| "Hera kids?" Nick asked. "Since when does Hera have kids?" He always thought Hera was against having demi-god children. Being the goddess who she is, this is a shock. | |

| "Yeah. But you don't have to feel like you were born because your aren't was bored. Then you get left in an orphanage without any warning.", she sighed. Apollo couldn't care less about her. She was the completely opposite of him. She was such a loner while he was too preppy. And that was why people question her parentage. | |

| "Oh yea I guess you are right, Hera doesn't have kids, but at least I stay at her cabin." I sighed and then turned to Gen "Well I mean, I am not the most talkative person in camp, but I guess I can listen good. If you ever want to talk." I felt bad for her, she seemed sad somehow. | |

| "Don't think of it that way," Nick said to Gen. "I'm sure that Apollo loved your mother and he didn't just have you because he was 'bored'.", he said, trying to sound like he wasn't thinking the same. Could this be the reason for my parentage, Athena being bored? | |

| She shook her head. "Thanks. But I feel it is wrong of me to wind you up with my problems." she sighed. It was not everyday she had met a friend, and she doesn't want to loose one either. "Besides, I think I can survive." she smiled a sad smile. | |

| I felt stupid again, I probably looked stupid to Gen, like a weirdo or so. "Oh yea right, I understand" I told her and looked at Jennifer again, she was really quiet. | |

| I didn't know what else to do but feel sorry for Gen. Unlike most of my siblings, they would never care, but I wasn't like that. I sat there seechless. What should I do? | |

| "Okay,", he said, watching the sunset. "I think I'm going to head back to my cabin."
"Once again, it was nice meeting all of you", he said with a smile. He stood up.

| "Yeah. Nice meeting you too." she said. She turned back to the sky. Silence was there and only later did she realizE about the others. "You could go if you want to. I'll be alright." she said with a certain voice. | |

| Nick turned toward the cabins. Slowly he began to walk. He looked back at the crowd. He gave a wave, and he was gone. | |

| I wondered why that kid left so quick, but then I turned my attention back to Gen, she looked up at the sky and I did so, tool "It looks pretty. I mean it looks so peaceful." I just wanted to have a conversation with her to make her feel better. I knew how it feels to be lonely and I didn't want her to feel like this. | |

| "Yeah. Peaceful." she liked the sky. It was amazing at times. And she envied them. The sky could cry whenever it wants to, shine when it's happy. For her, it was all about being strong. She was to be strong emotionally to all occasions. That's why she didn't even cry when her mom died. | |

| "Yeah, it is pretty," I admitted. I still felt bad for Gen. I hated when I saw people depressed. I wanted them to be happy. | |

| Everybody was quiet, Gen looked kinda sad but also she didn't want people to feel bad for her so I didn't say anything to her. Jennifer kept looking at Gen, too. She didn't seem like the usual Aphrodite-kid, I mean yea she was very pretty but she also seemed very kind and caring.
I leaned back against a tree and stroked my beard, if you can call the stubbles I have in my face a beard.

| Gen looked up at the darkening sky. "It's late guys. Would you like to go ahead and go to dinner?" she asked. She was alright even if she disentangle go to dinner. She was already thin from skipping meals, and skipping dinner wouldn't make her fat. The only thing that bothered her were the others. If they skipped meals just because they felt sorry for her, then she would let them go. | |
