Macy slung her sack over her shoulder with necessary supplies for the quest. As she took a step outside the cabin, the sunlight momentarily blinded her. She made her way up towards HalfBlood Hill, her tight curls bouncing with every step she took. Macy was a little nervous about rescuing her new baby brother. What if the monsters had already hurt him? When Macy reached the top of the hill she saw Courtney waiting and talking with the girl who had cursed her with harp yesterday.

"Hey guys." Macy said aloofly and sat down to wait for Adam.

"I see you met the girl who made me shove Snickers at peoples faces and dance like I was being electrocuted." Macy noted and nodded at Nava.

I couldn't help but laughing. "She gave me this, and told me to use." I said, showing her the harp.

I appeared in black flames. "Let's go." I said quickly, hiding my tears. i began walking for the border.

Oh no, Macy thought. But she new better than to pester Adam about what was bothering him. She would just have to wait. Macy followed him with Courtney behind her. A van was waiting to take them to an airport. Macy lived in Maine so they would have to fly there to reach her house to begin the rescue mission. "Everyone ready?" Macy asked as they piled into the van.

Macy gave a small chuckle. "I was only kidding around. Truth is if I had a harp that could do that to people, well I would always be playing it!" she said as she closed the door to the van behind her.

Macy smiled and whispered to Nava, "I can secretly play the lyre really good but you cant tell anyone, or else." She winked and then said, "Full steam ahead driver!"

I sighed. "Really, how much longer will this take!?" I asked, stll annoyed.

They all waved goodbye to Nava and set out down the road. The traffic was extremely bad. It was making them all grumpy as they had just missed a green light. Macy banged her head against the seat. "Are we almost there?" she said sounding like a child.
