"Phew," Azlan said. "For a second there, I thought I was losing my mind. Well, take a seat there, bud. We're all family here, so feel free to relax." He motioned to an empty bean bag and smiled at Seth. He looked at his other siblings, wondering why they weren't talking to the newbie.

I sat down in a bean bag. My ADHD started kicking in. I took my bow and arrow off my back and started to play with it.Without warning, thw bow shot an arrow in the wall. No one was hit. "I didn't mean to do that," I said out loud.

Azlan watched his brother as he played with his bow. He couldn't help but laugh at the arrow as it shot off. He looked around the rest of the room, waiting for other's reactions. Sitting back, he wondered if they would be angry or if they would laugh. After all, he thought it was funny.

I stood up to take the arrow out of the wall. I shot another arrow again by mistake. "Oh gods. I did not mean to do that," I said again. I placed my bow on the ground so it couldn't happen again.

Aubree jumped as the arrow just skimmed her head. She smiled pulling the arrow out of the wall and getting up. She walked towards them noticing Azlan was there too "Hi I'm Aubree and I believe this is yours" she handed the boy the arrow smiling. I might as well make friends she thought to herself.

"Hey Guys" I said while walking into the room. I filled out one of the sheets on the wall and leaned against the space next to it. "Who are you?" I asked the new kid.

Dani sighed and looked up from her chair. Everyone seemed busy talking to someone else. She wanted to talk to someone, she usually was. This wasn't normal. It was unnatural. Dani got up and plopped on her bunk. She grabbed her old guitar and sighed.

I looked at a girl and saw that she had an old guitar. My new half-sister. I grinned at her. "Know any good songs?" I ask her.

Dani looked up from her guitar. "That depends on what you wanna hear." she replied. Dani had been playing since she was 5, she knew her guitar well. "Well? What do you wanna hear?" she asked again.

Dani looked back up and stopped her music. "Knee deep by the Zack Brown Band. It's one of my favorite songs." she said sitting upright. "Do you play any instruments?" Dani asked setting her guitar down on it's stand.

Dani sighed, remembering home was hard. "I was about 5. My mom knew that I should've been able to play music well. She set up a thing with her boyfriend to teach me to play. I got better and better, I was better than the teacher! My mom got mad at me for that. She called me a show off." she explained looking down at her bed sheets.

Dani smiled and laughed. "Most of us are. My mom got so mad she sent me to a singin teacher instead. When I was better than her... well my mom shunned me for the rest of my life. She hates me."she explained. Dani shrugged as if she didn't care.
