Jake Reed:

Jake completely understood the pleasure of being antisocial. You were more independent and your own person than people who couldn't shut their mouth. Maybe Jake and Jimmy were more alike than Jake had first thought. They might actually get along!

Upon hearing that Jimmy's dad was Hephaestus, Jake could only nod. Something actually made Jimmy proud to be the kid of an average Olympian. Thinking about the gods in the way he did, Jake seemed kind of spoiled. It was all about the power to him, and the other Olympians were like minor gods. "My dad's Zeus," Jake retorted, holding his hand up. Suddenly, and ball of seemingly blue energy covered the boy's hand. It glowed, then expanded out and imploded, doing no damage to Jake's hand, but causing his hair to stick out everywhere.

Letting out a small moan, Jake realized his electricity had been extremely bright, even though it was hardly any watts. Everyone around the two boys was staring. "What?" Jake asked, holding his hands out. He rolled his eyes and returned his gaze to Jimmy, moving his big mouth to the right side of his head in a slightly embarrassed action. His hair still hadn't died down, and he looked pretty weird.

Curse those 4 cans of Coke. Chryssy sighed and sat down in a striped lawn chair, admiring the midnight moon. He obviously wanted to sleep with her, that's why he ran away. Shaking her head and making a "Tsk tsk" noice, Chryssy decided to go try a cup of Strawberry Wine. Hopefully, it didn't taste like the toothpaste she used as a kid! Man, that was disgusting. "Hey, could you hand me a cup of that wine, please?" Chryssy grinned, looking over at the server.

Meanwhile, Liliana had left the party, as she felt no need to be there.

Noah gave an irritated sigh as she found that everything there seemed to be alcoholic. She marched back over to Jimmy and Jake, crossing her arms with obvious irritation. "Every beverage here is spiked.." she grumbled. "I mean...I could have the wine, that was the least alcoholic...but I don't hold liquor well, so I'd end up doing something stupid..." she explained, snorting with laughter as she spoke.

Jake Reed:

Jake raised his left eyebrow questioningly. "Oh really?" Jake asked, almost laughing. His hair was still sticking out, and no matter how hard he tried, he could get it to stay down. "I've never had alcohol, nor do I ever want it. It's awful for you, and causes you to do stupid things." From the way Jake talked, it was obvious he felt strongly about the subject, though his hair made it impossible to take him seriously.

Feeling rather tired after such a big creation of energy, Jake leaned against the closest thing to him, a bar stool. It was part of a big table, but someone had dragged it over and abandoned it. That worked for Jake. It gave him something sturdy, that wasn't Noah. It was kind of awkward leaning on Noah, and it would be worse with Jimmy there.

Alison stood on her own now, but still a little swervy. "I'll be fine. That wine was strong but... but..." Ali's eyes shut, and she fell into Adriel again. That boy has to have really like her to not have already been fed up with her legs giving out every 30 seconds. Yes, that alchohal was strong. But it could last another ten minutes, or the next ten hours. Who know who made it?

Noah smiled, shaking her head. "My dad let me have some of his champagne at this art gallery opening he was having. I didn't exactly handle just a few drinks very well," she explained, remembering the night fondly. That was the last time she had seen her dad, that night a few months ago. 'I wonder how he's doing..' she thought, her brow furrowing a bit as she let herself think back on her memories with her father.

I shrug. 'never been a fan of Hermes. I can't seem to see anyone i know right now, though since i've been here, i know quite a few. heck, i've dated quite a few." I shrugged. "this rave is just beer beer beer. No substance. the only reason I am even here is because my cabin's empty for once."

"Did I hear you say that the drinks had all been spiked?" I asked the girl (Noah). "Can I interest you in some of my best Non-Alchoholic Strawberry wine?" I asked her, and the other two boys. I held out a bottle of wine and pulled out 4 glasses.

