Nicole turned to Bruce, confused. "What do-"Nicole wa cut off by Bruce's lips. Nicole froze. This was her first kiss. Nicole's brown eyes fluttered closed as she kissed back. Her arms wrapped around Bruce's neck as she kissed back. Nicole had met this boy only five minutes ago. Nicole knew she was going to end up hurt anyway. Nicole always fell for boys too fast even though Nicole knew she was going to get hurrt in the end.

I'm kinda amazed when her arms wrapped around my neck. I was expecting more of a shocked, slash disgusted response. Must say, I liked a hug a lot more then a smack. I place both of my hands on the middle of her back, and pull her in closer.

Nicole blushed under the kiss as Bruce pulled her closer. Nicole really didn't mind though. Nicole's hands started to get tangled in Bruce's hair. This was all new for Nicole. Nicole didn't have a lot of friends at school, mind even boyfriends. Nicole was starting to actually fall for Bruce. Forget that; Nicole had already fallen for Bruce. Nicole didn't know if that was bad or good.

Nicole smiled under the kiss when Bruce said that. Nicole kissed back for a moment longer and pulled away, pressing her forehead to Bruce's. "Me too. I already fell for you," Nicole whispered before pressing her lips to Bruce's again.

Just by the chill of the air I know it's been at least an hour since I came out here. It wasn't like I was going to leave before she did. Instinctively I lean in on her until we both were lying down on the forest floor. Suddenly I become worried she might think that I'm making her do this. All I could do is hope that she would know I wouldn't do that to her.

Nicole suddenly became of the cold ground beneath her. Bruce must've had pushed both of them to the ground. Nicole blushed hard under the kiss. Nicole really didn't mind though. She always fell for boys too fast. Shrugging, Nicole kissed Bruce again, running her hands through Bruce's hair.

When I walked into the woods I expected to find a trees, a monster or two, and countless squirrels, not a girl I was going to fall in love with. The make out session contuses. The only thing keeping me warm now was the fact that Nicole was beside me. Love is a curious thing. It's not something you can really describe. You that you can put in a place. It was just there.

Nicole was having the moment of her life. Nicole kissed Bruce harder and wrapped her arms around Bruce's waist. Nicole was on cloud nine, enjoying her life. Of course, the fates rather have it differently. A low growling noise made Nicole freeze. Nicole pulled away, breathing hard. "Did you hear that?" Nicole whispered to Bruce, looking to the forest.

I press one finger to her lips, and motion her to stand up. Already I had notch an arrow, and it was ready to fire. A cloud had drifted across the moon, and we were now in pitch black night. I couldn't see my hand in front of my face, let alone what I needed to shot at.

Nicole crises under her breath as it went pitch black. You couldn't even see your hand infront of your face. Nicole rubbed her ring and it transformed to along sagged the size of Nicole's arm. Nicole looked around and couldn't find Bruce. Well, she couldn't see anything, let alone Bruce. "Bruce, I-" Nicole didn't get to finish because she was thrown with brutal force across the forest floor. Nicole flew and hit the forest floor with a sickening crack. Nicole gaped at the pain that exploded in her shoulder. Nicole gripped her dagger as sweat beaded on Nicole's forehead. Nicole slashed at the dark air.

That one noise was enough to know where my target was. I let the arrow fly, followed by a sickening cry. The cloud moved . I could finally see my target. A fate? Were you kidding me? "I don't want to have to finish you. And we don't want any trouble. So get outta here!"

Nicole didn't make any noise as she saw who the attacker was. A fate? What the hell was Chrion doing with Fates in the forest. The fate turned to Nicole, her leatherly and wrinkled skin gleaming in the moonlight. "You, Nicole Gens, will suffer pain unamangable," The fate told Nicole. Nicole gritted her teeth as she held her shoulder. The fate turned to Bruce. "And you Bruce, will suffer a loss unmangable," the fate told Bruce." With a cackle, the Fate vanished within the shadows. Nicole sat up, still holding her shoulder. "That when well," Nicole muttered.

Nicole rolled her eyes when Bruce cussed. "Yeah, yeah. I know. That snap... I think it was my shoulder," Nicole told Bruce. Nicole tried to sit up, but fell back down. Nicole gritted her teeth to prevent her from screaming. Nicole bit her tounge until she could taste blood. Sweat beaded Nicole's forehead. "Ow," Nicole muttered under her breath.

I grimace at the thought of a broken shoulder. "OK... um..." It would be a pain to get her up and move her to an infirmary, but I wasn't about to leave her alone. "Do you want to spend the night here? Or do you want to try and make it to the infirmary?"

Nicole bit her lip, bot really sure what to do. Going back to camp in the dark would be a death mission. Sighing, Nicole tab a hand through her dark hair. "Let's just stay. I'm sure my shoulder cant be that bad," Nicole told Bruce, standing up slowly. Nicole put her hands in her hoodie. Now what were they suppose to do?

Nicole rolled her eyes. "I do not need sleep," Nicole grumbled, leaning her head up against Bruce's shoulder. Within a few moments, Nicole's brown eyes had closed and she was snoring softly. So much for no sleeping.

I close my eyes for one moment, but when I open them again the sun was peaking up over the eastern horizon. The only thing I could think of was "I fell asleep." I wasn't able to remember much of the night before at first, but the more I tried to the more I knew what happened. At first I remember the Fate, then Nicole's broken shoulder. I turn a bit red when I remember what had happened between Nicole and I.

Her kiss wakes me up all the way. Good thing too. I hated being half asleep. When I pull away from her kiss I answer her question. "I might've dozed off once or twice... Or all night." I touch my lips to hers hopping to not listen to her response.

Nicole smiled under the kiss. Ha ha Bruce. Nicole wrapped her arms around Bruce's neck, pulling him closer. Nicole couldn't help but smile the whole entire time. Last night was the best night ever. Despite the broken shoulder and all. Nicole soon forget about the pain in her shoulder as she kissed Bruce back.

"How's your shoulder?" I ask leaning back once again. Even the morning was colder then expected. A dew and settled over the leaves and pine needles that littered the ground. Even through her hoddie, and my sweatshirt, I could feel heat coming from her.
