Keller laughed at Genevieve comment, kissing her again as he thought of what to say. It wasn't diffucult, yet he was careful that he wouldn't say something that would reck the mood that they were both in. The r-romantic mood. The thought of his actually wanting to be romantic sent shivers down his spine.

Keller pulled away, looking down at Genevieve and grinning stupidly at her. "I'm Keller, you're my little Jenny-Boo," Keller couldn't stop his loud, boisterous laughter escaping past his lips at the last bit. "So I think I'm okay if I remember us."

genevieve rolled her eyes and sighed, deciding that she wouldn't try to correct him again. She just shrugged it off, and attempted not to laugh, it didn't work very well but she was able to grab hold of Keller's gaze again and she felt likeshe was instantly back under his spell that he had always had on her. A spell that she couldn't even attempt to break even if she wanted to. "Sounds good enough to me," she whispered and then brought her lips back to his.

Keller smirked beneath the kiss, feeling victorious that he hadn't corrected her. He actually found it more fun winding her up about her nicknames, rather then being a good boyfriend and doing what she wanted all the time. Hell no; that sounded no fun at all.

Kelller's hand traced the hem of his sweater Genevieve was wearing, just about to pull it up when the door opened behind him. He jumped off Genevieve quickly, hitting his head on the bed above and cussing.

"Oh my Gods, I feel sick. You're doing that in our cabin?" Keller sister Tia asked, disgusted. Keller raised his ands in surrender, looking quickly and worried at Genevieve.

"We weren't doing anything!" Keller exclaimed, pissed off.

genevieve fixed keller's sweater that had still been resting on her shoulders as she looked in shock at the girl who had just walked into the cabin. Genevieve would have thought they would have been safe in the cabin, without any interruptions. She felt her cheeks go red and hot as she ran a hand through her hair and looked at Keller nervously. This was mostly her fault, though, so she should be taken the blame and speaking up. But she didn't. It wasn't her siblings that judt walked in. Genvieve would have been able to reason wuth them.

Keller couldn't believe that he had gotten himself into this crap. His head was killing from where he had banged it and Genevieve looked really embarressed also. At least she didn't have to bloody live there.

"That's it. I'm telling Chrion." Keller's snitch of a annouced, about to leave again. Keller jumped off the bed, hitting his forehead on the wooden frame annd cussing, grabbing his sisters arm forcefully.

"Oh c'mon, sis! Will you stay quiet if I tell you I love you?" Keller asked, putting on a puppy dog face which totally didn't work as Keller always looked like a bad-boy.

"Uh...no. Not after the time you told my boyfriend about my...habits. Oh man, you are so gonna get kicked out of camp."

genevieve stood up from the bed, making sure to avoid hitting her head on the top bunk. She looked at Tia and said, "I don't think it's really necessariy to go talk to Chiron about this." trying to put a bit of power in her voice and keeping a sweet smile on her face. Of course Charm Speak didn't always work on smarter people, especially kids from cabin six, but it was definitly worth a shot. Genevieve kept her gaze on Tia, never the less, just to wait and see her reaction.

Keller frowned when he realised what Genevieve was doing. And he didn't like it one bit. A shiver travelled down his spine. Genevieve was trying to manipulate his sister. But, it was all for him so he remained quiet. Camp was probably the only solid thing he had left.

He watched as Tia blinked, suprisingly seeming to reapond in the 'correct' reaction to Genevieve's spell. Keller didn't want to look, but he couldn't force his eyes away from Genevieve's face. Gods, he really hoped she would never use that on him.

"No. It's not." Tia said plainly, under the spell.

genevieve gave keller a guilty and appologetic smile, as she noticed his frown of disapproval. She then looked back to Tia, biting her lip before proceeding. "That's awesome." she said with another fake smile. "Now wont it be a good idea to go to dinner? You're probably hungry after a long day of training. We'll catch up with you later, anyway." Genevive wasn't really used to the look that Keller was giving her then, so she didn't know what to say to him. Wasn't he greatful that she just saved their butts?

