Ha I'd like to see you try. I heard my "dad: say as he started dragging me to the car and throwing me in the trunk. Slamming it shut and locking it. behind him. This is none of your consern. HE said and heading torawds the front seat.

Essie raised her eyebrows as she watched the guy take Justin. She glared, going up to him, she stopped his car door from shutting, her hand slamming in the door. She ignored the pain, her hand was definitly broken now. She took a sharp intake of breath, "I'm sorry but Justin is in our custody for a while. Like..." she fake counted her fingers on her good hand, "Forever." she glared. If he drove off....he was dead.

"Not only that," Benjamin continued from the roof of the car, the location he had shadow traveled to while Essie did her part. "But you're a pretty screwed up man. We will take back Justin now, please."

Benjamin gave a mocking grin to the man, evidently enjoying the situation. Sure, Justin being kidnapped wasn't a good thing, but Ben knew that he and Essie were very capable of rescuing him before the deed was done, or even started.

"Well?"

In your dreams you rotten Kids. I heard him say as he started the car. I saw him pointing the pistol throught the little hole to the trunk and shot me in the leg causing me to black out. all I could remeber is him driving off.

Essie flinched as h started to drive off, her hand was still slamme in the door. She prayed that she wouldn't die, she prayed that veryone would be fine. She held back a scream at the incoming pain as she held onto the car for dear life. She banged in the mans window, "Let him go now or I can call in abuse on him and there is serious evidence!" she growled, holding back the stinging tears tying to fight their way through her yes. He hand was bleeding excessively and I was most likely broken. She bit her lip. If he didbt stop she would still be on the car, he would have to take her or else she would tell the police. Minus a few details.

He stopped the car, Opend the door and closed it agian with out her hand in it. Every time you try to get him I shoot him. I heard hi m say through the blackness. I groaned as I started to feel the pain agian.

Essie grabbed her hand in agony. She forced herself back up. "Shoot me, not him!" she shouted in anger. She grimaced at the pain. She hoped Ben would stay, Justin couldn't get hurt anymore. She ducked and ran after the car, out of sight from the insane-o driving the vehicle and shooting Justin. She ran after it. she grabbed the back, climbing on the top, trying as hard as she could with her one usable hand to not be noticed by him to be up with Ben.

I heard some one on the car and figured it was Essie or Ben. I saw a loaded rifle in the back. Its you or him Justin. Its you or him. I told my sef as I pointed at him. I closed my Eyes and Pulled the trigger. I could feel the car jerk to a stop as I hit my head And blacked out agian. I could feel in my heart that this was all over and that He was finally dead.

Benjamin refused to loose his grip on the car. He held on tight, his knuckles turning a bright shade of white. His grip tightened as the vehicle sped up. Faster, tighter. Faster, tighter...

the car stopped abrubtly, and the son of Thanatos immediately attempted to cease the force that would push him off the roof.

Ben peered into the car from the windshield, noticing the blood that trickled down Justin's father's chest. Justin layed in the back, clearly experiencing a concussion of some sort.

"Essie, we're fine. I'll grab Justin."

The teenager jumped, landing on both feet. He picked up the son of Apollo and cradled him with both hands. After that, he returned his attention to Essie.

"We'll need to get him to the infirmary."

I slowly woke up ans flinched as I saw the bright lights. I looked over and saw Ben holding me. "I can walk." I said getting down. I stared down at the ground for a moment trying to forget the last 10 minutes of agony."Was I dreaming? or did I really just kill him?" I asked happy and sad at the same time.

Benjamin scooped Justin into his arms again, and then turned to Essie. "We'll shadow travel back. Hold on to me."

"No its fine. I can walk." I once agian got down and started walking/limping up the hill.

Benjamin was persistant. Justin wasn't even going to make it the infirmary on one leg even if he tried. He would die in the process, and that's the event that both he and Essie were trying to prevent from occuring. Justin needed to realize how much the both of them cared for his safety, and he needed to accept their assistance.

"Justin," he began, picking the boy up once again. "I told you, we're not going to allow you to walk to the infirmary with that leg."

He turned to Essie. "You can treat him, yes?"

I started to cry from an emotional break down from all the past events. I feel to my knees and put my hands over my eyes wiping the tears away. Sorry. Just allergies. I said lieing.

Essie held on to Ben and nodded, "If I can get him to stay in the cot, yes." she looked at Justin. This kid suffered so much, why didn't he just report his dad or something? She shook her head at herself. "Right... allergies..." she hid the emotion from her eyes and waited for Ben to start shadow travelling. She whispered in Ben's ear, "Right after we get there, I need you to help me so he stays in the infirmary. He's as stubborn as a mule." she grinned slightly at herself.

I wiped the remaining tears away and got up. "Im going to head back to the cabin." I said hoping Essie would let me. "Ill see you later." I said slowly walking away. "Oh and thanks for helping me." "I owe you one."

Essie shook her head, and walked up by him. "No... you're going to the infirmary or else you'll die." she shook her head, "Come on or else I'll have Ben carry you there. Or I will myself." she looked at Justin, ready to grab him if he ran. This kid was just as stubborn as she was whenever she had to go to the infirmary.

"Fine." I mutterd. I walked forward slowly trying not to trip. I finally made it to the infirmery and sat down on the cot. "Can I leave yet?" I wined and laughed a little at the same time.

Essie smiled as she got everything that she needed. "No, most likely you're gonna have to stay a night or two here..." she trailed and whispered to him, "Believe me, it's not fun but you're fine after words." she looked at him pointedly. She started to work on his leg first, silently, focusing on the wound itself.

Essie looked up at him, slightly annoyed, here she was trying to help him not die and he was acting rude. She shook her head as she finished, "Sure, just come back or I'll fins you." she said simply, exasperated. She plopped in a chair as Justin left. She sighed, rubbing the back of her neck.

Essie just shook her head and motioned for him to sit, "Where are other wounds?" She asked, looking at him. She gave him a plastered smile, she was tired beyond belief, but she made herself stay up.

In one minute Essie held up a finger to Justin while she got some coffee from where she kept it to stay awake, she took a drink and walked back over. She nodded at him to tell him to go on.

Essie shook her head, "I'll just drag you back, I'm not about to tie you up." she said simply. She looked at his stomach, back and face. "Okay, we'll start with your back, sit up please." she said as she started to work on his back.
