| Admins (Blue names) And mods (purple names) are allowed to accept. Green (Cabin Leaders) and yellow (normal members) are not. Make sure that you post the topic Elspeth's characters (NEEDS ACCEPTENCE) nice and big so they can see that you need acceptance. If nobody approves them for a while, try PMming at admin or mod and kindly asking!(:
