Hunt for a Pegasus (Open to first three)

Meira yawned as she stepped out of the camp border. In one of her hands is the flier for a Pegasus hunt. Slung in her back was a backpack full of handy things--ambrosia, nectar, ropes, some foods, and spare clothes. Hanging from her pants is her venom-dipped sword, sheathed carefully. She decided, after days of thinking, that she should participate in this hunt.

She walked farther, then paused as she saw two people talking. One glanced in her direction. Her boredom suddenly flied away. She ran excitedly to them, slowing when she almost tripped. She breathed heavily. The daughter of Demeter waited for the guy with brown hair to finish talking before she spoke up. "Hello," Meira said awkwardly. She wagged the flier. "Meeting for the Pegasus hunt?" Meira smiled widely, her excitement growing. The hunt was just about a horse. What could possibly go wrong?

Meira took a deep breath. She jerked her chin upward as she acknowledged Caleb. Her eyes darted at the girl, which she wondered who. Meira wondered when are they going back, and as she thought of this, she glanced back at Half-Blood Hill. The Chariot races are up, but with this hunt, she's not about to participate. She'll miss a lot of fun. But it's too late to back out now. Meira brought her eyes forward and gripped the strap of her bag. She nodded at the two.

"Yeah. Let's go." She shrugged her shoulders. "By the way, where are we going first?" she asked slowly, but with clear curiosity. They probably would not wound up at Europe, right? It's a pegasus that they were hunting, so the daughter of Demeter figured they were going to be close to nature... unless the animal had been captured. Meira cringed at the thought.

Meira shook her head. "I'm a daughter of Demeter, so I have no..." she trailed off shyly. Major oops--she'd forgotten to introduce herself. She swallowed as a bead of cold sweat ran down from her forehead. "I'm Meira Sanzenin, a daughter of Demeter. I have no problem with any of those." If they presented her drastic drought or desert, that was what Meira was scared off. She liked forests and crops--anything about plants. She had no aversion to water or air.

She frowned slightly. She had no knowledge about maps and compasses, so she didn't know anything about Wyoming. She only knew that it was a state and nothing else. She just nodded when Caleb said that. She knew then that she will only be a follower, following whatever Caleb or the girl told her. Anyhoo, she's only here to help and for excitement.
