Hanging at the Beach

I head down headfirst. 90 feet... 70 feet... 50... soon it's at 40 and i flip around. 45... 30... At twenty feet, i flip around once more and land in a tall oak tree.

i whisper something into my gryphons ear,and he turns back into a crow,and I make a series of plants to make a soft landing,and one of my legs miss it,and I break my leg "aghh!"I scream in pain"I broke my leg."i say

I jump down swiftly and grab my bag off the ground. Telamon, are you alright?"

I look down to see my shin bone sticking out."sorta."i say,wincing

I sigh and close my eyes. Being a daughter of Apollo, I was usually pretty good at the whole healing thing. I just needed to concentrate... I walk over to him and crouch down so that I am close to his height while he's injured. I place my hands over his shin and begin muttering an incantation, "Ω Απόλλωνα, θεού της υγείας, ελέησον με αυτόν τον άνθρωπο και να τον βοηθήσει να επουλωθούν."

I look up NE,where Olympus is,and call to my mother:"mother send sown something."i yell

I open my eyes and see that the bone is mostly in place again. I shrug."I tried, man. Sorry."

"thats ok."I manage."im just gonna put in in the ocean water..."I say,and make a series of vines curl around my leg to get over there,and when I get there,and sit down,I make the plants go away,and put my leg on it.I groan in pain.

I walk up to Telamon and sit next to him. I close my eyes again and recite a prayer to Apollo that is supposed to take away pain. "Anything I can help with?"

"not really."i say,growing impatient with my mother.

I laugh. "What do you want her to do?"

"just send me a sighn she knows whats happening.."i say

I roll my eyes. "HEY DEMETER! YOUR SON JUST BROKE HIS LEG! COULD YOU GIVE HIM A HAND PLEASE?" I shout to the sky. "You're welcome"I whisper to Telamon

I stare at her with wide eyes."now shes gonna be visiting me tonight..."i mutter

I look at him with a surprised look on my face. "And that's bad because..."

"for bad reasons."i say"Ive been there before...after I robbed someone.."I say

I stare at him intently. "Well why would she be mad at you? I'm the one who made you get on the pegasus which then caused you to break your leg.

"she dosent like me,or freinds to take pitty on her,she blames mostly everything on me."I say"I look up at the sky"and no,mother she is a freind..."I say

I smirk a little bit. "Who said I'm taking pity on you?"

"no,she dosent like people who take pitty on her."i correct

I grumble"Well then, Miss Demeter goddess lady, I would like you to know that I'm not taking pity on you. I caused your son's injury, and I'm doing my best to heal him. So that's pretty much it. See ya soon I guess," I say to a tree nearby.

I whisper somethinh quitly,and stubbornly,and call my bird.

I sigh. "What is it with you and that bird?"

"I just like him."I say"found him with a broken wing once,and we liked eachother ever scince...and also I charmed him to turn into a gryphon on command."I say

I laugh. "That's pretty impressive, Plant Boy. I approve." I say, still laughing
