A Siberian Husky named Jax.

A celestial bronze sword named Afterglow, the handle is black with a sparkling deep purple crystal embedded into it. The crystal glows with a variety of colours when it catches light during twilight. Ace prefers using celestial bronze weapons over stygian iron.

Ace enjoys his mid-day naps immensely, and he can often be spotted taking them in various places all around camp.

Ace barely remembers a time where he didn't know Jack and Savannah. His mother and step-father were married when he was 10 but the memories he made after that age always seemed to outshine the ones made before it - mainly because of his step-sister.
Savannah and Ace got along instantly and quickly became best friends. They rarely ever fought and whenever they did get into a disagreement, it was never anything heavy. They were radically different from one another but they seemed to understand each other better than anybody else.

After learning about his heritage, Ace was reluctant to stay at camp but did so for the sake of learning how to fight. He always impatiently awaited the ends of those summers.
Once he turned sixteen and was claimed, Ace began to stay at camp all year-round.
Despite the fact that he all but completely hated his father, he wanted to keep the rest of his family safe from any monsters that would attack their home because of him. He's always resented his father because of it.

Ace stands at the height of 6'1" and has a muscled, toned build - a significant difference from the scrawny, skinny thing he had when he first arrived at camp. He has jet black hair that is kept in an eternally messy state and a short haircut. He has stern, cold gunmetal grey eyes but they smile along with the rest of his face on the rare occasion that he does smile. He often finds himself wishing his eyes were blue like his mother's.

Ace's skin is lightly tanned and on his arm is a small, intricate black tattoo. His hands and fingers are callused and rough. He has prominent and broad cheekbones and a chiselled jawline. He has several scars, although none that are very noticeable in comparison with the others. Ace is generally very low-maintenance when it comes to his appearance (with the exception of hygiene, Ace is a bit obsessive when it comes to being clean). This usually means he's often wearing the orange camp shirt, a regular pair of jeans, and a well-worn pair of Chuck Taylors.

Ace Ashfield is not the most socially-adept person in Camp Half-Blood, that's for sure. He can be very sarcastic, blunt and can come across as cold and callous often without meaning to. He's more of a loner, an independent soul. Ace doesn't ask for help unless he's 100% sure that he can't do something without the help of another person, and even then he's reluctant.
When it comes to friendships, he is reluctant to trust others or to let them get to close. For the most part, he's okay with being alone - he's resigned with the fact that staying away from someone he cares about is probably for both their own good as well as his.

He's a bit of a neat freak and often feels the need to straighten things out when they are disorganized. Ace enjoys order - he prefers to follow the rules and prefers not to do things that he deems should not be done. He can be rather stubborn and it takes a while to convince him to do something once he's set his mind.

Ace is confident in himself and his abilities. He acknowledges the fact that he can't do everything but that doesn't mean that he's willing to accept it. He is constantly pushing his limits and trying to improve. He has a tendency to set unrealistic expectations for himself and getting frustrated when he fails to meet them.

He isn't easily angered but he is sharp-tongued, when he feels that he or someone he cares about has been seriously insulted, he is quick to respond to the insult. For the most part, Ace seems to have a good handle on his emotions.
He himself is blunt and to the point, he can be counted on for an honest opinion if asked. Ace prefers to keep his thoughts to himself for the most part and he won't divulge his opinions unless specifically asked to share them. Ace isn't afraid to hurt someone else's feelings and if he thinks that it's what's necessary, he will hurt people if that's what it'll take for them to realize something. He isn't afraid to be seen as the bad guy, he'd rather help someone by being a villain than staying by their side and doing nothing.

In return, he is quick to leave people in the dust if he feels that he has been betrayed or irrevocably hurt by them. Ace finds it extremely difficult to forgive others and no matter how much he loves them, he won't let them back in if he judges that it would be a bad decision to do so. Ace doesn't hesitate to walk out on someone once they've proven themselves to be untrustworthy. He will always tell the truth to other people and he expects them to show him the same courtesy.

