Keller also rolled his eyes, knowing full well that she wasn't as dumb as she made out to be and he knew that she could so take a hint. Keller let out a long exageeratted breath to emphasise his frustration. "C'mon Evie, just kiss me. I love you and your little kisses. Please." He said with a puppy-dog face and voice.

Genevieve pouted mockingly. "No," she said lightly. "No little kisses for you. Or today anyways. You're lucky I'm not the jealous type though because I would be ten times more mad at you at this point meaning no kisses, like ever." She shrugged. But of course, Genevieve wasn't like that so Keller had nothing to worry about. He just needed to worry about her teasing him. Plus, he should be able to fond the loop hole. She said nothing about him kissing her.

Keller's expression changed from pleeding to disgust and disbelief obviously in a second. He straightened so he wouldn't hurt his neck by leaning down all the time, raising an eyebrow down at Genevieve. "You don't want to kiss me? Again? Am I really that bad?" He asked quietly, more to himself than to her. Did she really want to not kiss him? Was she waiting for the right oppurtunity to dump him? Keller's paranoia played over in his head.

Sighing, Genevieve wraps her arms around Keller's neck. "Why are you so gullable?" she asked a bit annoyed. She decided paranoid wasn't a very good word to use at that point being that Keller was already sensative about that stuff as is. Spmetime it really annoyed Genevieve but it was something you'd learn to live with in this sort of sense.

Keller raised his eyebrows when she called him gullible, having not been called that before. And the fact that Genevieve seemed annoyed. "What's rattled your cage?" He asked flatly, wondering why she was so short with him. Was it something he had said? Had he pushed her too far? Again, worry went around his mind.

Genevieve's smile faded again, not really liking where this was going. "What are you talking about?" she demanded, pulling away slightly. "What crawled up your pants. Jeez, I mean, what's your problem? Can't you take a joke?" She knew she was saying the wrong things again, but what could she do? He was pushing her on now, just because he couldn't take a joke. She knew what was coming, and she didn't like it.

Keller shook his head with frustration mixed with anger. "Nothing has crawled up my pants. Stupid metaphor, by the way." He shot at her, folding his arms across his bare chest, wishing that he had brought a t-shirt rather than just wearing the thin sweater that he had lent Genevieve. "And I can take a joke, by the way but there is a fine line between joking and hurting someones feelings." Keller knew this as sometimes he accidently crossed this line. However, he always tried to make it better after.

Genevieve winced, taken aback by his outburst. She removed herself from his close preasents keeping a bit of a distance between them now. "I-We have been joking like this since we met." she said. "I don't get why you need to take every little thing to heart." Genevieve rubbed her beck again, hating where this was going but she couldn't bring herself to words to fix it.

Keller put his head in his hands, suddenly incresingly tired. He got tired when he argued but he couldn't stop himself from continuing. "Last night I got into a fight with my siblings and a lot of trouble over you. We have had, like, three fights in one day. I have been slapped, hard abd so have you. We have both cried. Maybe I just wanted to relax with my girlfriend, maybe surf a bit, without all this bull." He told her, gripping at his dark hair in an attempt to stop an angry outburst.

Looking at Keller, Genevieve bit her lip. He got into fights again, and that never will be something she cpuld stop. Now they were fighting, for the second time in one day. Genevieve just didn't know what to say. Shrugging, she decided to change the subject. "Why don't you go surfing," she stated, a small smile formed on her lips. "I'm done with the water anyway. I'll watch from out here." Genevieve looked around. She'd wrap herself in the beach blanket they had been sitting on if she got that desperate for warmth.

Keller bit his lip, looking up from his hands. His brown and gold eyes went to the big waves briefly before back at Genevieve with a small smile, matching hers. He was glad that she had chabged the subject. "Are you sure you don't mind? I don't have you if you would rather me here." He slowly reached out with his hand, playing with a wisp if her curly hair gently in his large hands.

Genevieve shook her head and sniled as Keller glanced at the waves. "Go," she told him. "I know you want to, just go out there and have some fun. Besides. I haven't seen you in full throttle on your board yet. Shouldn't I watch the master?" She smiled lightly, plucking the strand of hair he was playing with away from him. Why did he enjoy her hair so much?

Keller continued to watch Genevieve doubtfully for another moment before wrestling off his wet jeans so he was just in his swim shirts once more. He stood up, stretching his muscles from lack of use. Picking up his forgotten surf board from the sand, crouching down to press a kiss to Genevieve's forehead before making his way through the water, getting in deep enough before doing what he had done briefly earlier, catching a large wave and jumping to his feet on the board, surfing perfectly whilst trying to keep his balance.

Genevieve smiled and watched as Keller made his way out into the waves once more. She liked to be able to watch him from afar. He was swift on te waves and, unlike her, knew how to ride the waves. Genebieve pulled her legs close up against her body, trying to get warm again. "Need a bit more warmth?" a familiar voice chided behind her and before Genebvieve knew it, Chris, an old boyfriend of her's from the Khione cabin, had his arm draped around her shoulders. "What's with the picnic?" Chris asked, his cold breath making the hairs on her neck stand and make her shudder. "You an me both know you can't produce heat if you tried." Genevieve muttered, shifting her shoulders out from under his arm. "Now go away. We broke up months ago. I'm on a date." But of course, chris had to be a bit more persistant than that. "Well I don't see him here..." Chris muttered. Genevieve just felt disgusted, wondering why she even dated this guy.

