Second Battle Encounter BEGINS!

I draw my dagger and slash a hellhound. My ankle still hurt but I'd eaten some Ambrosia, and the pain wasn't as as bad as before, so I simply ignored it. I stab a Draecena and watch it disentegrate

Rowena jumped in the action with her arrow drawn and hit a hellhound square in the chest. With her Apollo powers she bent light into a Draecena's eyes to ward it off. She used what she knew of healing to quickly close up a cut on her cheek.

Then, suddenly, she was whacked in the ribs by hellhound and knocked against a boulder. Everything went black...

Lymond slashed at everything he could with his swords. He defeated several hellhounds and draecenae, plus one empusa. Adrenaline was pumping through his veins as he planted a foot on a fallen hellhound's head. "Think twice before you jump into the fire, Fido."

Aiyana used her magic and had defeated an onslaught of surrounding enemies with some difficulty. She was panting with exhaustion now, but still determined. "Just try defeating me!" she yelled out. Then she fainted.

Tom led Christian into the battlefield. "See this mess here? Just aim for the small fry. I'm sure your Athena instincts will kick in soon." Then he rushed off for an empusa.

"No!" Christian yelled out, blindly flailing her arms around, one hand holding the dagger. "I...I...I'm blind!"

But it seemed that Tom was too far away to hear her now.

To her left, something sharp swung her across the field. The warm gush of blood and dizzying feeling, not to mention the pain, became real as a wound on her side.

Tom turned around to see how the new girl was doing.

But she was already down.

"Christian!" Tom rushed over to her and hurried through the battles to the infirmary.

I clutch my side as it starts to hurt again. I glance at the side of my t-shirt and sigh in dismay as I see my t- shirt is stained with blood. I pass out from blood loss

~ Alright. Start moving the RP to the Infirmary if it's needed. The lasts of the enemy are retreating. So wrap up the RP here and move it to the Infirmary. (: I'll be closing the Battlefield back up soon. Altogether a well done RP. Just be sure to post 4 sentences at a bare minimum. (:

OOC @Dan: yeah... only problem is no one assumes the role of the enemies. Kinda boring fighting enemies who have no say over what they do. maybe you and other admins should take the roles of the enemies, at least to some degree.

Aaron and Parker walked towards the infirmary, a severely injured Kris being carried in between them, their other hand's were holding their swords, warding off enemies as they retreated, another demigod was walking behind them, watching their flank, but he was out of earshot, "I don't think hes going to make it Parker".

Parker winced at the words, "Keep walking, there may be something the Apollo kids can do for him", as he said the words, he realized how hollow they were, there was little chance of survival, a near direct hit to the chest from the spear that they had been told got him, they were lucky the bandages were holding in the blood.

(Kris is going to die in the infirmary, so no one heal him.)

Sam had been chasing the monsters as they begun to retreat, harassing their rear with persistent gunfire. He racked up more than two dozen extra kills this way, but eventually his gung-ho attitude cost him. An enemy demigod capable of just as much stealth as Sam snuck up on him through the vegetation and lunged at him with an axe. Sam was just fast enough to avoid getting his left arm lopped off, but he couldn't avoid the blade completely, and ground his teeth as it ripped through his skin.
"Damn it," Sam growled, dodging the demigod's next strike and getting his rifle up in time to shoot his assailant in the stomach. As the demigod fell, Sam began heading towards the infirmary. His arm would need patching up.
