Second Battle Encounter BEGINS!

I stay back. Magic was my forte not fighting. But I was great with reinforcing and aiding the fighters. Some found their wounds miraculously healed, others fought the enemy that was trying to kill them miraculously vanish. I lay down huge swathes of destruction with my magic. creating fire that purged these invaders and lightning that smote them where they stood. My energy was sapping away by the second though.

"AHHH!SOMEBODY!HELP!" I felt intense pain in my arm.The bones had probably shattered by now.The Laistrygonian wouldn't let up.Someone needed to help.

I got rid of the cyclops,but then there was a enemy demigod.I locked my sword in his.I was afraid to kill him.He probably was once my friend,because he was my age.

Monster after monster turned to dust,but my face was crimson-scarlet with blood.And it was my own,making it worse.

"Dylan!" I call out. I run up to her. "We need to kill something. Fast." I look waringly around us.

The hellhound I was dueling falls to a poisoned paw. I raise my spear in triumph. "Yes!"

I shoot a electric arrow at a telkhine, and it disintigrates into wispy yellow dust. I look around to see if anybody was attacking me. Nope.

I stay back from the fight. No one in the camp even knew my name but I would fight to defend it. I pick off enemies using the sniper that I excelled at. I put it on semi-auto and fell monster after monster, prefering the bigger targets. No sign that I was here other than the puff of dust my enemies exploded into when I took them down. No noise was made, no flash was seen. I was invisible (metaphorically).

I kinda limped into the forest. I couldn't walk so well because I had gotten stabbed in the back. I pulled out my dagger and blessed it with my dark magic. I put it in it's sheath, and did the same with my sword. I said, quietly, "Κάνε με αόρατες," I turned invisible. I walked slowly and crept up on a dracanae. I slowly pulled out my dagger. I pulled back my arm and jabbed out at the dracanae. It exploded into golden dust and I slipped away. I crept up in front of a cyclops. It was funny it couldn't see me. I threw my dagger at it and my dagger landed in a tree. I grabbed it and wiped of the golden dust. I climbed up a tree and said, "Κάνε με ορατό." Now I could be seen. I got out my bow and loaded it with an arrow. I yelled, "Πάγωμα," and a lot of monsters froze. Only the ones I pointed at, though. I shot my arrows and them, and the cracked and fell.

I slipped in. I got up in the tree like last time. This was the safest place to do my stuff. I got my arrows that were full of sleeping dust. I shot a cyclops tree times and fell straight to sleep. I shot him with a regular arrow and he exploded. I shot a dracanae, an empousa, and another cyclops. They all fell like the others. Then I shot them with the regular arrows after they fell asleep. They exploded into golden dust that kinda got over everyone.

Even in my deepest rage and bloodlust I was not blinded. I still had a calculating mind. I blocked attacks and countered them as if my blood wasn't more adrenaline than plasma. I would not disappoint my parents. I would not die here. My eyes glow with pure power as my weapon slices through a demigod's helmet and then his skull. My magnum is in my hand suddenly as I fire a single shot at the general's head. There is nothing left of it but blood splattering his nearby minions.

It had been ten minutes after the battle had started. I already killed two dracanaes, four hellhounds, and three empousas. I slowly started fueling myself with confidence over my victories. A little too much confidence. No, I won't allow my fatal flaw to take over me. Regaining myself from my thoughts, I lunged at an incoming cyclops. It let out a loud moan, then hurtled me at a tree. I somehow managed to survive any major damage, there were only a few scraches. I lifted myself up and tried once more. Charging at the cyclops, I hacked and slashed repeatedly until it finally disinegrated into ashes.

Trailing a few feet behind Melina, I encountered a harpy. I gripped the hilt of my dagger so hard my knuckles turned white. I lunged at it, but missed by only a few inches. Then I hacked and sliced it's right wing off. "Gotch," I murmured. It let our a loud screatch, and disinengrated. I turned around, only to come face to face with a sphinx. "Take this!" I exclaimed. I slashed at it, then hacked. The spinx dodged my attacks, and then tackled me. It drooled on my face, which I didn't find quite pleasant. I squinted my eyes, waiting for death, but it didn't attack. It felt it fall off of me. I glanced at it and noticed and arrow in it's back. I turned my amber gaze to a near by tree. An archer had killed it. "Thank you!"