Keller got bored of the waves had been surfing on for the past two minutes, purpously dive-bombing off into the water. He retrived his surf biard, waving in Genevieve's direction when he saw her...with a guys arm wrapped around her. He frowned for a second before wiping the jealously off his face, replacing it with a fake smile yet he bet that Genevieve could see right through it. He got out of the water again, flicking his head to the side, messing up his hair before dropping the board next to Genevieve and the boy, still with a smile on his face, he asked; "Hey, who's this?" He asked friendly, no hint of anger coming out in his voice. His gaze zeroed down on his arm around Genevieve and he worked hard not to scowl or glare.

Genevieve squirmed with uneasiness as Keller walked over. She attempted to get rid of Chris's arm but he just tightened his grip. "I would have wanted to ask you the same thing," Chris said back to Keller with a small and barely noticeable smirk. Genevieve shot Keller an apologetic look. "This," she said angrily, which seemed to please Chris. "Is no one." Chris rolled his eyes, pushing his hanc down around her waist. "Name's Chris. I'm her boyfriend." Genevieve, feeling discreatly disgusted, looked appalled and quickly addrd. "Ex! Ex-boyfriend!"

Keller raised his eyebrows,having a slight da ja vu moment - or however you spell it. He attempted to smile sweetly yet, due to him always looking like he was going to commit a crime or punch someone, made it look more like a grimace. "I am Genevieve's boyfriend. He told him, looking at his hand in her waist and continued with fake calm; "And if you don't get your dirty hands off her in five seconds, I am going to hurt you so bad that you won't be able to feel your hands again."

Genevieve sighed with relief when Keller stated what he did. But when she tried to get away from Chris grasps again, he didn't respond. "Not so fast," he whispered in her ear. "Oh yeah?" Chris said now, speaking up to Keller. "What are you going to do about it?" Genevieve looked at him funny. Chris was and always have been an idiot. She hadn't expected it to change now. "He said he'd kick your ass," she told him. "What is your problem anyway?" But Chris just shrugged.

Keller clenched his fists, his muscles bulging as his calmness broke. "You seriously went out with this scumbag?" Keller asked Genevieve with a smile before turning hard and cold again as he turned to the guy. "Last chance, you weasel, get the hell of her or I will break every bone in your body. You're lucky that I'm so kind."

Genevieve's cheeks flushed with color. Yeah she webt out with him, but she hadn't realized how much of an idiot he was at that point in her life. Chris, like many other things, was definitely something she regretted. Chris glared at Keller, his hands feeling cold on Genevieve's body now. She shivered. "You don't want to mess with me, man," he promised Keller and Genevieve knew that Chris was an equal enough match for Keller. Chris definitly wasn't as strong but he had a bit of tricks up his sleeve. And that scared Genevieve. Finally, after what felt like a lifetime, Chris stood up, standing at a height a tiny bit taller than Keller. "You asked for it." and Chris brought his fist back and swung it into Keller's stomah. But Genevieve wouldn't know. She had covered her eyes.

Keller gasped as the wind was knocked out of him, not expecting Chris to be that strong. Or tall. Not that Keller was going down. Keller straightened, ducking another one of Chris' fists before bringing his own up into Chris' jaw. Hard. Chris stumbled back slightly but regained his balance, reaching forward and grabbing Keller's wet shoulder, freezing the water that was like another coating all over his body. Keller grittsd his teeth, cussing as he tried to fight the cold which was seeming to slowly turn him numb. Keller grabbed the scruff of Chris' shirt in one hand, starting to repetivly punch him in the stomach but, with the cold seeming to take over his mind and body, he soon let go, his body sweating and shaking as it tried to create body heat and Keller's vision went blurred. The next thing he knew, Chris kicked him...in a very awkward place which I shall not mention because Im a 13 year old naive girl...and he collapsed on the sand painfully.

Genevieve gasped at the first blow, scrambled to her feet ay the second and stood in horror at the rest until she couldn't stand it anymore. "Stop it!" she shrieked, pounding her fists uselessly on Chris's back and arms and whatever she could hit. "Get away from him!" Genevieve still seemed to be having no effect on Chris. She was so small and weak compared to him. "No way," Chris said as Genevieve's eyes drifted to Keller lying on the ground. "This is actually very fun." He shoved Genevieve away forcefully before continueing to hit Keller. Genevieve was still trying to hold him back, screaming curses at him. Why would someone enjoy something like this?

Keller curled up into a pritective ball whilst Chris kicked him, trying to recover. He probably looked chicken but he didn't care; being the son if the goddess of battle strategory meant that he knew what to do. Once he had recovered enough the do it, he straightened once more on the sand. Chris' leg kicked at him again but Keller intercepted it the time with his own, using his strength and body weight to flip Chris over so he was also on the sand. Keller climbed ontop of Chris, pinning Chris' arms down with with his knees and he started to punch Chris' face back and forth, breaking his nose and causing a trail of blood to go down his face and on Keller's knuckles. He didn't atop punching him though. It was revenge for what Chris had done to him.

Genevieve stepped back a foot or so when Keller took Chris down. Bow sitting on top of him, keller was punching Chris to a pulp. And Genevieve couldn't bare to watch it. "Keller, stop." she said sternly pulling at his shoulders trying to make him stop. Chris, at the moment was whimpering like a baby under Keller's weight and blows. "C'mon, don't you think he's had enough?" It was a little hard to even try to hold Keller back. He was so strong and Genevieve couldn't find the strength to hold him.

"Honestly? No, I dont think be has had enough." Keller grunted, knowing that if he carried on then he was probably going to seriously injure Chris. He slowly stood up, letting Genevieve pull him away. He was still sweating as his body tried to get to the correct tempreture. Keller squeezed his eyes shut, putting his head in his hands.