Ace is a sturdy and stable guy, if someone needs him to be there, he will be there - no doubt about it. Even if they weren't there for him, he'll show up for them. This does not by any means say that he'll forgive them. Ace will never leave someone behind if they need help. He is dedicated and persistent, he will see things to their end and he very rarely gives up on things.

A celestial bronze sword she named Aionion. Aionion has a white hilt with thin gold braids winding around it. Along with her sword, she also often uses a classic-shaped celestial bronze shield named Dinami.

Iris seems to have very bad luck.
Iris is a reader, which is the reason why she fights her Dyslexia so determinedly and tries to read and write English at any opportunity she gets.

When Iris was younger, she was considerably chubby and although she was still undeniably adorable, she was bullied. Her tendency to constantly snack and stay indoors and her Dyslexia only provided more ammunition for the bullies but she never let it stop her. Throughout her childhood, she remained sweet and thoughtful but only made several friends, none who were strong enough to try and stop the bullies and were quick to drop her as a friend when they realized what it would do for their social status.

Eventually, Iris decided she was sick of the bullying and wanted a new start at a new school, and so she lost the excess weight before her freshman year of high school. Once school started, she quickly became popular due to her sweet personality, pretty face, and slim figure. She resented her new popularity, however, and was glad when her father told her about her heritage and Camp Half-Blood. She entered Camp Half-Blood with an abundance of hope and an open heart, unaware that it would consequently be the place that would teach her more pain than anywhere else had.

Iris is 5'5" and has a slim but toned build from exercising regularly even before entering camp. Her skin is the pinkish pale associated with the sort of skin type that has a tendency to burn rather than tan after staying in the sun for too long. She has wavy golden blonde hair that ends halfway down her back and striking glacier blue eyes. There's usually some sort of snide or condescending look on her face.

Along with standard battle scars, Iris has pale stretch marks on her upper arms and her thighs. She doesn't seem to pay them much mind and doesn't put much effort into trying to hide them. Iris is quite a bit of a fashionista, though not the kind that enjoys brands that are too expensive. She usually wears brands that are trendy but still affordable - being raised in a middle-class household did that to her. She's a huge fan of accessorizing and rarely goes out without an ornament paired with her outfit.

Since her return to camp, Iris is noticeably quieter and more closed off than before. She is still undoubtedly mean and hurtful, but her words seem to have lost most of their heat. She seems less quick to take offense and more even-tempered, but that doesn't mean she won't lash out without good reason. Her bullying now seems to be less about seeing people squirm and more about teaching them lessons that she recognizes they need to learn as people.

Iris is caring in her own way. She will leave people behind if she feels it will benefit them and when she sees weakness she will probe at it until she sees strength in its place. It is undeniably difficult to be friends with her, but once someone claws their way into a special place in her heart, Iris is more likely to show her softer side - the remnants of her once sweeter attitude. She tends to open up more but she still keeps her guard up. Iris had learned her lesson and is always careful when it comes to anything and everything. It is extremely hard to earn her full and complete trust.

She tries to remain aloof and uncaring for the most part, but she will go to the aid of anyone who is in genuine danger or distress. She is opinionated and doesn't hesitate to tell other people when they are being stupid. Even so, she normally isn't needlessly argumentative. When she knows that she's right, she finds no need to continue a conversation and will walk away. She tends to be the kind of person who keeps her head and stays calm in uncomfortable or confrontational situations. She has pride but she doesn't let it control her.

Iris is strong and self-sufficient. When she experiences pain, she bears it and quickly moves on although she doesn't quite ever forget. She doesn't allow the pain to affect her drastically, although she allows every small bit of it to shape her. When she makes mistakes, she learns from them and tries to draw benefits from things that go horribly wrong. She doesn't care what others think of her and she cares even less for whether they approve of the things she does or not. Everything she does, she does for a reason, and she has a tendency to leave behind people who can't keep up with her.

