| I decided to Make a new character thread, my old one had unrelated posts, and I did not Like how I had my Characters displayed. Active: Johnathan 'Jc' Collins -- Tyche -- 16 - Spoiler:

Brief History:
John never knew about his mom, or where she was, or what she did, but he never stopped looking for her. At age 5 he would on the playground say “I’m going to find mommy”, then would look in all the nooks and cranny’s of the playground. At age 10 he would sayto his dad “Dad don’t forgot to look for mom at work today”. At age 15 thou, He found her…or rather she found him, in the casino his dad worked in, a lady asked to talk to John. When they talked thou, the women said she was his mother, and she loved him very much she also gave him necklace, and said keep it near him at all times. The necklace not to his knowledge kept monsters away from him, so he was not attacked till he was 16, and he lost it in his room. He was first attacked on his way to school at the bus stop, a hobo yelled Die Demi-God then pulled out a dagger and tried to kill him. Fortunately…or luckily he knew the back streets like the back of his hand and was able to get away from the crazy homicidal maniac. He was next attacked at a super market where a snake like creature charged him while hissing, he was able to knock it out and get away. All these monsters attracted the attention of a Satyr named Gio, who told him what he was and took him to CHB, at CHB he learned who his mom was, and while telling his tale, he was claimed. In his first week at camp, in the weapons shack he found a sword that had ancient Greek writing saying “Earn your Luck”. It turns out it had once belonged to a son of Tyche as well. The Swords name was Kadios.
Physical Appearance: John Wears his CHB shirt with a leather jacket he got in Las Vegas when he was 14, he got it at a motorcycle show his dad had taken him to, he also still wears the necklace he was given by his mother. He usalley wears black jeans, with Kadios clipped to his belt in the sheath a Hephaestus kid mad for him. John has Dark brown eyes, and he has dirty blonde hair that goes down to his eyes. He is a little taller than 5 feet and is thin.
Personality: John likes to challenge himself, especially with logic games, being a child of Tyche, that is common. He also likes to run card games for the campers thou, his father showed him while in Las Vegas. He often tries to excel in everything thou, to make his mom proud of him. He often is listeniong to his Ipod as well.
Fatal Flaw: He always tries to make his mom proud of him, this often leads him to physical and mental exhaustion.
Pets: He does not have a pet, although he has an affection towards ferrets.
Talents: He is quite good at strategizing, especially when it comes to card games.
Weapons: Kadios- Sword- Celestial Bronze: Kadios has been in the "Family" for hundreds of years, John is the first to use it thou in almost 1000 years. It has a 2 1/2 foot long celestial bronze blade, with the handle wrapped tightly in brown leather. Ancient Greek words carved along the blade "Earn your Luck". In combat this is the only blade he will use, he seems to be able to use it like it was a piece of his arm calculating his moves before the enemy is even able to un-sheathe his sword.
Year-Round or Summer: Year-Round, it is easier for John to learn at camp.

Jeffery 'Jeff' Perry -- Tyche -- 18 - Spoiler:
Name: Jeffery 'Jeff' Perry

Michael Perry: His father is 39 years old and quite rich. While Jeffery was in diapers, Michael was touring the world poker championship leuge, he won almost 200 million dollars in cash, he then got more money with very "Lucky" investments, He might have had some help from an unspecified goddess. With his fortune he has tried his best to give Jeff the best child-hood possible, but due to Jeffery's ADD and other problems, it was hard for Michael but he did his best. The worst pain for Michael however, was not being able to allow his son to meet his mother, of course he knew who she was, or rather what she was, he was fine with that thou, his love for her could not be changed.He had acutalley learned to use a sword incase he had to protect Jeffrey from monsters that would try to hurt his son. He also had a Flint-lock pistol that he had found at an antique show in flordia, it had a big 9 Stamped on the side, Tyche always said to keep it with him, becuase it would come in great use. ALong with it came a big stack of papers that seemed like designs for something, Tyche had always said keep these papers close as well for they would help him become who Jeffery was meant to be. Tyche had truley loved Jeffery, it made it so much more difficult for her to leave on his 4th birthday. Jeffery had missed her everyday since. Michael himself missed her, and wished every day he could talk to her, infact he quite often talked to the wind, or when possible to rainbows, becuase for some reasons when he talked to rainbows his messages seemed to get across, he seemed to feel her hear his voice, and to see his face. His light compelection, his short scraggy beard, and his long black hair he kept in a pony tail. He did not like the suits he wore every day, seemed to "corporate" for him, but if he wanted to invest and make more money, he had to go to stupid stock-holder meetings. This was the worst part of his day, when he had to leave his son at home. His greatest joy is to spend time with his son, and hope to one day talk to his greatest love in every world, Tyche.- He is Dead, He died defending Jeffery.

