| Well, they get to show they can draw, and they do me a favor, so I think its win win.
you didnt quote me, you did not use the quote option nor did you use direct text that I said exactly as I said it, therefore, no quote, just a failure of a summary. | |

| I joined May. D: Dan, for example just made an account last November, and he seems experienced and stuff, so it doesn't matter much when you joined to be a good admin/mod/mentor. :] | |

| Wow...you guys are so entertaining. Anyway, I just wanted to give my opinion on this idea. I think that this would be a great idea, though it would take some getting used to. As stated before, we have at least 3 members joining everyday. Usually there's even 5. These 'mentors' would have to have a lot of patience, time, etc. Plus, they would most likely have to have multiple 'trainees'. Either that, or there would need to be about 3-6 mentors. Anyway, all in all, good idea. I like it, Koala. | |

| I agree with remp. My first time here was all confusing and I had to get these little details from experience with other sites. The idea of a mentor is good cause the new members will be all over the mods and admins and they themselves cannot enjoy the rp forum cause of all the questions the new members ask. It will be good if we had people that could really help them. Good idea koala. | |

| This does sound like a good idea, but how would this be implemented? Obviously mentors would only be current members who want to participate in this, but how are current members going to be assigned as a new member's mentor? Sometimes there are very few current members on; other times there are a lot on. Also, new members join at random times during the day. It makes it very difficult to assign someone as a mentor. | |

| We can make new members request a mentor in a specific thread, or something. | |

| Yeah, or someone can pm them when they're free. I have a different time zone so I can still help while others are offline. | |

| I personally like the idea quite a lot XD Hopefully it'll be very successful if it's taken into account people would like to actually help we could probably find Bunny and Moo willing and myself. Many more, I'm sure, would apply to help. | |

| People who joined last winter, spring, or summer would most likely be chosen. Maybe a active, literate, and seemingly experienced people who joined in the fall :] | |

| I'm no old member, but it's okay. And one example of the benifits of mentoring is that people will know the do and don't here. Like the Talon dude. He really needs a mentor. We need active members to tell him what is right and what is wrong. | |