Zander always had a tendency to get in trouble. He was the kind of kid who usually didn't do his work in school, he preferred to spend his time in class socializing and plotting. Naturally, teachers weren't really too fond of him half the time. It didn't help that the monsters would constantly get him expelled. He went to quite a few different schools, but his mother never seemed to mind it. The constant need to find and start at a new school wasn't a chore for either of them. It was always easy for him to make friends at whatever school he went to.

During sophomore year at a new school in a new town, he became friends with a group of people who seemed to do everything based off the sole idea of having fun. Zander was elated to be included, of course. Although some of the other kids at school described some of their ventures as insane, he thought the things they did were genius. In addition to pulling off the greatest tricks, they liked drinking, smoking, partying, and enjoying life as much as possible.
While Zander was in the initiation phase of the group, one of the junior boys, Max, kept an eye out for him and helped him out when he struggled. Max came to be his mentor, big brother, his best friend. The two boys were almost inseparable. For once, Zander was doing well in school and being careful because he did not want to get expelled again.

Max was involved in a head-on collision within the second week of summer break. Ironically, he hadn't been the drunk driver in that accident. Zander had been in the car behind him when the accident happened and he was the first out once they had fully processed what happened. Max and his girlfriend, who had been riding shotgun, were rushed to the hospital. Fortunately, she made it. Unfortunately, he did not.
His mother realized what Zander needed and drove him to Camp Half-Blood to train and start over once again.

Zander stands at 5'11" and has a lean, athletic build from regularly training and exercising. He has dyed dark blue hair that curls at the ends and is neither short nor long. It isn't particularly messy or neat, but it usually falls into the same place every day. His eyes are an expressive and dark brown, like wet paint, although he often wears sunglasses and hides them. He tends to smile often, usually without realizing that he is smiling. His left ear is pierced but he only ever wears the earring that Max gave him - a simple silver earring with a dragon on it.

His skin is tan and he has a fair share of scars - two pale scars on his jaw and below his ear, several scars on his fingers, and a medium sized scar on his lower abdomen. He often tends to have at least one bandaid stuck on him. He's usually dressed very casually - blue jeans, a t-shirt or hoodie, canvas sneakers with maybe a little doodle or a few graffiti letters painted on - nothing special. He has an affinity for carved necklaces and will wear assorted whale bone, jade, shell, and otherwise carved necklaces. You won't often see Zander dress up, but for special occasions, he will.

Zander doesn't take too many things seriously and generally has a lax, carefree view on the world. When other people make mistakes, he doesn't mind too much, usually giving others a second chance, and a third, and a fourth. He's lenient and easygoing. Betrayals don't often affect him too much because he doesn't let them and he's quick to forgive others. For the most part, he doesn't seem to care much about what other people think of him. He's much more likely to get offended and angry if someone spouts slander about his friends or family.

He tends to be very rebellious, often going against anything that an authority figure may say. He does seem to have more respect for Chiron and his mother than he has for any other person of authority. Being an extremely loyal person, he has his own personal honour code that he will never violate. He will never snitch on or betray a friend, even if they betrayed him first. He's a proud and stubborn person - but only when it comes to his morals and ideals.

Arrogance is not an unfamiliar concept to him. While he isn't outright boastful, he isn't exactly the most modest person either. He tends to get crazy, often nearly impossible ideas. He likes to do things big. He tends to be cocky and to overestimate his own abilities. Zander can be brutally honest, and he isn't afraid to hurt someone's feelings once in a while. He can often be too proud to say sorry but he usually cracks fairly soon and apologizes profusely. He's proud, for sure, but he knows at what point pride gets stupid.

He's constantly trying to outdo himself and although it may seem like he's always relaxed and laid back, when it comes to training and the things that he tries to do, he accepts nothing less than perfection. He's a hard worker but he doesn't know his own limits and often overworks himself. When it comes to training, he is very disciplined because he wishes to be a strong and largely independent person.
Losing Max was hard on him. Although he doesn't keep people away completely, he doesn't usually let them get too close either.

