|  K Y L E .. M O O R E---♦---Son of Khione_________________ The son of Khione trudged to the top of the hill, not really minding that now, Thalia's pine was covered with a bit of snowflakes. He kind of liked the added touch. He was wearing a long sleeved shirt, black skinny jeans, and he was wearing black gloves, so at least he could touch a person... the only effect his touch would have on them was a mean chill. His camera was in a bag, its strap on his left shoulder, a scarf hanging on his right. He laughed to himself, "I look like a huge joke. I wonder what I should do today, hmm Roger?" He patted Roger on the head. He tapped his foot on the ground, making a pile of snow gather 'round him. He heard footsteps getting closer, "Huh? Who's there?" Roger's ears perked up, and he barked. | |

TerpsichoreI took casual steps while walking up the hill. I did some movement with my feet I made up two seconds ago because I was bored. I was watching my feet. I coyld just hear the yelling rattleing in my head. "Keep you're head up Delany!" I continued along until my dark blue converse hit something besides grass. Snow. I skidded a bit in the new wet substance then steadied myself and looked up. Someone must have heard my feet in the snow, because they called out and asked who was there. I looked up to see a guy, maybe my age, standing there. He looked a bit different, but that may have been because he was wearing jeans, a t-shirt and gloves. A dog barked at me. I knit my eyebrows together. "Uh, hi," I said with a small wave. | |

| Kyle sighed and let his guard down, it was just a girl. It wasn't a monster or anything, what was he doing, acting all hyped up? He looked at the girl, she looked rather beautiful. "U-umm... hey. My name's Kyle Moore, son of Khione. What's yours?" He then had his trademark grin on his face. He was, after all, branded as one of the friendliest guys on Earth, no matter how much people literally froze when they saw him. | |

| "Del... Del... your name's cool." He liked the way her name rolled off his tongue, as if it was easy and it felt nice. But then again, Kyle was amazed, a daughter of Terpsichore! That must mean that she's an awesome dancer! "Oh, that's Roger. He's a kind dog, and I think he likes you." I smile at Roger who barks, his tail wagging. "So, Terpsichore. Huh. You must be a super awesome dancer. Whereas I have two left feet." Kyle smiled sheepishly. "I've always wanted to talk to a hip-hop dancer. When I see them on TV, I just can't believe the awesome moves they do!" Kyle shook his head, he was babbling again. He grinned shyly, "Umm... so Del. You don't, umm... actually spend most of your time dancing, right? I mean, you do other stuff... like sparring, or walking around, right?" There it went again, Kyle had a secret, he was never really good with girls. That's why he felt awkward whenever they approached him, and he was secretly glad that his freezing personality kept them away. But, this was his first time talking to a girl! Not some childhood friend, this was a complete stranger, who was... well, very good-looking. He could feel his palms frosting, whenever he was nervous. "Umm..." Terpsichore I laughed slightly and sstood up straight after patting Roger on the head one more time. "No," I said. "I don't dance all the time. Actually, I don't really dancs a lot anymore. Long story, but it eventually got me here, to Camp. That's one good thing about it. I still love to do it though. But what about Khione? That's got to be cool to have her as a mom." I rubbed my arm. No one has realy talked about dancimg with me. Its most of the time, Oh, your mom is a Muse! Cool! My godly parent is one of the Olympian gods and Its so cool, blah, blah, blah. | |

| Kyle wanted to know why she stopped dancing, but if she's not ready to talk, he won't bother her with his queries. "Well, sure... I'm glad to be Khione's son and all, but sometimes, it can be a real drag, because... umm... are you feeling cold right now? I tend to do that, I unknowingly freeze people, I'm not really that good yet with controlling my powers. To me, I think having a Muse for a God Parent must be awesome. How does it feel like? I really wanna know how to dance," he chuckled. "Suppose, you could teach me?" He felt awkward asking this, but he really wanted to know how to dance. It looked so graceful and fun. "Dancing is graceful and fun," he blurted. "Th-that's why I wanna learn even a bit. I hope you don't mind?" He felt his cheeks freeze, he must have looked blue right now. Terpsichore Come to think of it, I was a little cold. At fist I just natrually thought it was the snow. That wasn't that big a deal. Alaska did that all the time, but something about the air in general made me shiver slightly. Okay, I apsolutely despized cold feelings, but for some reason I didn't mind that much right now. The fact that Kyle could freeze someone with a touch didn't bother me either. I just felt as if I could trust him in that way. I shrugged. "I could show you how to do some moves anytime." I told him. "I love to dance, but it's not like I'm different from any other kid of a Muse." It was hard to stand out in my cabin with so many creative people. Don't get me wrong, I loved them because most of us had so much in common, but that was just it. We had so much in common. "We could start now." I blurted out before thinking. "I mean if yoy really want to." I had never been the teacher before, always being taught. | |

Terpsichore "No, no Ididn't mean anything like that." I said softly. "I haven't done anything like thise sense..." I trailed off and sighed might as well just say it I guess. It's not like its some big secret. "My dad wasn't really the nicest person to me. He always pushed me to my limits. I never had anytime for anything else but dancing. I loved it at first, but when it is something you love to do you just do it. Your not pushed to our limits for it. I ran away after so much of it." I shrugged. "And there is no reason for me to gate him, I guess. It got me here and I love it here. It'a nothing really, just sometimes I just get a lot on my mind." I rubbed my neck. Way to go Del.