You're welcome!" I shouted back to the girl as I watched her trail off into battle. I fired another shot, and hit a cyclops in the head. I was a pretty decent archer, since I've been training before I even came to Camp Half-Blood. I pulled back my bow and released another arrow. "Got em'!" I exclaimed as I watched an empousa crumble to the ground. I scanned the battlefield for any injured campers. I signed up to be not only a fighter, but a healer. I had the ability to heal with herbs, so when anyone needed help I'd carry them off to the infirmary and do my thing.

I kept screaming.I was gonna die if this kept up."SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE!
Kai!He was in trouble!But there was too many monsters in between him and I.
I couldn't help Kai either.I wish I couldv'e,I was just to far away.He couldn't die!He couldn't!
The demigod was strong.But it felt wrong to kill him.He was a real person.I couldn't.It wasn't right!
"You have to kill him Tobias!" I screamed.He was letting the other demigod injure him.He had to kill him.

A girl was awkwardly sprawled out on the ground. She looked like she was waiting for death, as a cyclops prepared to strike her. Harper fired a couple arrows at it, but it just got angrier. It left the girl behind, and charged at Harper. Bravely, she shot another arrow. It caught it, and rammed into Harper. There was a crunch, and she fell to the ground, never to get back up.

Irene felt numb inside, as she watched another girl attack the cyclops. She watched everything, and it all seemed in slow motion. A few arrows came in it's direction, then it came charging toward the girl. There were more arrows, and the cyclops rammed into the girl, causing her death. She gulped, feeling like she killed the girl. She sighed, knowing it was her fate. Irene just had to go with the flow. She limped back up, and grabbed a couple of sticks for support. With the wooden crutches, she limped to the infirmary.

Sam eventually saw the Laistrygonian bearing down on Kai. He put a short burst into the giant's neck and watched the thing disintegrate. Then he rushed over to Kai's side and stood over him, shooting anything that came close. However, Sam neglected to check Kai's wounds in any way-he was far too focused on fighting.

OOC: Tethys I actually had Chris snipe the Cyclops attacking Irene.

I heard Kai scream in pain. I turned my gray gaze to the left and saw him lying on the floor. "KAI!" I screamed. I kneeled next to him and cried for help. "Help! Someone's injured!"

Well, that's my signal, I thought as I jumped down from the tree. I knelt down next to him. "I've got you kid."

Carson crashed through the trees, grinning. "Save some monsters for me!" He chuckled as he ran right into the battle, wearing no protective gear. Yeah, it was stupid of him, but he was quick with his reflexes. Lightning quick.

~ PUN!

Spotting an empousa, he charged right towards her, head butting her and causing sparks to fly. The empousa shrieked like a maniac when she fell on the ground lamely. Of course, Carson started cracking up at that. The empousa didn't like that one bit. Rising, she bared her fangs and crouched down menacingly. Not paying attention, Carson was doubled over laughing. He raised a hand meekly and he laughed uproariously. "G-g-give me a-a moment." He said in between fits of laughing. Hissing the empousa sprang from her crouch with her fares bared and her claws extended, racing towards Carson. Carson composed himself not a moment too soon. Bolting upright, he steadied his hand, which was now a firm as a rock. As the empousa drew nearer, a bolt of lightning sprang from Carson's palm directly at the empousa, causing the monster to go flying, her maniacal shrieks fading away as she crashed into a nearby tree. Dazed, confused, and now pissed off, a dryad woke up and started using her plant magic to attack the empousa. Leaving it at that, Carson laughed once again and went to go attack some other beasties.