Back story:
When Jeffery was born Michael had been in Las Vegas playing in the world championships of the poker league. Tyche had taken him home and was a single mother for almost 2 months while Michael was away finishing his tour. In that time Tyche and Jeffery were inseparable. Tyche would always carry Jeffery around the 3 floor mansion Michael was able to buy with poker money. Tyche would also always read to Jeffery and say how much she loved him. When Michael got home thou and they started to go out as a family Zeus noticed and forced Tyche back to Olympus for spending so much time with mortals, but Tyche was always watching Jeffery bending fate so that he would not have to face the immortal world.
While with his father, Jeffery had learned how to use swords, shields, and crossbows quite well, his father had a fully equipped Greek weapons room, with weapons made of a strange bronze material. The guards around the house also seemed to be carrying these strange weapons. Michael had taught Jeffery how to fight with these weapons personally. Michael was an excellent sword fighter, able to anticipate every move, this feat has rubbed off on Jeffery as much as Tyches luck has been passed on to Jeffery. His father also gave him a crossbow when he turned 13, the crossbow seemed smaller than the big one he had seen hunters use on TV, but yet it was extremely powerful, and extremely easy to use, the slide where you put in the bolt, Jeffery could easily pull back with one hand and put in the bolt with the other. With his 13th birthday the amount of guards seemed to double, along with strange new security systems installed.
By the time Jeffery was 15 he was a good swordsman, and decent marksman. His father told the guards to practice with Jeffery whenever he asked, and Jeffery beat him every now and again. On the custom built range in the back yard, Jeffery could hit a 3 feet wide target at 100 yards. With these great talents thou came great sacrifices, Jeffery often times became too sure of himself and would perform a move to advanced of him, and it would result in him getting harmed. In total he has been seen by a doctor 13 times on emergency house calls, due to wounds he sustained. He was quite good at attacking, but he was not to good at blocking. He was constantly being disarmed and thrown to the ground. This resulted in him becoming obsessed with defending, he had a shield and armor custom made with the strange material. His shield depicted a cornucopia, for some reason he loved the shape of the object. His armor was covered in various lines that collided and changed at every point in his armor. A sword that his dad gave him on his 15th birthday, was about 2 feet long, it had various patterns on its blade that seemed to shift as he would swing his blade.
On his 16th birthday Jeffery swore he saw a man taking photos of the house, Jeffery told his dad, and he seemed to momentarily be in shock. He got up a soon as he could and rushed to his security lounge, and talked to the head security advisor. Jeffery couldn’t make out what they were saying from his position outside in the hallway. His dad came rushing out, with his sword and pistol, flanked by 4 large guards only to meet me in the hallway. Michael said that they would be right back, and they went outside and swept the area, and found nobody. Michael then had the security footage checked, but found nothing. For the next year there were strange things happening all around the city there were living in. First there were weird weather patterns, sometimes 100 F and then -10 F within a matter of 4 or 5 hours. People went missing, cars seemed to be floating and the like.
On February 9th when Jeffery was 17 his house was attacked by a large group of monsters. There was about 100 in total. The guards seemed to know how to handle themselves fine, they pulled out their swords, some bows, and went to town on them. Jeffery’s own father pulled out his pistol and shot some creeps that climbed over our high walls. Then on Jefferys left everything went wrong, a giant monster with what looked like 100 arms tore thru the wall throwing the guards in the air and killing them with only a flick of a hand. The line of guards stood fast thou, Michael took aim at the monsters head and shot twice right in its eyes, blinding it. Then a guard Jeffery knew, Jason, ran up one of the arms, and plunged his sword right into the monsters head and it exploded into gold dust. Jason fell to the ground landing perfectly on his feet , and sprinting over, “Go, Get out of here!”, Michael and Jeffery ran towards the back, when a fury came down at me, Michael raised his gun, and in one shot gold dust coated the ground. We kept running, Jeffery even heard his dad say, “By the gods he must get out of here”, they eventually got to their garage, the ford truck rolled out of the driveway, and with the push of a button, the front of the truck turned into…into a snow plow with huge spikes, made of the same material my gear was made of, and somehow all of it got into the truck as well.
The truck sped up as they ran thru walls of monsters; Jeffery could now clearly see why his father would like this truck. They sped out of the city, stopping at a motel to rest and then continuing the next day. For the next 2 months they lived that way, on the move. They eventually bought a small apartment in New Jersey where they lived for 7 months until, they were attacked again, except this time Michael was poisoned by some type of weapon. He died twenty minutes later, on one of the pieces of paper, it said the address of CHB. He drove there and when he got to the base of the hill he got out of his dads truck and walked to the tree. As soon as he touched the tree he was claimed.
Physical Description:
Jeffery often prefers Polos, Vans, and jeans. The color of all three varies every day. During capture the flag or training he can be seen wearing his full-plate armor, and wielding his sword as well at toting his crossbow. Under Jeffery’s helmet lies sandy brown hair that he has an extremely short hair cut thou. In addition his light brown eyes compliment his hair quite well, although his left eye bears a small scar from where a arrow cut him when it almost hit him squarely in the head. Jeffery has a tall muscular build, which reflects his constant training with his father, and the guards. He still actually is in contact with a few of them via encrypted data files sent over a wireless frequency from his cell phone.
Jeffery’s phone is an Iphone 4G that is modified with increased memory and data processing abilities. He uses it mainly for only communicating with his old friends. Jeffery’s wallet is often seen overflowing with a credit card, which is linked with tons of accounts, being a rich kid does have its perks. Jeffery also often carried a golden coin that he had found near his house when he was young, nobody knows what this coin does, but Jeffery is almost never seen without it, if asked about it he will say, “Long story” and not talk about it anymore.
Personality:
Jeffery is almost always nice and talkative, but he will almost never gossip. His father told him that gossip is stuff that people wish they could say to the persons face that they were talking to, but did not have the courage to. So if Jeff ever wants to say something to someone he will say it straight to their faces. This has gotten Jeff into a lot of fights with various people. Some of which were related to his friends. Jeffery is fiercely loyal to his friends, so he will always try to back them up even if it means getting into a fight. This is one of his greatest gifts, but also one of his worst downfalls, because he is loyal, no matter what. Jeffery however is most loyal to Tyche, he would never betray her for anyone.
Fatal Flaw:
Jefferys fatal flaw is the fact that he is fiercely loyal, he will follow anyone of his friends, no matter what it is.

