| Ethan - Son of Aphrodite =====================
The sky, covered by clouds, it was overcast but it was warm. The water was still and the wooden dock that stretched out across the water. It was empty and there was very few people in the area. Eventually, around midday the clouds cleared away revealing a blue sky and demigods of all ages and Genders would soon be making there way to the lakeside for fun, games and hanging out.
Ethan stood looking on from the distance, looking out across the lake. He could see a figure on the dock a girl, woman from the look of it. The young son of Aphrodite shook his head, brushed his hair back across his head and made his way down to the docks...

I was here for one reason only. To see had it changed. To see if the Camp held any appeal to me, to see if I could ever live here. The answer was no. No, no, no, no. The only places that I felt like I belonged were the places where there were tree's, and water. The Naids were terrible flirts, flicking their hair, smiling and laughing. One even gave me a dirty look. Just because I was sworn into the Hunter's. No one was around at the spot where I was skipping rocks. No one was near to see me. At least that was what I thought. There was a sound of footsteps. There was someone... walking towards me. I'd be in trouble if I was found. I hadn't asked permission to come here. To be here. Turning, I expected Chiron, or Mr.D. It was a boy. Frowning, I ignored him. I didn't fear boys. It was hardly like he'd some near me. Hell, he'd probably think I was one of the stupid Camp Half-Blood girls. That I was new here or something.

| "You shouldn't do that." Ethan only spoke when he was close enough behind "the ripples scare the fish and the rocks annoy the Naiad's." He continued to walk on forward till he came to stand besides the girl, his shoes no longer making noise on the wood. He gazed into the water and gave the Naiad's a small wave and smiled when one blew him a kiss. "Hey ladies" Ethan couphs slightly, folding his arms he pays the girl besides him little attention and even shuffles to the side to give her some space. He let a small sigh escape his lips which curved into a pleasent smile. "It would be rude not to introduce myself I am Ethan, son of Aphrodite not that I actually expect you to care lady." | |

But he didn't shout wolf, or otherwise say anything that would have me think he knew I wasn't from here. Instead he tried almost to start a conversation, at least in my eyes. 'Stupid flirts need to find the fun,' I muttered, annoyed at the Naiads because of how they looked at me. 'As for the ripples, unless your here to fish, don't start trying to teach me some manners or whatever.' I wrinkled my nose as he blew a kiss to the girls who lived beneath the water, disgusted. Cam down Charlie. Nothing to do with you that he continues the games. I was a little surprised he moved to the side, but coming to the conclusion he sensed my hostility, I was kinda grateful. Ethan. Pretty name. Pretty Mom. I didn't like Aphrodite. That was saying it nicely. She controlled who people fell in love with, she controlled people's feelings. The Goddess of Love was not on my Top Ten Fav Gods List. 'Your right. I don't care,' I said, tilting my head ever so slightly towards him, and watching for what reachtion that would bring. So that was maybe a little harsh. Whatever. But then again, he'd been kind enough to introduce himself to me. Return the favor. 'Charlie. Iris.' I left out my usual use of my surname and the whole "Hunter of Artemis". He didn't need to know what information.

| "I don't fish, I just like to feed them." Ethan says with a small shrug "Nice to meet you Lady Charlie." Ethan raises a hand to his chin, gently squeezing it in contemplation of thinking out loud. "Flirting isn't stupid, it's a good way to get what you want, a lower price a little lee way here and there. Even a free cup of coffee." Ethan lowers his hand "so a daughter of Iris I'd never have guessed" Ethan says before he stopped talking he guessed that now would be as good a time as any to simply keep quiet. "That's a good colour by the way...the lipstick if I sound stupid it's only cause I hate being quiet." | |

Seriously? That's a little pointless.' I laughed lightly, still cold, but finding that feeding fish in a lake was a wee bit... well pointless covered what I thought. 'I'm sure its a pleasure to meet you to Ethan,' I said slowly, hoping to convey the sarcasm that I worked so hard to put into my voice. This boy was so obviously flirting, especially with his next comment. 'Flirting is stupid. Its something completely not worth the time. And what do you mean you wouldn't have guessed about Iris?' I didn't love my Mom. No. I could be find of her, but she hadn't done anything for me. But despite how I was different to my other siblings, like Auburn, I liked to think someone would know by looking at me. Wow. A though popped into my brain. Would he try flirting if he knew I was like, supposed to be 25. That I was technically 25 with the look of a 17 year old? I almost told him to see the reaction. I didn't though. 'Yeah well. I have good taste,' I said, a wry smile. What did he know about lipstick? Oh yeah. Aphrodite.

| "Pointless maybe, relaxing that's another thing altogethor." Ethan raised an eyebrow detecting the sarcasm in the girls voice. He chuckled slighty shaking his head slowly "I can see you have quite good taste." Ethan chuckled shaking his head slightly he edged away almost on the edge of the dock, so he inched in slightly to avoid falling. "The lake is so relaxing, I come here often to feed the fish, relax and be with my thoughts." Ethan folded his arms tightly "of course the Naiad's are always here to keep company." "Hi there Ladies." He gives the water bound girls a small wave shaking his head slowly before shooing him away. Ethan's lips curve into a coy smile and he plonks himself down on the wood, having finnaly taken a seat. | |