Keller only pulled his gaze away from Genevieve's face when Tia started to leave the cabin, completely dazed. Whoa. Keller had always known that Tia wasn't the most intelligent of the cabin six children yet...this was taking it to another level.

Keller tried to swallow the lump forming in his throat, not being able to get over the fact that Genevieve had used her sick and twisted power on his sister.

"That was sick." Keller told Genevieve plainly, not really caring if she had a go at him. It was obvious that he wasn't saying 'sick' in a good way. To him, it was sick.

Keller looked back at Genevieve, finding her looking concerned and worried of his reaction. Ah, well. Keller was still annoyed; he had a right to be.

genevieve was a little surprised at Keller's outburst. When she had been talking she had seen his face but she didn't think it would result to a snide comment. She placed her hands on her hips and gave him a look. "What?" she demanded. "You've never said that before. What's up with you now? Why all of a sudden you think my power is 'sick?' Especially when it just saved your butt." Genevieve narrowed her eyes at him not really sure about what he was trying to say. Was he joking?

Keller continued to narrow his eyes at Genevieve, extremelely annoyed with her. She didn't have to do what she did.

"I could have handled it, stupid." He shot back at her, not being able to stop himself due to his extreme ADHD. "It's called persuation. Ever heard of it?"

Keller folded his arms over his bare chest, lookinbg pointedly away from her. It had been a pretty twisted thing to do.

genevieve couldn't believe what she was hearing. No, scratch that, she could believe it perfectly fine. She just didn't know why she didn't notice before. "That's it," she said sternly, trying to keep her voice steady. "I am done with you! Done! I've given you enough chances, I don't know why though, because obviously you're never going to change! I do one simple thing and it turns into a fight with you. I try to help but it just gets shot down because I'm the stupid Aphrodite girl and you're the brainiac from cabin six!" Before she could even stop herself she was leaving. "Don't follow me this time, Keller." She said, her voice breaking. How could she be so stupid? That's all she was to him, wasn't she? Just a fun toy from the Aphrodite cabin that he thought he could take advantage of. And that's exactly what he did. And Genevieve was too stupid to realize it.

Rewind. She was leaving him? Genevieve was leaving him. Keller didn't like the sound of that in his head. No, he didn't like that idea at all. She was leaving him?! Well, that was un-expected.

And heart-breaking.

Keller stayed as still as a statue for a moment longer before shaking his head. He couldn't let her go without a fight. Despite her words. No way in hyell was he loosing the best thing in his life. Keller moved quickly, blocking the exit to the cabin with his tall frame, preventing Genevieve from leaving.

"Sorry, Genevieve. You cannot be serious. I-I haven't even done anything wrong!" He exclaimed, flustered. "You think that I have being messing with you? Jeez...you on't think much of me, do you?"

Keller couldn't help the words from slipping out. Stupid ADHD.

genevieve narrowed her tearful eyes. He couldn't be serious could he? She wanted badly just to leave, calm down before she started crying again because Keller had the wildest mood swings. One minute he's ranting about how stupid Genevieve was her one simple mistake the next he's begging her to say, trying to convince her of other things apologizing. Maybe he never really meant it but Genevieve was too sensitive. "Nothing wrong." she muttered, sighing heavily. "I told you, I'm done with your rude comments towards me. I don't care if you don't mean it, it still hurts. Don't think a quick apology can change that. You know how sensitive I am. You're not being fair to me! Especially when I'm just trying to help!"

Keller had to stand there and watch Genevieve cry without being able to comfort her in any way possible. It was hard. Like, real hard. That's what she said, Keller thought yet his heart wasn't in it.

"You're expecting me to change for you. I am who I am. I accept you and all your many flaws. Why can't you do the same for me?"

