I lost track of how long we had been here. I didn't have a watch to see what time it was.

I knew what time it was because of the tides, for some reason whenever I was at the beach I always knew the time, I could tell by the tides to me they were a cheat sheet " I don't know " I say quickly. I didn't want to seem weird, I didn't even understand how I knew the time

" yeah, it's always the same old drama in camp I say, I had suspicions about my parents and I was almost sure that Poseidon but I wasn't sure

" Yeah its all the same, its kinda ridiculous, I've been spending a lot of time away from the drama lately, its not worth watching it because you've seen it so many times that you already know how its going to turn out" I say, Thats part of the reason I came to the beach daily, to get away from all the drama

Thank the gods that this place is abandoned all the time. I'd really hate if everyone came here and brought their drama with them.

" Yeah it can get really boring" I say, It was a good thing that the beach was never too busy , when theres a lot of people in one place it always creates Drama and the beach would be no fun anymore.

I stifle a laugh " Yeah, but sometimes Mortals can be way more dramatic then demigods, it depends on the type of drama " I say. Mortals could be really dramatic, they look little thing and blew them out of proportion

I remember one kid at my old school who constantly made drama over the simplest things like his pencil breaking. I'm like you know you can go sharpen it, crisis averted. I guess if that guy didn't cause drama about it he probably wouldn't get attention.

"Probably would make tons of money too." I laughed. "But if people knew about all the drama that happened here people wouldn't want to start drama"

I laughed " Probably, they'd all be millionaires" I say. They would be great soap opera actors and actresses thats for sure

" Probably...." I say Mortals liked super dumb shows, the only decent show was Doctor Who and Merlin other then that they were pretty dramatic.

I remember when I watched television, all the shows with superheroes and stuff would be canceled after a season or two to make more air time for reality television. Reality television, I don't see the point in it. I mean you can go outside and watch half of the stuff that happens on reality shows outside without cable.

Why can't they show TV shows that people can reality too? It'd make way more sense they wasting money to continue production of reality shows.

I shrugged, war was boring to talk about, I noticed absentmindedly that he was kinda cute, I blushed and looked down at the ground

"It'd be nice to actually stop focusing on the war so much as act like how normal kids do. I mean still we may be demigods but we're still kids." I said.

That's the problem, we're too contained here. Too isolated. People who live here year round hardly ever go outside the camp. It's not fair.
