Rping with Hawk and Boo

I walk in, looking for campers. Such beautiful landscape, I think to myself. I wonder how they could fit it all within such small of a camp. I soon spot two campers talking, so I walk over there. Maybe they could help show around, I think to myself.

I spot a boy sitting on a rock in the middle of the lake. "Hey, what are you doing out here so early in the morning?" I asked him. "My name is Cassius, son of Pontos, and you are?" I asked him aswell.

"I'm Josh Granados. I got dropped off early, so I'm exploring camp. Getting a feel for what type of condition I'll be living in," I say. "I currently don't know who I was born to, I only saw a hammer pop above my head a few months ago."

I looked at the new boy, "so you're new here to Camp Half Blood. Have you talked to Chiron yet?" I asked him. "it sounds like you might be a son of Hephaestus, the god of Smiths and fire. How familiar are you with the greek Myths?" I asked him.

"I learned about them a bit at school, but never expected them to be real," I say in disbelief. I mean, come on. I'm a caring geek. Why would I, of all people, be a stinkin demigod?! "And as for meeting Chiron, I've only been here and the hill."

"so how did you get here, I mean without being killed by monsters. Did you at least have some help?" I asked the boy. I paced slowly back and forth throught the waves. I loved the smell of the sea, it allowed me to think more clearly.

"A bit," I say. "The only monster encounters I really encountered was the hellhound from school. I'm still trying to figure out how nobody noticed that." I notice the other boy camper. Man, he's smokin' hot, I think to myself.

I laughed, "Yeah im sure they are wondering the same thing too, unless youre not really a son of Hephaestus." I told him. "By the way, Im Cassius Clay, Son of Pontos, the original god of the sea. Ive been here for five years now. So if you ever need anything, you come talk to me, I know a lot of good things about this place." I told the new kid.

OOC: I was referring to the mist. ._.


BIC: "Alright," I say. "I also have a few questions about stuff I learned from my textbook." I pull out my book and turn to the Greek chapter. I scan for a certain section, "The Mist."

"THAT'S why it wouldn't let them see? I had always thought it only worked on the Greek pros!" I say. This day was just getting weirder and weirder. What next, my future boyfriend walks through the door?

I spot another camper walking in. "Hi," I say. Man, he's hot. Were the gods serious when I asked for a future boyfriend to walk in the room? "Are you a new camper, like me, or have you been here?" I ask, hoping to find a gay lover at last.

I laughed at the kid, not that he was funny, just I thought it was humorous. "Im sorry, im not laughing at you. No actually ive been here for 14 years. My name is Zared Lohman, son of Thanatos. How about you?" I asked the boy.

"Josh. Son of Hephaestus," I respond, sadly. Great, the one time I find a hot boy, and he turns out to be a regular member. Probably already has a partner, I think, sighing. I decide to risk it, and ask anyways. "Are you single?" I ask.

"well it is certainly a pleasure to meet you Josh. Am I single?" I laughed when he asked me that question. Ive never had anyone ask me that before. "Uhmm, yeah I suppose you could say im single. Why do you ask?" I asked him.

"Oh, nothing," I say, happier. YES, HE'S SINGLE! Okay, now, how do I do this? Do I take it slow, or just ask him? Screw it, I'll just ask. "Will you go out with me?" I ask.

I was shocked at what the boy said next. "slow it down buddy, why would you ask me that, you just met me. Usually people go on dates or hang out longer. You know before they ask them out. So what you up to, out here at the lake so early?" I asked them all.

I sigh. "I just arrived," I say. Are you kidding me. I stare at Zared bitterly. I will get my revenge, I think to myself. You just wait. "How long have you been here?" I ask.
