Just out for a walk

Shelbie smiled and said, "Well, at least I passed one test!" She was trying to be funny, which was something she wasn't to good at.

I laugh a bit " Yeah, you passed it succesfully." I smile and kissed her again. She was so cute and so great..

I laugh along with him. The good thing was that I wouldn't have the cast on for too long. I kiss his nose.

"How about we start walking around the lake again?" I proposed. I needed to walk for a bit. my legs were hurting.

"Sure, why not? Said Shelbie. She picked up her crutches and stood up. She leaned on her crutches.

I got up " Sure you don't want to climb on my back?" I proposed. I took her hand and kissed it.

"I'll just use my crutches until I get tired." said Shelbie. She didn't want to make Takeo tired.

" Ok then! do as you wish" I said, and smiled at her. I start walking, not too fast.

Shelbie walked beside him on her crushes. She smiled. She was starting to get used to these things. Once she got her cast off she would have to be careful.

I look around, hands in my pockets. It was so calm.. " If only it could stay calm.."

" Camp half blood, or everything was just... as it is. Without the war. It would be so great" I explained, looking at the sky.

"Oh yeah. Right. I agree." said Shelbie. She smiled weakly at the thought of losing Camp Half Blood. She hugged Takeo tightly. She didn't want to lose him.

Surprised, I hugged her back, though it was something normal for people who were going out together. " Don't worry. I'll be there."

"Yea!" said Shelbie. She wasn't too good with words. She kept walking, keeping her pace steady. I smiled.

I smiled back " What makes you happy?" I asked, curious. I wanted to know what was on her mind.

"Being with people I care about and swimming." said Shelbie, of course.

I laugh " Same here. though I doesn't like swimming as you do!" I laugh even more.

"Ha, ha, ha." said Shelbie, though she said it sarcastically. She still kept her pace up with Takeo, but was starting to get a little tired.

" Tell me when you wanna go back." I said, looking at her from the corner of my eyes. I didn't wanted her to get too tired.

Shelbie got even more tired. She said, "Okay I think I'm ready to go back now." She smiled.

I smiled back " You want to get on my back? I'm not tired at all." I said, not wanting her to refuse it just because she didn't wanted me to get tired.

"Sure." said Shelbie. She put her crutches in her back pack and climbed on Takeo's back. She put her head against his. She waited for him to move.

" Ok then! Let's get back to camp" I smile and start walking. " Tell me if I hurt you anyhow, ok?"

"Okay," said Shelbie. Oh course he didn't hurt her. She laid there on his back. Waiting to get back to the rest of camp.
