| Melody, who was off exploring camp, strolled through the sandy lake, enjoying the feel of the sand beneath of sneakers. Of course, her head was in the clouds, and she hummed as she walked. Soon, she grew tired of all this walking, so she sat down in the shades of the trees. The blackette picked up a nearby stick, and began drawing swiggles and circles and shapes in the sand. It was a good past time, since she completely lost track of time while she doodled. | |

| Alex was strolling along the lake when he saw a girl taking a rest in the shade of the trees, he was in his friend making mood so he walked up to her.
She was making drawings and lines in the sand he smiled to himself. She suddenly looked up and smiled, "she's cute." he thought. "Hi my name is alex." | |

| Melody managed a soft chuckle. "Sometimes," she answered, with a slight shrug. "Only when I want to get things off my mind." The blackette flicked away a stray piece of black hair from her face. This was getting quite annoying. Maybe she should just get a haircut. Realizing he'd said something else, Melody quickly turned her attention back to Alex. "Hera! I'm new, so.. What cabin are you from, Alex?" she asked him, with a twinkle of curiosity. | |

| "I'm form the Athena cabin and please do not ask me why I am not in the library trying to decipher some more English, it gets annoying. And as for mr talking a stroll around the lake is more of a hobby. Tallking of hobbies what do you like doing?" Alex added with a smile. | |