Zander can occasionally seem slightly unstable and off-balance. At times, it appears as though he has a bit of a death wish. He seems to have little regard for his own life, he can be rather obsessed with the concept of being a hero. He's courageous, and fearless, and values others' lives at much higher than his own. He doesn't like to endanger the people that he cares about.

She is absolutely terrible at singing and she knows it, but that doesn't stop her from doing it.

Ada was just another kid on the block until the Fire Nation hellhounds attacked.

Sure, she struggled in school a bit, it was to be expected with her ADHD and dyslexia, but she managed to muscle on through and she passed her grades with a solid C+/B- average that made her feel a certain sense of pride. Despite her friends' teasing, she knew that she wasn't stupid, at least not in the traditional sense of the word. Her life was pretty standard and normal for the most part. The only really weird thing was that her father wouldn't let her use computers that much (although he did get her a cell phone for emergencies). Ada didn't really care though, since she secretly thought Google was taking over everyone's lives.

As she neared the age of sixteen and continued to have no run-ins with monsters, her father honestly began to doubt the fact that the forces remembered that she was a demigod. He began to think that she wouldn't have to go to the training camp that Hemera had e-mailed him about when she was filling him in on what he should do if they were ever attacked (He e-mailed her back a couple of times but she never replied, which he thought was just plain RUDE. Really, you'd think an all-powerful goddess - at least, as powerful as the goddess of day could be - that was as old as time would have the common courtesy to reply to his e-mails or at least say something like "Dude, quit it", but no, you'd be severely wrong).

David totally jinxed it. While he was away on a business trip a year later, Ada found herself sprinting away from some enormous, rabid dogs that had began chasing her while she was walking home from school. After ducking into a department store in an effort to throw the dogs off her tail, she called up her father and they proceeded to have a nice and calm phone conversation about how she was the daughter of an ancient Greek goddess and this meant that really freaky and terrifying monsters were going to try and kill her ("DAD WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THIS BEFORE I GOT CHASED BY STEROID-CONSUMING FERAL DOGS THAT ARE PROBABLY GOING TO EAT ME?!").

Her father then told her that there was a camp located on Long Island Sound where she would be safe. He then told her not to die and she said okay and decided to hop on a bus. It was going pretty good until the hellhounds caught up again and attacked the bus (Oops) and she had to go the rest of the way on foot. Ada would later find out that the bus incident was dubbed as a "Hostile Moose Attack" by local authorities - which she laughed for days about. Luckily, on the way to Camp Half-Blood, she ran into a satyr and they "borrowed" some bikes (which they still haven't returned) and biked the rest of the way to camp.

Ada is 5'7" tall and has an average build, the kind of build that an average 17 year old would have if they hadn't been training to kill monsters since they were 7. With medium-brown hair, blue eyes, and pretty but not extraordinarily special features, she doesn't exactly stand out.

She doesn't wear clothes that are particularly stylish, usually just going about in jeans and a t-shirt. Her skin that is on the paler side and lacks the scars that most older campers have. The one scar she does have is a scar on her knee from the time that she fell off something when she was a kid. Ada also has the childish habit of sticking her tongue out at people when they correct her or whenever the situation calls for it.

Ada is a prideful person. She finds it difficult to keep her opinions to herself and is extremely satisfied with sarcasm and dry humour - even though she usually seems to be the only one who laughs. She is definitely not lacking in self-confidence, often to the point of arrogance. She tends to be particularly irritated by people who tend to doubt in themselves or seem to believe that they can't do anything, because Ada herself believes that there isn't anything she can't do. Once she sets her mind, there's little anyone else can do to change it.

Her pet peeve is being bossed around, and therefore, she isn't the best at cooperating with others, seeing as she prefers to go off on her own and do as she pleases.
Although she isn't exactly unfriendly, she doesn't make a real effort to make friends. But when she does make friends, she will be loyal to them unless they prove themselves to not be worth it. Ada is surprisingly detached for a person so expressive and animated. Even if she's close with someone, she will drop them quicker than thought possible if they betray her. She finds it extremely difficult to forgive people after they've hurt her.