Keller leannt against the frame of the door, looking down at Genevieve, desperation and anger written all over his features. "So you're just...breaking up with me? Just like that?"

genevieve looked at keller with doubtful and hurt eyes. He was trying to make up for things and she was just ignoreing it all. She had no idea what she was doing but she was doing it. "Who said I was trying to change you?" She asked forcefully. "When did I ever say I didn't accept you the way you are? I'm not talking about that Keller. I'm not even talking about the Keller who has the stupid outbursts when he's angry, because that is something I can put up with because it doesn't happen a lot." she paused and looked up at him, finally meeting his gaze. "No, I'm not talking about the guy I fell in love with. I'm talking about the guy that puts me down at random times when I'm just trying my best to help out. I'm talking about the guy who made me cry on more than one occasions. Sure I've had my share of boys when it comes to dating, but you know what? I never loved any of them." And as much as she didn't want to say it, as much as it hurt her, killed her almost, she did. "And maybe I am saying we should break up. Or at least take sometime off of things." When Genevieve spoke, her last word came out in a muffled cry. She had no idea what she was doing, just that it was happening, even though she didn't want it to.

Keller continued to stand in the doorway, repeated Genevieve's last words over and over in his head. She was set on leaving him. Uh, no way was he going to let her go without a fight.

"I-I'm sorry. Sometimes my A-ADHD makes me say thing that I don't mean. I can't help it. It just...happens. I promise, I'll do whatever you want me to. I'll...go and take anger management classes if that makes it any better."

Keller didn't want to be life his Father; he wanted people to have a choice. He slowly moved out of the doorframe, allowing Genevieve to leave if she wanted. She had better know though that he would literally sit outside her cabin all night if she left.

Hesitantly, Keller wrapped his arms around Genevieve gently, resting his chin on her hair. "I'm sorry. I love you." He mumbled, hoping the truth would be enough. Yet, he knew it wasn't.

genevieve stood there for a small moment, doing nothing but breath his sent, before she leaned into him a little bit, resting her head against his chest, trying to let her tears stop falling but only knowing that it was useless. She stood there for just a minute before pulling away and wiping at her nose with the back of her hand. Genevieve knew she had to stay strong in this situation. She couldn't let Keller think that he could just whip out those three little words and she's his again. It actually did work on her, more or less but she knew she needed to be a bit stronger than that. "I think I'm just going to go to my cabin," she said, softly pulling Keller's arms out from around her. "I just...want to be alone for a little while." Her cabin was probably still empty and that was basically where she wanted to be and she wanted it to be. Dark, lonely, cold, empty, just a place where she could hide under her covers and just sleep. Or cry. She'd probablu cry. After running a quick hand through her hair, she let her hands fall from Keller's as she walked out of the cabin, feeling the lump in her throat grow bigger with every slow step she took.

Keller stuck his hands in the pockets of his jeans as he stared off into space for a moment. Abruptly, he turned, following Genevive out of the cabin and closing the door. With his long legs, it wasn't too hard to catch up with her, especially as she seemed to be walking slowly.

"I don't want you to leave me." He told her softly as he walked besides her, his voice clouded with blatent saddness. "Please. I'll do anything. Anything. I will get down on my knees right now and beg if you want me to. Just...please, Eve."

Keller would literally beg, despite the embarressment and loss of dignity that it would cause him. His large hand wiped a tear from Genevieve's cheek quickly before returned to his pocket.

"I just don't want you--I mean I want--I need--" She really couldn't finish her thought. She didn't know why else to say. Dropping her hands she cotinued again. A break. That's all she needed. As much a she hated the thought. She knew he wasn't going to take this. She had known it for a while and every time some crap like this would happen.[/color]

Keller still couldn't believe what he was hearing. Hadn't he already showed her enough that he would go to the Underworld and back for her? He didn't mean any of his 'rude comments'. Surely she could realise that he couldn't stop them from passing through his lips, at times?

Keller placed hands on Genevieve's shoulders when she turned to face him. He kissed her forward before pulling away, bending over slightly to look her in the eyes.

As much as it pained him to say this, he knew he must. Not just for her, but for him also. He needed to know this. He was giving her a choice. Keller knew, however, that if she chose the wrong option, he would probably spend the next few weeks in a deep depression. He wouldn't tell her this, though. He didn't want her ro feel guilty.

