BIOGRAPHY- Spoiler:
Age/Birthday: 14 years of age, going strong. Her birthday is November 1, 1997.
Gender: Female as female could be
God Parent: Hecate
Claimed: Not yet.
Mortal Family: A father, Halley Courtland-Banks, who is a popular fiction writer; a stepmother, Miriam Courtland-Banks, who is a teacher; one half-sister, Adryn Courtland-Banks, aged six years old, who is a kindergartener.
Years in Camp: less than one. She's just starting out.
Brief History: Kadena has lived a comfortable life, though she isn't part of the stereotypical well-off family. Her father, a writer and mythology buff, is a bit... well, eccentric... and most people say that's something that rubbed off on his teenage daughter. When she turned two, he married Miriam Banks, a high school English teacher. Miriam was a mother to Kadena, even going so far as to adopt the girl. They lived a life that was uneventful... well, if you didn't count the bursts of craziness from Halley. When Kadena was eight, Adryn was born. And then, when Kadena was fourteen and a week away from graduating middle school, she was tricked by a monster, a kobalos. She didn't kill it, but rather chased it off. After this incident, she began really researching mythology and magic, finally stumbling onto the secret of Camp Half Blood when she met two other demigods.
Physical Appearance: Kadena has blonde hair that falls past her shoulders. When she was younger, it was straight, but now it has a slight wave to it (though in some weather, it does revert back to it's more boring style). Her eyes are average sized and chocolate brown. Her cheeks are normally a rosy pink, and her smile is bright and showcases her dimples. As for her general face shape, it is heart-shaped, though with a taller forehead than most with a heart shaped face.
Personality: Though Kadena is an eighth grader, she maintains a childlike demeanor when faced with the border between reality and nonreality. She loves magic, and enjoys finding it in stories and in real life. This ties into her fatal flaw, denial, which stems from her unchecked creativity and optimism. Kadena is, in short, crazy- but she doesn't let that stop her, as she is also determined and resourceful.
Fatal Flaw: Denial- Kadena is so immersed in her own happy world that if something wicked her way comes, she'll do her best to block it out.
Pets: No. Kadena is, sadly, allergic to the majority of things with fur. She does have a stuffed moose named Sam, though.
Talents: She can make a mean calzone. In all seriousness, she's very creative and very good at adapting. She's very resourceful, good at using what she can. Kadena's an out-of-the-box thinker, the one who sees a potential earring where everyone else sees a paper clip, and a weapon where most people see a cardboard box.
Weapons: A kopis that she has painted purple and dubbed "LMNOP."
Year-Round or Summer: Summer, though that might change depending on how stupid high school turns out to be.

Age/Birthday: Seventeen years old, with the birthday February 12, 1995

Mortal Family: His father, Rodrick, his stepmother Monica, one older sister (Samantha, age 19), five younger sisters (Ursula (15), Verina (15), Wendigo (13), Yaya (9), and Zerina (7; also a child of Athena)), a younger brother (Xavier, age 11), his Aunt Karolina, and his Uncle Herrick.
Years in Camp: Four
Brief History: Tancey was never into the typical things that most guys were. Nor, however, was he into the typical things that guys who weren’t into the typical things were into. Even with his six sisters, he wasn’t into girl things. The truth was that Tancey never really cared about anything except for reading. His obsessions with literature and stories, and his antisocial demeanor caused his extraordinarily large family to get his mental health checked. He was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, but to this day doesn’t believe he has it. Many think he is also selectively mute because of his tendency to remain silent; this is not the case, he is simply untalkative.
His father has always been open with him about the mother that he and his sister Zerina have, so he has nearly always known he was a demigod. He didn’t care, nor make any use of the information until his father forced him to go to Camp Half-Blood at the age of thirteen. He was easily ignored, and spent most of the time reading, unless he was forced to do something. However, with Kronos rising, Tancey has found it harder and harder to stay in the shadows, as the camp needs every person they can get.
Physical Appearance: Tancey has green eyes, setting him apart from many children of Athena. His stare is intense and uncomfortable to some people, sheerly because of the amount of focus he has, and his six foot one height doesn‘t help that. His hair is light brown to blonde, as it is easily bleached in sunlight, but Tancey tends to stay indoors. He rarely, if ever, smiles.
Personality: Tancey is intimidating because of his focus. He is observant and calm, and very nearly completely silent. He is not usually empathetic, though he can be to people who spark his interest. Ironically, he finds most people boring, even the most energetic of demigods. Tancey is incredibly intelligent, and if you can get him to speak, a brilliant strategist.
Fatal Flaw: His focus. Unlike many demigods, who have ADHD, Tancey has the opposite problem and focuses too much on one thing, which is bad in the battlefield. He is also very off-putting because of this focus.
Pets: He has a few goldfish, but they remain at home.
Talents: Strategy is his main talent, however some would counter that his most incredible talent is his ability to stay calm.
Weapons: Tancey’s main weapon is his mind; if he must use a physical, tangible weapon, he likes to use a spear in a nontraditional way. He wields is as some wield a quarterstaff, using it to trip up his opponent and strike them in odd ways for a spear.

Other than that, great first character! I'm a bit confused on her talent about being able to create something out of nothing? Can you elaborate on that a little?
I really like the character, so if you can just fix that, I, or another mod or admin, can accept her. :D

That's what I get for being a dyscalculaic roleplayer! I'll change it to 97. :) Thanks It's not so much a literal ability (though as a child of Hecate, it might actually be with a bit of practice).
