Bellinda in critical care [o p e n]

Bellinda lay in the bed in the infirmary in critical condition. The broken rib, that she should have gotten fixed before going to battle, had punctured her lung. Tubes and things hung from her arms and she had a breathing instrument around her mouth. Her eyes flickered open a bit, glancing around the room.[justify]

Bellinda opened her eyes a bit, lifting her head slowly. She frowned, looking at all the tubes and wires hooked up to her. She removed the breathing instrument from her mouth. One of the people who was fussing around her tried to put the device back on, but Bell shooed them away. "I'm fine. I've got two lungs, don't I," she said in a weary voice. She then turned to loom at Will. "Hey, you okay? Did you get hurt badly in the battle?" she asked. She tried to sit up, but it hurt too much to do so. She winced in pain and rested against her pillow. "I hate being weak.." she grumbled.
ooc: xD You talk like Bell isn't pretty. She actually really is, just everything she does to herself (the drastic hair dye, the large amounts of makeup to cover her freckles, the hair straightening...) makes it harder to see. Go look at the picture of her that's with her info. Imagine that face with curly, brown hair, and freckles.

Will shook his head and rolled his eyes at Bell's attempt to sit up. "Why don't you stay down, since you did...something bad to your...er, system." Will kind of had no idea what to say. He had no idea as to what she had actually done to herself. "Whaat did you do to yourself?'

Bellinda sighed, staring at the ceiling a moment before looking at Will. "I broke a few ribs tge last battle. And dying the most recent one, a hellhound rammed me in the stomach. It wouldn't be a bad thing, but one of the broken ribs punctured my lung. They removed the rib, but now I've got stitches and I'll have a big scar running across my torso.." she explained with a sigh. "Likos said I should get them healed, but I didn't listen. I really should start, he's smart for a wolf," she said, taking a few breaths from the instrument for a moment before she removed it again.

Will nodded his head listening to the story. He could imagine Bell out on the battle field kicking butt. Will snorted at the thought of Bell kicking a two-ton hellhound's butt. He started cracking up, actually. "Did you open a can of whoop-ass for me?"

Bellinda laughed along with him, wincing and forcing herself to stop. However, a wide smile still stretched across her face. "Don't make me laugh, it'll pull my stitches," she said, trying hard not to continue laughing. She brushed a few strands of hair from her face, a smile still playing across her lips. She shook her head with a small chuckle. "I don't know how it is you can always make me laugh...must be a Zeus thing," she said, looking up at him as she spoke.
ooc: *trudges off to do so* I'll be bringing Benny here, you know. After the battles and stuff are over (or by February, whichever comes first) I'll be making Aurora one of those characters you only use on special occassions and Johnny and Benny will become my two, new characters.

Will let a scowl taint his face. "Erm, not it's not a Zeus thing. A Zeus thing is where you have the tendency to be intimidating. Us quarter-bloods usually have that effect on you. As in, a child of Hermes is pranky and usually lazy. A child of Zeus is intimidating and stubborn. A child of Hades is a bit sardonic and solitary." He explained. "I'm also a child of a child of Hermes. Even though Steven is dead."

"I dunno...if they told you to sit out a battle, you probably should. Gods, I wish these battles were months apart instead of days apart. Because at least then we wouldn't have to deal with all this crap." Will said pointing to the accused "crap".

"I enjoy being the fender of everyone's truck jokes." Will grinned and sat beside Bell. He still made the bed tilt a bit. Wow, I need to lose weight. He thought to himself.

I nodded once. "You know, that's going to make me feel bad now. That I didn't force to get it fixed" I pointed out then sighed. I leaned agaist the wall. "But if that bed falls and he crushes you it's not going to help" I said with an amused grin.

He's a truck then a babay then a truck then a baby it's like wacthing transformers demi-god addition.
