| On his second day at Camp, Jimmy explored, trying to take his mind of the fact that his best friend, John the Satyr, was gone. He had found that they not only had a beach, but a lake. J.J. loved to swim, but disliked salt, so it was perfect. He asked his siblings if it was okay to swim in at lunch, and they said it was allowed, so, straight after, he grabbed his single, tiny bag, and ran down to the lake.
Which was where he was now.
The six year-old didn't have that many belongings, because he ran away. But after meeting John, and had gotten a few more clothes, including boardshorts and a towel. Those were what he was in now. His siblings had said it was best to just be in his swimming stoofs when he left the cabin, as he couldn't get changed there.
Jimmy dropped his towel on the wharf, saying to the air not to steal it, and ran into the water. He splashed about, hoping something exciting would happen. |

| ll Shane Carresi ll 13 ll Son Of Hephaestus ll I was out of my leash today, done making all sorts of things now. This was a one time thing for me this week, I needed a break of course. And I needed to relax my mind, talking to my step-brothers and sisters about crafting and stuff. Crafting was my sport. I walked out of the forges, looking around, hoping no one would say something stupid like, 'Hey why are you out of the forges dude?' I decided to go to the beach, of course I loved the salt water. This was a good way to relax your mind. After I grabbed my swim clothes I went to the beach.
The beach looked great from where I was standing, the waves crashing back and forth. It was intense, but not for me. I had bare strength from picking up a hammer all day. My feet was clenched in the sand really hard, but it was really hot. Which I was use to, since my father Hephaestus was a god of fire. I saw a young kid go in the water. I'm guessing people wanna crash at the waves more often, I thought. And I headed over to the water and joining the kid.

| Jimmy continued to splash about, pushing himself into the lake several times. Laughing, he stood up and wiped his soaked blonde hair out of hid eyes. He looked around with bright blue eyes, and saw a boy, probably twice his age, walk over to the shore.
Sitting down in the cool water cross-legged, J.J. curiously watched the boy.

| I was playing around in the lake, pretending to make myself drown and rescue myself. And acting like a scooba diver. I saw the young kid looked at me, probably 7 or 6, that was my lucky guess. My feet were just kicking under the water to keep my balance in the water.
"Hey dude, what's your name." I asked trying to be friendly. My mind was racing about this kid, he looked pretty cool to be friends with. I never saw a kid this young be in the lake before. But I was afraid, if something happened in the lake. Beside that part, I wanted to know about him.

| "I'm J.J." J.J. replied, "And I'm new and my Daddy is Apollo!"
He stood up and walked over to the boy. "What's your name?" he asked, before pretending to push himself again and falling into the water. He held his breath for about ten seconds, and jumped up and falled again, laughing.
He stood up again, finally giving the person time to answer, his wet, straight hair in his eyes. |

| "Oh cool J.J." Saying this starting to get use to him name, since it's just two letters.
I saw the boy walking up to me and asking my name. "My name is Shane, Son Of Hephaestus." I answer him with a grin. I started to laugh at J.J. when he pushed his self in the water.
"Cannon ball!" I yelled out loud and started to plunge into the water making a big splash. I swam back to surface quickly, having a grin on my face. Hey that was my specialty, I thought.

| "Shane... Hello Shane!" J.J. said, before watching what he thought was his new found friend cannonball into the water with awe. Sure, it was just a jump/leap/thing, but it was a cool jump/leap/thing. Especially to J.J..
The six year-old again sat down as Shane resurfaced. He was at loss for things to do. By himself he would still be happy splashing about, but with someone with him, especially someone who he thought was freaking awesome, like Shane, he felt like he needed to involve the person somehow.
"Wanna play water tag?" he asked, not really thinking about the fact Shane might be too old to like that sort of thing. |

| I was trying to make myself float in the water by standing still and putting my body parts on the water. But I failed trying to make the attempt. I also had to admit that J.J. was pretty cool for going in the lake at his own age.
When J.J. asked me to play water tag, I was excited. I loved water tag, it was a good game. "Yeah sure!" I answered smiling.

| "Okay then... TAG!" J.J. tagged Shane, before running off with a huge grin on his face, making sure to stay by the shore, where it wasn't too deep. He keeped on running, and, without meaning to, he stepped to the side a bit, where the shore dropped off suddenly, from super shallow to super deep. It was only a few metres away from the shore, and invisible without a proper look.
J.J. submerged with a "OH!", and fell a few metres down. He panicked under water, kicking and screaming, but a smiling woman came out from the depths, and pulled him back up. Sobbing, J.J. mumbled a 'Thank you,' to the nice lady, and stood for a moment crying.
Then he remembered he was in a life or death game of tag. Yeah, he just nearly drowned, but this six year-old was not gonna let himself lose. Putting his game face back on, he walked towards Shane, so he was away from the drop-off, and waited. His plan was simple - wait for Shane to come closer, before dodging and submerging, and playing crocodile and biting Shane's legs with his jaws (two arms).
He kept on waiting, tears quickly drying, and waited, and waited...
Really, he wasn't waiting and waiting, but in a intense game of tag, time changed. J.J., being ADHD and all, never would really be able to wait that long. |

