nodded her head slowly. They would take the woman with them, or at least try."Do you trust us enough to protect you?" Faye asked her.

Blythe stepped back and let Faye do the talking. Blythe wasn't known for calming people. Quite the opposite. She caused fights. "Er....If she does, I can watch over her. And if anything goes wrong, I can send her out of the Forest," Blythe offered. She shuffled quietly, the blue streaks in her hair casting a soft glow.

I hid behind a tree. I was a little late to the search. When I got into the forest I heard distant screams. I followed them, and now I was behind a tree, staring at a woman and screaming. I saw Faye there and a couple other campers surrounding the woman, asking her if she was Ok and they were telling her they'll protect her. I stayed as quiet as I could so I wouldn't scare them. I would come out soon....

These people were friends... Not monsters... She gently nodded to the girl reassuring her. They promised they would protect her from... Those things. She shuddered at the thought, stories that were used to keep her from misbehaving as a child were now coming alive to haunt her. Her maddened gray iris's rested on Faye.

And then... In a shocking twist, her eyes suddenly grew a milky white as a very familiar sly grin crossed her features. She leaped to her feet and within moments had analyzed almost every shred of detail about the "search party."

"Poor poor boy... Never stood a chance really."

As soon as those words escaped her lips, she bolted off into the thick foliage. If the group planned to chase, she would allow them to, leaving a clear trail for them to follow. Leaving a path that would lead them into Oblivion, one step farther away from Chris. Or perhaps, straight to him. One could never know.

The bait has been set....

Will the trap be sprung?

The daughter of Janus froze, in a state of shock. Her mind went through the possibility that the woman was possessed. She concentrated hard on the idea of them following the woman, and lost vision. Her green eye blurred first, then the blue one. It was close. When she regained consciousness, she was on the ground. Quickly getting up, she announced, "That trail is bad. But it leads to Chris. What do you think, Faye?" Janus was the god of decisions. Blythe knew when they were bad or good. But she wasn't the leader.

I nodded at Blythe's disition. "we should get some things to help us." I swung my finger in a waving formation at myslef and Helen. "we are both inventors.

I packed up the the bits and bobs that hand fallen out of my jacket pockets. I nodded at what Roran said.

Faye sighed and shook her head."It'll still be there in the morning. I'd rather follow this "Doom Trail" in the light." she told the group. Faye couldn't place it, the woman's grin and eyes, they were like Chris's. Was it possible Chris got ambushed by his sister? Wait if she was Chris's sister, that meant she was her sisiter as well. " She is Chris's sister." Faye said slowly. She didn't know if the others would believe her or not.

~This is weird. Last night, I had I dream where I was posting, and in Hado's signature, there was two characters. Chris, and a girl whose name started with an S. Beside that, it said "Chris's sister" O.O

Blythe pondered this slowly. Her friend Rachel knew this guy, and the woman fit the same description. Slowly, she nodded. "I could believe that. Besides, she had the same grey eyes as you people. And I second following that trail in the light." She shuffled back to her tent, and quickly thought against it. "Er..I'll take second watch. I'm not sleepy anyway."
