It doesn't really matter who's watching. (Inferno,but still Open)

Candice looked at the hoodie. She shook her head and looked at the giver. "No thanks." she said. She was gonna make it and it seemed odd for others to get cold because of her. She looked at the heavy clouds and sighed.

I raise an eyebrow at the girl and place my hoodie between me and Ollie. Leaning back on the snowy ground, my bare arms feel natural against the cold snow. I lay silently, and try to stop my little snowstorm for Candice. Sighing, I realize how tired I am.

Dylan saw Candice offer him her jacket. "No thanks, I'm fine, really. It wasn't what I meant..." he said, offering the jacket back. He wasn't that cold, but just continued warming his hands, expressionlessly. He wasn't really cold, but said his comment about cold for a different reason, it seemed like they thought he really meant he was cold. He sighed. He wondered if he should've just never come.

"Keep it." she said. She was still leaning on the tree, and arms were crossed across her chest. She looked at the sky and wondered why the snow was slightly stopping. She looked at the others, no expression on her face.

Black spots start dancing infront of my eyes and I lurch up from my laying position in the snow. I breath out heavily and clutch my knees to my chest. My head rest between my knees, my head still spinning. Even the sounds around me started to sound like everything was in fast-forward .

"You okay?" she asked. She started to move but her leg still throbbed. She cursed silently in Greek. She felt useless. She sighed. And slumped back down, useless.

Jeremy put an arm around Parker. "Hey, hun. You okay?"
Brandon took notice as well. "What's wrong with her?"

I look at Parker. "Holy crap..." I mutter. I shrug Jeremy's hand off of her, then pick Parker up. She was easy to carry, light and manuverable. I slowly start to walk to an empty area, but I sneak a look at her again. Then I start running. I kneel on the ground and set her down. "Parker..." I whisper quietly. "Are you okay? I can take you to the hospital or something..." I look back at the group. So what if they thought I was weird? I'm the only one who knows what's wrong with her.

I make out people's voices, but my brain finally settles enough to listen to one. I blink a few times, trying to get the dark spots to fade. I open my eyes completely and see Ollie kneeling over me. "No, I-I'm fine. Really."I mumble, trying to sit up.

I take her by the shoulders. I really wanted her to be okay. "As much as you want to make yourself believe it, you're not. Do you want me to take you somewhere? If you don't want that, I can take care of you or something..."

I close my eyes and take a deep breath."Sorry . Just don't take m-me to the hospital." Mentally, I sigh thinking that he was worse than my dad. It didn't matter what he said. I'm okay. I try to smile, but it just doesn't work. My eyes slowly open as I swallow.

Jeremy jogged up to Parker and Ollie. "Hey man, what's going on with her? Does she need help? Or is it something temporary?"

I glance up and see Jeremy. Second try and I finally get a smile out. "I'm fine. Ollie just...over reacts."I mumble. I roll my eyes and sigh quitely.

I look up and see Jeremy. "Yeah. She's fine." I didn't really like Jeremy. I kinda just wished he would just leave Parker alone. Obviously, she didn't like him as much either. Or at least what I think. I pick her up again and bring her over to our previous spot.

Dylan really didn't want the jacket, he hung it on the tree near Candice, sighing. He saw Parker look faint, and Ollie take her off to the side. Soon after, Jeremy went as well, everyone was worried about Parker. Dylan walked over, pulling a ziploc bag from his pocket, remembering that he had some ambrosia. "Does she need some ambrosia, or something?" Dylan asked, trying to be rational, with everyone asking if Parker was okay, it was obvious that she wasn't, and she was going to deny that. Dylan decided he wanted to actually do something to help. He offered the ziploc bag of ambrosia to Ollie.

I open my eyes, my brain registering the fact that I wasn't on the ground a second to late. "Eh. Parker is in the air." I whisper to myself, but Ollie probaby heard. Trying not to focase on that fact, I wrap my arms around his neck and force myself not to look down by laying my head his shoulder.

She sighed. "That's..good.." atleast she was okay. She tried to stand up. Ignoring the pain, she leaned to the tree. She began to limp her way back to the wall of the near cabin. She glanced back to the group, making sure the girl was okay.

It feels nice to have Parker's head onmy shoulder. I lean a bit nto her so I could whisper: "Its okay; you have chemo tomorrow, right? The doctor will make you better." I whisper just loud enough so only Parker could hear. Or so we think, I thought.

Unfortunately, Ollie did not count on Jeremy's sharp hearing. "Chemo? Parker, do you have...cancer?"
Brandon approached just in time to hear the last word. "Cancer?"

Great Ollie. Just great. I blink, hoping I was dreaming or something. Unfortunately, I wasn't waking up. "Put. Me. Down. Ollie." My eyes became icy and hard, waiting for him to either drop me or else.

I drop Parker as quick as she said the words. I got up. I betrayed her. My best friend at this camp, gone. As quick as that. Tears started welling up in my eyes. "I'm...I'm sorry, Parker. So sorry. I...I..." Then I bolted. And the tears started flowing out. I wasn't really heading for anywhere, maybe a place I could bury myself in the ground.

Brandon watched the retreating Ollie with a raised eyebrow. "What the hell?"
She just wanted you to put her down, buddy, Jeremy thought. No big deal.

"B-but. I didn't mean- " I sputtered out, hurt spilling across my face like I had been slapped. I glance Jeremy and Brandon and blink. I swallow and weigh my options. Praying to the gods that I woudn't end up passing out somewhere, I turn on my hel and sprint towards where Ollie had run to.

Brandon shrugged. "No idea. Something about cancer."
"They said chemo, dude. Not sure if it's cancer," Jeremy said. "Parker told Ollie to put her down, and Ollie reacted strongly."