A Celestial bronze sword his father gave him, it has a 2 foot blade, with line patterns that seem to shift.
A Crossbow his father gave to him, it is quiet easy and quick for Jeffery to reload this crossbow, so he can shoot quicker than a bow, as well with more power.
Year-Round or Summer: Year-Round, Jeffery is tired of keeping his dad on the run.
Other:
Golden coin: This coin depicts a cornucopia and a ball on one side, and a women’s head on the other, nobody know exactly what the coin is.
Papers from Tyche: These papers were given to his father by Tyche herself, with the papers meant for him, the information on them seems to change, and depicts various information when he asks it stuff.
Kenneth 'Ken' Young -- Cybele -- 15 - Spoiler:
Name: Kenneth Young
Age: 15
Birthday: May 7th

Years in Camp: 0
History: Kenneth was raised by his father Dakota Young, he and the other members of his family were killed when their entire village burned down to the ground when Kenneth was only 3. He ran into the woods trying to get away from the fire, he ran for two days and nights, until he could run no more. He was eventually found by a big female black bear that raised him as her own. During this time he learned to talk to bears thru his and their thoughts, and from them he learned how to survive in the wilderness. Eventually he ended up in Maine, where the Satyr named Gio found him. He then was taken to Camp half blood where he stays year round , because he has nowhere else to go. He believes that it was Fate that killed his parents and drove him into the forest to forge the connection to the bears.
Appearance: While in the forest, his hair changed from blonde to a dark rich black that he keeps cut long, like the hair of black bears. His eyes turned Gray, piercing like those of a bears. On the left side of his face is a bear claw mark, one that he symbolically received to show that he was a part of the family. He tends to wear black shirts and dark colored pants; he also wears Black hiking boots whenever he is up walking around. The armor he wears when going into battle is bright Silver plating with black leather showing thru in some spots, and black accents in the silver.
Personality: Kenneth can be quite cold and distant sometimes, while in other times he can be funny and joyful. He tends to ignore Cybele's powers over fortune and luck, but focuses more on her power over fate, because he believes there has to be a reason why he has such a deep connection to bears. He does not enjoy playing card games. He rather enjoys game that include fighting.
Fatal Flaw: He is way to Self-Confident, this often leads to unnecessary wounds.

Weapons:
Two Gauntlets that stretch up to his elbows, each is silver with black leather, under it. Where his knuckles are 4 3 Inch blades stick out on either gauntlet. Turns into rings when not in use.
Tomahawks: 2 Feet long Axes that are easily thrown by Ken, the axe head depicting a bears mouth, they turn into bears teeth when not in use, they are usually found in his pockets.