"My dad tried to get me to drink. He was trying to use peer pressure. My stepdad, the one I'm talking about, was not good, though. He supports Kronos." Jake shivered remembering the evil Rob, who obviously made Zeus worry. "I haven't seen my mom, brother, or Rob in four years, though. For all I know, Tobias and Mom could be dead!" Jake was almost crying at the thought of his little brother and mom being gone forever. "I just can't make myself leave this stupid, safe camp!" Jake yelled, kicking the sand. "And because of it, I had to leave my brother while he was calling my name, and while my mom was crying. I'm such an idiot." Jake couldn't believe what he had done, now that he thought about it. Rob could have very well killed his family. After all, Tobias could see through the mist, and he understood.

Jimmy ran a hand through his hair, feeling awkward. "Uhm, Noah, I'm gonna go back to my cabin now. This really isn't my atmosphere." He admitted leaning down and kissing the top of her head quickly. Jimmy walked briskly away from the situation only looking back once. He brushed through the thick crowd of kids and to his cabin, his eyes burning with anger. He would never have Noah. She was beautiful so she belonged with someone beautiful. Not Jimmy, the son of an anti-social, cripple.

Noah tried to protest to Jimmy leaving, but he had turned and started away too quickly. She sighed, plopping down on the ground. "Well...I almost got him to be sort of social.." she said with a soft chuckle. When she was offered a non-alcoholic drink Noah shook her head. "No no...I'm allergic to strawberries," she said, waving her hands as she spoke and shook her head.

Jake Reed:

Jake shook his head when offered the wine. It was non-alcoholic, but it had strawberries in it. The Zeus kid was allergic to the red fruits. It was a shame. He always wanted to try strawberries. When Noah said she was allergic to strawberries, Jake's eyes widened. "You are?" he asked, rather quizzically. That was certainly a strange coincidence.

Jimmy was gone, so Noah and Jake were alone again, but Jake kind of missed Jimmy. They both shared the same anti-party attitude. It was pleasant to be around another unsocial guys. Most guys at camp were the partying-player type. Jimmy and Jake were more alike than most.

Noah nodded her head. "Sadly...I love strawberries. I can't even get whiff of them without getting sick to my stomach. And if I eat them I puff up like a balloon.." she explained. Noah twirled strands of her air absentmindedly, finding she had, once again, closed herself off a bit. 'It's just because I'm more comfortable around Jimmy...I've known him longer..' she thought.

Daisy stared at the beach in awe. She didn't go to parties often and never saw this many people. She did feel better knowing Kale was at her side. "There's a lot of people here, maybe we should go..." Daisy stuttered.

Kale laughed as he swung his arm around Daisy's shoulder. "Come on Daisy," he said. "Sure, there's a lot of people but that could be a good thing." He looked around and saw a bar. "Wanna get another rootbeer?"

Daisy blushed and nodded. "Sure." she said. Daisy looked around the crowd to see if anyone she knew was around. To her dismay no one but Kale was around.

Kale led Daisy to the drink bar and as he did, he looked around to see if anyone he knew was there. The only person he knew there was Ari, Daugter of Apollo but she seemed busy... Finally, they got to the drinks, and Kale said to the bar tender, "Two rootbeers." Once Kale got the drinks he handed one to Daisy.

Daisy took the rootbeer and smiled. "Thanks Kale. I don't know many people here. Shows how much I socialize." she said taking a sip of rootbeer. Daisy reconized some songs that the DJ's were playing but not many. Lots of the people were dancing and stuff.

Kale smiled as he drank some of his rootbeer. "You're welcome," he said. "And it's okay. The only person I know here is Ari over there, but she's busy." Kale pointed to his friend who was at the side of the beach talking with someone.

Daisy looked over her shoulder to see the Apollo girl. "I see. How do you know her?" she asked looking back at Kale. Daisy took another sip of her drink and sighed.

"Minor pranking incident," he said with a sly smile. "It wasn't that big to be honest by still ticked her off... Good thing that it was both Cole and me, because I'm sure we both would've died if we did it alone." Kale drank his rootbeer as he smiled at Daisy.

Daisy smiled and laughed a little. "I should have guessed that. What did she kick your butt? I wanna know." she said with a smirk. The music was loud, so Daisy didn't know if Kale had heard her at all.

"Sort of," he said. "She almost broke my arm and Cole's leg." He shrugged but was chuckling slightly. Kale finished his rootbeer and put the glass down. The music sounded fun and he looked over at Daisy.