Ada is willing to make certain sacrifices, but she is unafraid draw the line after a certain point. She extremely hesitant to put herself forward just to save someone else's neck. Self-preservation is always her first priority.

Neo has always been a popular guy, mostly for his good looks and athleticism than his personality. He was one of the stars of the varsity football team for his school in the suburbs as well as a basketball and track star on the side. He always seemed to fit the stereotypical image of a jock with his talent for sports, arrogance, and his trend of using and then disposing of girls as he saw fit. He's never known a time where things were different.

The only time Neo has ever been consistently caring and decent was when he was with his mother, an excitable journalist who always loved to read. Neo and his mother always seemed to be extremely close, always teasing each other and making each other laugh. They rarely ever fought and when they did, it was never without good reason. Neo would do anything to see his mother smile and he would sacrifice anything for her.

Neo stands at 6' exactly and has a muscled, athletic build. He has short, messy black hair which is usually pushed away from his face and unreadable dark eyes. He tends to look like he just rolled out of bed and on most days, that seems to be the case. He doesn't seem to pay much mind to how he looks. Neo's rugged good looks often aid him in leaving a trail of broken hearts behind him and he isn't ashamed of it in the least.

His skin is tan and he has more than his fair share of scars. His most prominent stretches across his back, and he has several more scratching across his left bicep, over his right ribs, and on his right calf. He tends to dress casually, usually opting for just a pair of jeans, sneakers, the camp t-shirt, and a leather jacket.

Neo seems like he's two different people sometimes. On one hand, he can be charming, suave, and even kind and understanding at times. On the other hand, he can be arrogant, shallow, uncouth, hostile, and aloof. Neo is a bit of an enigma and he has a penchant for confusing other people. One day he'll be cracking jokes and making other people laugh at the expense of himself and the next he'll be cracking bones and laughing at the expense of other people. He has a tendency to do whatever suits him and his goals and isn't afraid to hurt other people in the process.

His observant nature led to him discovering his fatal flaw early on, causing him to limit how attached he got to other people. He tries not to get too close to someone, lest they get hurt and used against him. Neo hates to see the people he loves hurt and he is willing to do anything in his power to prevent it. He finds it difficult to love and trust others because of it.

It shouldn't be very surprising to learn that Neo is a bit of a heartbreaker. When he has a girlfriend, he'll keep her for as long as he feels like it and then he'll drop her abruptly and unceremoniously. Having his own heart broken is an unfamiliar concept to Neo. He prefers it when there's no strings attached, and when both he and the girl feel nothing but he won't hesitate to date a girl who he realizes is much more involved than he is. The way he figures it, if a girl is either naive or stupid enough to date a guy just for his looks, they shouldn't be too surprised to find their hearts in pieces in the end. He highly doubts any girl would date him for his magnetic personality.

He doesn't seem to realize that he can be a bit of a romantic at times and that he is unprecedentedly skilled in the art of wooing girls. Neo is unexpectedly sensitive and caring at times, he's a good listener and when asked for his opinion, he often has a new point of view on things. The little things he does which are considerate are usually just that, little and usually not noticeable. He tends to be observant and usually notices when something is affecting someone. Due to his confrontational nature, he isn't afraid to call someone out when they're off their game and he usually won't leave them alone until they tell him what's wrong.

You could call him over-confident, cocky, conceited and you'd be right to do so. He isn't afraid to get in a fight because he rarely ever loses. Losing is unthinkable to him. He firmly believes that confidence is the key in a fight and that anyone who solidly believes that they will always win will always win. He's tough and no stranger to pain, he has a high pain threshold and pushes through pain usually with a mix of adrenaline and fortitude. Resilient and tenacious, Neo will claw his way back up after falling down even if only to fall back harder than he did before. He will never give up and will push on for as long as he is capable. He hates weakness.
