Just a suggestion. . .

So recently, I've noticed that people have been having birthdays, and some of their friends in high up places have made the birthday topics sticky. Now, I'm not against this, but here's a quick suggestion - whilst it's fine to let everyone know it's their special day by making a sticky topic, they do clog up the chat.
What I'm suggesting is that the topics are only kept as a sticky for a time period of say, a week, or a couple of days. Just so the sticky in chat doesn't get clogged.
Also, what if we add a new section to the forum titled "Birthdays, leavings and general absences"? That way, regular chat wouldn't be clogged up with all the "HAPPEH B-DAYZ" and "I'm leaving the site. KTHNXBAI."
Oh, and another thing. Remove the brief from brief history. xD
