I look at the girls, sizing each other up. "I call winner!" I say jokingly. They both had potential, a few more years of training, and they'd be more dangerous than they already were.

"Two years." I answered the other girl's question. The guy half-jokingly called winner, but my mind was still leaping from plan to plan, coming up with a solution, mapping the many avenues this fight could take, calculating further plans...

I leapt forward, spinning my sword into a two-handed grip. I spun under my blade, bringing it up over my head and jabbing towards her head in a swing.

I put my blade up to block, but got knocked of balnce, when I fell to the ground I swept quickly, towards Chess' legs, and getting up

I barely saw the sweep at my legs in time. I jumped up and over the blade, then swung my owl blade around, hopefully to catch her in the chest as she got up. All according to plan.

As I got up, the blade came towards me, moved back and to the side, but it left a gash in my arm. I backed, up, a step to the right, then a left forward step, my right arm, slightly bleeding, but after the cut I had given myself at 11, no normal cut would ever hurt as bad. I waited for the next move. I'd take a glance at her feet, then at her shlouders, then expression

She hadn't blocked. Luckily, I had switched and moved my blade aside in time, but I still left a cut in her arm. I backed off and we began a waiting game- evaluating each other, studying where our next move would be. "So, whose daughter are you?" I asked, by way of conversation.

I could see she wasn't going to hit my leg, so when she jabbed at me, I didn't bother to block. I twirled my sword, then darted forward, swinging at her midriff before twirling past her, ending up behind her.

I turned in time to see her blade coming at me, but I didn't have to do more than dodge. Her sword nicked my arm, but I didn't let it slow me down. I countered towards her legs.

This was starting to get really intresting. They both were amazing fighters, and I was anxious to see this play out.

I jumped stright up, dougeing the swip. I thought, I swipped at her arms, then anouther swip behind her towards her back.

A quick twist, and I avoided both her strikes. I turned, sending my sword towards her in several quick moves, moving forward as I did so.

I blocked all the swips that that almost hit me, the tried to catch her blade with mineand push towards the hilt

Great. I hated that move. She tried to twist my blade, but I pushed back, trying to push her off balance before sliding away with a teeth-clenching slide of metal-on-metal. I backed away, then assessed my available moves.

I pushed harder, till she broke off. I took a step fowarded, pushing her, a swip or two towards her legs, If I ketp her moving and blocking with diffrent radom swips, she wouldn't have time to think.

Her tactic was apparently going to be keep me moving. Ha. I could work with that- maybe. I countered her movements as best as I was able, bringing up and rejecting ideas as I went. I tried to pin her blade with mine, then pulled a twist, trying to wrest her sword from her hand.
