"I'm sorry I never returned your book. I have it with me right now!' Hale reached into his backpack, which was slung over his shoulder. He almost always had it with him, and right now was no exception. Grabbing Anne's book, Hale handed it to her. "Here. It's really interesting," he commented. Hale wasn't lying. He had really enjoyed reading the science book, and he loved getting to hand it over at last.

I had managed to stay in the shadows without being asked to dance or even approached.Other than finding my cousin Mini here and those two older guys I hadnt found much potential.I sighed.Hopefully the camp would put up a good enough fight.I twirled my hair inbetween my fingers.I didnt like my hair at all .I didnt like how I looked at all either.And its not because I think Im ugly and I want to be preety.To many people have told me that I should 'cherish the gifst Ive been given'.I just brought to much attention to myself without even wanting to.I mean who wouldnt notice someone with Firery red hair and a handgun strapped to their thigh.I walked near the edge of the dancefloor hoping to spot anyone else with potential.

Syn sighed, and shook her head. "I fail" she said simply, smiling a little at them. "I don't even know what a party is supposed to be like...." she laughed, scrunching up her face with a silly smile before laughing quietly to herself and looking at the water again. She was much more relaxed now, and it showed through the small, unknown smile playing across her lips.

The son of Hades chuckled as well, and patted her head. "Don't worry," He started. "We'll be here to help you." He smiled at her, and looked back at the water as well.

I circled the dancefloof twice but still couldnt find Mini.I gave up going to get a drink.I stopped short noticing those two guys from before and yet another powerful guy.All of my instincts told me to get the hell outta there but instead I just continued forward.We were suppose to be on the same side.I noticed powerful guy number three and some girl about my age were looking at water."So. Whats up with the water?"I asked once I closer to them.(Eliza)

I turn around after not saying anything for a while and as I turn I make my sad face a happy one not wanting to look sad. I wanted him to be happy even I couldn't. "Hey Chase. Sooooo. It's a dance... Do you like my dress?" It was a violet dress that had purple-red-pink roses over the skirt. "Mom gave it to me a while ago."

I can't believe she said yes.. The healer Ameila, quite possibly the most beautiful girl I've ever seen, has taken me to the dance, dancing will be a pain though because of my broken knee and my sliced open heart.

"Can you?" I asked, my tone all serious. I didn't want him to hurt himself. I looked around at all the outfits and noticed how we were a tad bit under dressed. And grinned at him nervously.

"Sure." I said, then a small giggle fell out of my mouth. Could I be falling for him? The way his eyes hit the moon light made me want to dance, sing, or pretty much any other thing that fit a daughter of Apollo. I smiled at him, this time confidently.

I led her down to the dock. We sat there looking up at the sunset.

"You look amazingly beautiful tonight," I said nervously with a smile.

Amazingly? God I suck... I wonder if I can get a kiss tonight? Nah, it seems doubtful.

I sat on the edge of the dock, smiling up into the sunset and letting my legs dangle in the water. "Thanks, you look pretty good yourself for nearly dying a few minutes ago" I laughed, kicking my legs up.

Theos had heard the noise coming from the beach party, and so, he had decided he would head down and meet a few people. This was only his first year at camp, and so he wanted to meet some friends before most of them undoubtedly went home after the summer was home and returned to their mortal families. Theos had always been a rather confident child, and so as he left his cabin, the young male said a quick prayer to the Gods and asked them to watch over his father - Before he ultimately made his way down onto the beach.

Smiling, Syn fiddled with her bracelet, then began tracing the scars up her arm. "It's pretty" she answered absently, not realizing she spoke to the girl who had walked up to them. She barely even noticed that there were other people there now, and just kept thinking about what happened before she got her scars.

Syn suddenly remembered herself and looked up at the girl curiously. She already knew the two boys names, and it seemed...strange to her. Staring for a few more seconds she turned back to the water and started listening.
