Dummies, DIE!

I walk into the arena, thow down my worn gym bag and grab a practice spear from the shelf, though I have my own. I stab and slash at the dummies, that stand so straight in a line. Straw flies every where as I impale yet another taunting figure. A half an hour later, my sandy-hued hair is damp and my face is speckled with sweat. I roll my neck, and toss the spear up, catching it in my other hand, then I toss it back onto the rack. I walk to my bag and grab my water bottle. Taking a deep swig, I take hold to the hilt of my sword and head back to kick some dummie butt!

I enter the arena, seeming wepon less, I take a sword from the rack and swigging it around awkardly, and frowning. "HUmph" I said loadly still sticking with the sword, I was up for a good fight.

I brush my hair out of my eyes and look at Colby. "Sword a bit big?" I ask her, going over to try to help her get one that fit.

I walked into the arena stood up and yelled"LET'S FIGHT"

I shock my head, I don't like these swords, I shock my head I dug in my pocket and pulled out a small pocket knife, "Much better" I flipped it open, and a 3 and half foot sword popped and, the hilt had three dark blue diamonds studded into it, and a nic in the blade end and gold indents through it. "Nightdancer, gift from Momma"

I whistle, impressed. "Probably alot nicer than these lame practice swords they give us." I say. "Alright, who do I get to take first?" I ask glancing at the two.

I love to fight actually, I love the strategizing behind a fight more than anything. Some people (namely, the Ares cabin kids) are obsessive about this mystical "thrill of combat." Me, I prefer planning my fights, not playing it by ear so I get killed.

The arena is a great place to test strategies, trust me. With my sword at my side, a helmet tucked under my arm, I trotted into the broad sandy circle of the arena, and saw a couple other people, along with some absolutely shredded practice dummies.

Rookie.

I slid my helmet onto my head and trotted over to the two who were squaring off. "Hey. Mind if I join in?"

I raise one perfect eyebrow at her, "Bring it! J, you're next!" I say with a wickedly charming grin on my face. "Yeah, you can join." I say looking someone who had just entered the arena.

I unsheathed my sword, the metallic scraping echoing through the open space. "Let's go." I said, falling into a fighting stance. Time to make that plan come to life.

I began to move as the others did, bringing my sword up into a defensive stance. The other girl faked towards the guy, then spun towards me. I spun my sword in a block to catch her blade.

I yanksed, my sword back before hitting his, then spun in under to move to the other side, My amour getting thicker on my unprotevive side, I study his expression and shoulders.

OCC: The sword his a thiner blade for four inches in the center, made of Dimonds, so a mortal would see the diamond and hilt and think it a large knife

I backed off, studying the situation. I had multiple options. I could go for a quick attack, though this girl was FAS on her feet. I glanced towards the guy, considering his movements. He was older. Practiced. One to watch. I waited for the next move.