| S e b a s t i a n || "S h a n e" || C a r r e s i When J.J. tagged me, I tried to swim after him. It looked like he was running, but I wasn't sure so I kept on swimming. "Hey I'm gonna get you!" I laughed. But with a good glance, I saw him going to the super deep end, not knowing if he was toast or playing around. "J.J.!" I yelled out in the air. And tried to swim at the shallow deep end as fast as I could. But I saw him come back to surface with a lady pulling him up. I smiled, I was glad J.J. was okay. I wouldn't want to see a 6 year old die. And he was a good friend of mine. I saw J.J. coming towards me. I walked towards him. I had many questions to ask like, "Who saved you?" and "Did you almost die?" But asking those type of questions might be kinda stupid. Wait what if this was a trap! I thought. Wait J.J. almost died, how could this be a trap. And he finally got to J.J. and was about say a question right away. | |

| Shane came over. He looked worried. What if Shane is pretending? J.J. asked himself. It would never occur to the six year-old tag wasn't super-serious for other people.
The moment he came, he jumped to the side, and deliberately fell into the water. Hopefully, he wouldn't be seen with his super stealthy moves. The water was about a metre deep where he was, where he wouldn't be able to stand up normally.
Like a little mini-torpedo, J.J. lunged at Shane's legs, his underwater grin gigantic. |

| S e b a s t i a n || "S h a n e" || C a r r e s i I was walking up to J.J. and saw him actually falling to the water. My eyebrow was hooked upwards. This was surprising again. This time I thought he was kidding. "J.J. what're you doin?" I asked in the water. But no answer. I couldn't see him either. Something made me trip, J.J.! "Ahh!" I laughed and plunged into the water. "Dude nice move." I said bubbly, since I was underwater. Hoping he could hear what I said. My head got back to surface, still surprised what J.J. did. This kid was crazy, but cool. And I went back under the water and picked him up and went back up at surface, but thrown him back to the water. I was starting to laugh now. | |

| His plan worked - Shane was under the water. He tried to say something, but it came out as bubbles. J.J. replied, saying, "Bluh Bluh Blah!", so it didn't matter it wasn't understandable.
He was lifted out of the water, and thrown back in, giving J.J. about a second to breathe. The six year-old emerged, laughing. A lot. He giggled so much his sides ached, and fell back into the water.
Coming out once more, he said, "I think I'm in."
OOC: Sorry about that short post. I ask you to post, and then I don't know what to post back. XD. |

| S e b a s t i a n || "S h a n e" || C a r r e s i "In what?" I asked. I had no idea what he meant by he's in something. My ADHD couldn't think of anything. I didn't know if he said "it" or "in". But I was pretty sure he said "in". I was beginning to go back on shore and take a break I was pretty wet, my swim shorts were like soaking wet. I started to sit on the sand, which was pretty hot for a weather like this. All I wished was to have some sun-glasses and I could be rocking out with a good tan. I looked at my watch it was 2:09 p.m. Which surprised me because it felt like I was only here for a only a hour. But I guess it was 3 or 2, I left exactly at 12:00, like I said my ADHD is not good. "Wow that long?" I asked myself.I didn't want to lay my head back, my hair was kinda important to me and I didn't want it to become all sandy. Do not ask. OOC: It's alright dude XDD

| OOC: Curse mah New Zealand-ness! To be ‘In’ is would you would call ‘It’.
"... Tag." J.J. said sadly, as he watched Shane go back to shore. You couldn't play tag with yourself. Walking to where it was shallower, he sat down and dug his feet into the sand.
As the six year-old watched his friend, it was easy to imagine his eyes taking up half of his face, like in cartoons, with them all shiny.
Suddenly, he got an idea. He walked to where the water met the rocky sand. Gathering some of the sand, he started to work. |

| I walk to the beach, towel in hand, wearing my favorite bikini. She spotted two kids. A small one, and a bigger one. She began to walk toward them, and smiled as the bigger one was Shane. | |

| S e b a s t i a n || "S h a n e" || C a r r e s i Shane would look to his friend now. Looking at him gather some sand and some rocks. Shane didn't wanna be bugging him, while he's busy. So he just kept looking at the lake now. But at the time, Shane got kinda bored. Sitting in the sand for a couple of minutes. It was't his plan for a good day. "Hmm, I'll just build a sand castle. Can't be that hard." Shane said to himself. And started to get to work. Shane was building pile of sands on top of each other. Which was his plan to make a sand castle. He made some triangle shaped windows for the kingdoms door. "This might be a good castle." Shane said to himself smiling. | |

| His fortress was finished. It only took a few seconds, J.J. made things for functionality rather than teh prettiez. It was just a semi-circle of packed up dirt/sand/rock stuff. It was open to the water, he wouldn't know whether or not he'd need a quick getaway. But he knew how the 'tide' did magical stuff to water, so there was a mini-wall, a few inches high, so the water didn't attack him when people couldn't. Crouching, he watched.
Shane seemed to be making his own fortress, but it puzzled J.J.. Why was he making it so small? How could he fit in it?
A girl came down to the shore. J.J. couldn't tell if she was a new or old camper, as J.J. was new himself, but he watched her curiously. |

| Caitlyn neared the two, and reached the little kid. She crouched down, a little bit away from his wall, and smiled. "Whatcha got there?" She asked, softly so she wouldn't scare the little kid, glancing up at Shane every once and a while. | |
