Play-By Claims (MUST READ)

All edited claim posts have been deleted to keep the topic clean. If your post is still here, then that means that one or more of your claims was taken. Please follow the instructions that are now in your post.

One more important thing. I would like to keep this topic regularly updated again, because suddenly having to update five or six pages of Claims is not fun. Now this is on the admin to do, but there is a way you guys can make it easier for us.

I'm going to instruct you on how to properly make a claim.

Step 1) Copy one of the three codes from the top of the first message. Male code if male, female if female. If you have a shared character, make sure you have gotten approval from the user who has already claimed them.

Step 2) Fill out your code. Simple enough.

Step 3) Now here comes the part where you can make our lives extremely easier. Here is an example of a good claim post:

As you can see, we have an example of what the claim will look like when posted, and then we have the code.

If you just post this:

Hickabo, Phyllis - Tina Tots (Angel)

Then we have to go into each post and edit it, which takes up much more time and has, on more than one occasion, caused a computer to crash and for us to lose everything we updated.
To get this code box around your text so it appears in its BBcode form, use this tag:

Much like the [img] tag for posting images, the [code] tag will make it possible for us to just copy and paste what's in that grey box, rather than having in edit each post.

If you mess up and you don't make a claim with the code box, please don't fret. Your claim will still be added, but please try to remember in the future.