Cody sprinted through the trees, the sound of dead branches crunching below him as he neared the Battlefield. Once there, he charged right into the action, flicking his wrist here and there, causing different plants to spring up and strangle any unsuspecting monsters. It worked out quite well, actually. He chuckled to himself as he continued on with his tactic. Spotting a large hellhound bounding his way, he quickly snapped his fingers, the sound echoing throughout the area. He then flitted to the right, confusing the hellhound quite a bit, and the big brute turned sharply and followed Cody. A colorful plant uprooted itself right behind Cody, causing the large dog to trip. Growling, he lashed out at Cody, the tips of his sharp claws just penetrating Cody's skin. It stung like crazy. Disregarding it for the moment, Cody watched with amusement as the plant sprayed poison in the hellhound's eyes, paralyzing it for the moment. Cody then swiveled around and spotted a lone, small demigod sitting in the middle of the Battlefield, blinking from time to time, but mostly with his eyes closed. He had a sly look on his face, a sly, evil look. So Cody knew it was an enemy demigod. Grinning mischievously, Cody ran towards the small demigod. It was weird, as if the demigod, while small, was actually very old. It was a confusion that Cody didn't understand, but he definitely underestimated the demigod. The lone child was actually yet another child of Monos, but that was unbeknownst to Cody, so as Cody ran up to the demigod, the boy cocked his head, and before Cody even saw the enemy demigod's lips move to form the word 'pain', a sharp excruciating pain stabbed at his head. Cody crumpled to the ground, unconscious.

I slash at the creature that was on top of one of the fellow campers. Then I focus power and zen into my blade. I release it all at once, disappearing from the spot I was at leaving only and after image. I am gone less the a second before I return facing away from the line of advancing monsters. A second before all of them burst into dust (not every monster just every monster in that particular wave of monsters... about a dozen or so.).

Enemies kept coming at me from every direction. I was tiring out but I was winnning. I had killed hundreds in my berserking fury. My wounds bled steadily but I ignored the pain. I ignored the death I was assuredly soon to face. Unless I got reinforcements I would be overwhelmed soon. But I was too deep in the enemy lines. No one would make it here.

I run to Adam. "Any way you can do that pain thing again? It's out best bet." I look at him seriously. Usually I was joking around with him and such, but this was a serious matter.

I saw the boy help me."Th-Th-Thank you..." I say,and lost consisousness.

I couldn't kill him.But then,he put his sword to my neck."Say goodbye." Then he started to laugh,but he never finished.He dropped dead.I hated killing other people.Why did I have to kill?

Thank gods.Somebody saved Kai.I felt releived,then boom!Trucked over by another hellhound.I got ready to stab it.

I killed it first."Your welcome." Then I was stabbed by an enemy demigod in the throat.I fell straight to the ground.

Jason heard a guy yell out for help. Looking through the mess of demigods and monsters, he saw him. He recognized him, he was Kai. They had never met, but he had seen him before at camp. Pulling their body to a stop, Jason pointed at Kai, "Come one Jordan we have to help him."

Jordan glared at his brother, unsure why he wouldn't move, when he noticed what he was pointing at. "Alright" he replied. They charged foward to help Kai, swinging their staff at the Laistrygonian, but it desingrated just as they arrived.

Sam watched as Jason and Jordan arrived to help Kai. "Hey guys. Mind taking him to the infirmary? He's been beaten by a giant."

Grenades fly from my hand and land in the thick of the enemies, killing several of them at a time. That was why I had gone so deep. To kill the general and so I could truly let loose. I was slicing down hellhounds and harpies 3 at a time. I slew cyclopses and giants quickly. I shot my rpg launcher with relative impunity, felling the large beasts with one shot.

I stab a dracena, smiling as it disentegrates, I turn around looking into the face of an enemy demigod. I start to feel unesy, I knew I couldn't possibly face a demigod

I slice at every enemy that comes my way, fighting my way deeper into the enemy lines instinctively. I stopped far away from the explosions that seemed to ring out from several spots centered around a spot of pure devestation in the enemy core. I was trying to get there but my way was hindered by enemies. I stay rooted in the spot and simply content myself with cutting down enemies as quickly as they come. My sword flashes in the sunlight and moves too fast to see.

As the hellhound continued shaking the tree I grabbed on to a branch by one arm. Sadly the branch wasn't enough to hold it, and I just dropped to a horrible place, a hellhounds back. "Well, I'm about to die." I wearily said, and then the hellhound took off into the battle, and it ran through forest, I held on tightly, refusing to let go, when I got my hammer, and smashed it on the head. Due to the fall, I was paralyzed. My next big idea, I screamed, "MEDIC!!!"
