Forever Loved
For Karah
You will always hold the special place in my heart.

I thought of you with love today,
but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday,
and days before that too.

I pray to God in silence,
and often speak your name.
I only have those memories,
and your picture in a frame.

You'll always be there in my heart,
Forever you'll hold that space.
For I realize with sadness,
You've reached your final resting place.

Oh my goodness, I loved it so much! I'm quite a bit of a failure when it comes to trying to rhyme (would you like a lime?) so it just adds to the cool factor when stuff I read rhymes. xD

It would make good song lyrics too, I think. o 3 o