"Okay. Listen, Genevieve. You have to decide now. If you walk away from me now, I promise not to be part of your life anymore. I won't harrass you, or speak to you, or even look at you." He told her, trying to keep his voice from shaking yet he couldn't.

genevieve pulled away from Keller, her mouth hanging open in a bit of shock. He didn't really just say that did he? He was kidding, wasn't he? Genvieve took in a shaky breath and pulled away from Keller again. "I never said I wanted to leave you," she nearly whispered. "I said I needed a break, a chance to clear my mind of all--this!" She threw her hands in the air. "I said I wanted to be alone for the night. And now, you want me to choose now? When I'm frustrated and angry and upset, you want me to decide? Just like that." Genvieve gave him a look that had some kind of cross between the feelings she was feeling. Anger, hurt, sadness, desperation. What did he expect from her?

Keller bit his lip, wondering whether he should just resign and let Genevieve toy with his heart strings for the night. He couldn't put himself through the wait. He would drive himself insane. It was like a band-aid; rip it off quickly so it hurts less.

"I just...want you to decide now. When someone takes a break, they forget or become less and less bothered to get back together. I just want you to...end it with me quickly." Keller said, putting on a small and unconvincing smile for her.

"Even if you do break up with me though, I will still love you. I just want you to be happy, Genevieve, and if you're not happy with me then I won't hold a grudge."

Keller sighed, digging his hands into his pockets as he looked down at Genevieve. He saw the feelings playing on her emotions, and his frowned deeped into an apoligetic fashion, yet he waited for her to proceed all the same.

genevieve didn't even hear what Keller said after he told her to just end it quickly. She was too shocked to even hear it coming from his mouth. If he wanted it done why didn't he just end it himself? He must not care how she was feeling about this. He didn't want to carry the burden of having to break up with her. He wanted her to do the dirty work. He didn't have any feelings what so ever about how much this was hurting her, didn't he? That's why it hurt her even more. Her jumbled and random thoughts were taking over, forcing her to do what she did next.
Genvieve took a couple steps back. "You want me to end it quickly?" she asked him, not really expecting an answer. It took her an extra moment to get the words out. She was so used to breaking up with guys, why was this so hard. She stood there, her fists balled into fists, tears streaming down her face, her mouth open, trying to let the words just fall through her lips.
"Fine," she breathed, feeling her heart beat faster than it ever had, it feelings as if it had sunk all the way into her stomach. "We're over then." She almost gasped at her own words and she couldn't stop what came out next. "And you have no one else to blame but yourself!" She turned and took off running, taking the steps to her cabin two at a time before reaching the door throwing herself inside the cabin to cry, as the door slammed shut behind her.
It only occured to her after she threw herself onto her bed to cry that the real person that was to be blamed was herself. She was the reason for everything. It was all her fault. She was too selfish. And now she was too late to even do anything else about it.

Today was going great. Just great.

Keller remembered the times where he had been dumped before. In past break-ups, he had been slapped, punched, ignored and verbally abused. In past break-ups, Keller had been able to walk away without thinking twice.

He had said that he wouldn't speak to her. Or harrass her. Well, it seemed like he had to speak to her. But he promised not to interfere with her love life again. It wasn't right on her. She deserved more then this. She deserved to be happy.

But it was obvious to Keller that Genevieve was anything but happy.

The son of Athena felt like curling into a ball and wallowing in his own self-pity but he wouldn't allow himself to let himself do that. Instead, Keller ran his hands through his short, dark hair, clamping his eyes closed to stop any tears from escaping.

Withiut thinking about that he was doing, Keller slowly followed Genevieve, pausing at the closed door. Currently, the man had more important things on his mind than the stench so he ignored it. There was one thing in Keller's mind that finally gave him the guts to open the door.

Keller could still be Genevieve's friend.

Taking a breath, Keller opened the cabin door, peaking his head in. "Genevieve? Can I come in?" Keller asked her softly, his voice only just carrying across the room to her.
