It doesn't really matter who's watching. (Inferno,but still Open)

I smile back at the two boys and glance around at everyone. I called off the snowstorm that was trying to bury Brandon alive and skip over to where the kid was in the bushes. "Heya. I'm Parker." I hid behind the bushes and started working up some snow for Robert.

Jerrod peeked at Robert cautiously. Seeing as Brandon had begun to pelt the son of Hephaestus, he stood. Despite being a full 16 inches taller than Parker, Jerrod actually seemed shy for a moment. Then he offered his hand.
"Jerrod Willis," he said.

I took his hand and did the whole handshake thing. I glanced up and looked at him. "Nice to meet you, Jerrod. Geez, you're tall. Everyone is tall. That is so unfair." I mumbled.

"It's not always nice being tall," Jerrod mumbled truthfully. "I can barely fit into my Honda. And the few flights I've been on weren't so pleasant. They would have been if Jeremy and I could afford business class, but we can't."

"I'm 5'2". I look up to some ten year olds." I rolled my eyes and looked out at the snowball fight that seemed to be getting bigger. My tiny snowstorm switched to chasing Brandon.

"Again? Come on!" Brandon exclaimed, taking cover under a clump of trees.
Jeremy made his way to Parker's side. "So hun, what you like to do besides snowball fights? Skiing? Snowboarding? Skating?"
Jerrod became instantly uncomfortable, putting his hands in his pockets and staring at the ground.

A giggle escapes from my lips. "Geez. You know, I've never tried any of that." I keep laughing and skip over to Brandon. I stop my snowfall and come up next to him with a grin. Gods, he was huge, too. "I know.I'm short and annoying. It's a package deal."

"You're happy too," Brandon muttered. "So what was your name? Parker or something?"

"Yes, sir." I say in a sing-song voice with a mock salute to the taller boy. "Why wouldn't you want to be happy. Nothing in your life could have really been that bad. Oh, and I have no idea what your name is, so I won't bother to try." My ice blue eyes glinted with amusement.

Brandon was slightly taken aback at just how bubbly Parker was. To think a girl like her can control a blizzard.
"Uh, I'm Brandon Mathias. Son of Ares."

"Brandon is a cool name. Not sure if I could be an Ares kiddo though. I'm not very, uh, violent, I guess." I smile at him and turn my attention back to the snowball fight. It doesn't seem to need me at the moment so I plop down on the powdery snow and watch.

Brandon decided he wanted a bit of a break after being snowed on twice. So he stayed on the sidelines.
Jerrod too was not participating, but he was standing a short distance away from Brandon and Parker. He was wary of Parker, since Jeremy liked her.
Jeremy meanwhile, snuck up behind Dylan and hit him with a snowball. "You never saw that coming!"

I drum my fingers against my thigh, snow making a tiny tornado next to me. Smiling, I look over at Jerrod. I motion for him to come sit by me and Brandon. I run my hands through my hair, then stick them inside my hoodie.

Jerrod only looked at his feet. He made no move to approach Parker.
"Dude, don't be shy!" Jeremy called as he was exchanging snowballs with Dylan and the others. "You need to make friends, buddy. Come on!"
Only then did Jerrod amble over to Parker and Brandon, though he stood beside Brandon and not Parker.

I look down at my tiny tornado, watching it die. Well, this is what I get for trying to be friendly, I think to myself. I sigh, but don't look up at the boys who were as far as I knew, still standing there. I had no idea what they were thinking. My smile faded as I tried to not think about "other things". That was the reason I came over here, right?

"Okay, break's over," Brandon said to himself. "Watch your head, Dylan!" He pitched several snowballs at the smaller boy.
"Yes, he's on my side," Jeremy said.
A small gecko poked it's head from Jerrod's sleeve. The big guy stroked it softly.

I sat in the snow, trying to figure out if I would stick around. I started to make a snow storm, but it was weak and flickered out. I sighed, watching the others. I glance around, still not sure if I should stay here.

"Alright...I'm beat anyway." Robert panted, sitting down in a random patch of dry grass, worn out. Nice run though.

Dylan ignored Brandon's remark, obviously directed at him. He then glared strongly at Jeremy coldly. He then smiled back at Parker. After a few seconds, Dylan slightly raised his pillow in the direction Jeremy, which meant to be menacing, but just looked plain funny.

Dylan then noticed that Parker seemed a bit down. Curious, he asked, "What's wrong, Parker?" He asked this thoughtfully, sounding different than before, genuinely concerned. It seemed that he was quite interested in Parker. At this point he realized that he had been oblivious to the snow covering him. He had been focusing so much on Parker. He picked up two handfulls of snow and underhand tossed them at Jeremy and Brandon.

Robert was tired. He just sat there fumbling with grass and snow, trying to warm himself up. Absent-mindedly he put away his snow gun and started fumbling with some trinkets he fished out of his magic pack. He was worn-out and slightly bored. He looked at the others, not joining the conversation. He wasn't a good conversationalist anyway.

My porcelain cheeks flushed a pale pink. "Oh. Uhm, nothing. I'm fine." I mumbled, looking at the melted snow on my shoes.

~It's alright to join right? Just ignor me if I'm interrupting something.

Candice walked to the cabins after going to the beach. She was cold and shivering, something that always spells disaster to her. Her breaths were shallow and her eyes stung from crying at the cliff. With guilt crashing on her, she groaned a little. Why was she so weak, she never could know. One of her knee gave out and she did groan, more loudly now. After trying to get to her feet and failing several times, she sighed and gave up, sitting on the grass, trying to get a thin coat closer to provide a little warmth.

"You sure about that, hun?" Jeremy said, coming to Parker's side. Obviously he was interested in her as well. "You know, if something's bothering you, it's best to talk about it, not keep it in."
Brandon meanwhile, had noticed Candice. "Hey! You alright?"

I turn slightly to Jeremy. "I'm fine . Really, I promi- Ohmygods! Is that girl okay?" I said, grabbing Jeremy's hand. I jumped up, dragging him with me.

~Since Ollie and Dylan broke up, can we pretend all of that romance stuff never happened?

I sat there quietly. I felt a bit uncomfortable, being next to Dylan, my ex, and Parker, the girl I like. I also felt weird with all the boys around Parker. We were getting close. I sneak a look at her and smile at her.
